PPengguna Tanpa NamaInstalações bem cuidadas, limpeza impecável. Recepção muito agradável, todos muito atenciosos. A comida é variada e muito boa. A localização é ótima e a vista dos quartos é incrível. Perto do shopping mais chique de Cancún (La Isla). Ótimas opções de bebida e comida no restaurante. Piscina com música, boa parte do dia. Bom trecho de praia para caminhar. Aluguel de jetski na praia em frente ao hotel.

PPengguna Tetamu坎昆之旅事後感覺心累，萬豪的神奇操作出乎我的認知。第一晚訂的俱樂部91特大床房，第二晚續訂漲了1500，換到海景豪華特大床房：
1）訂的海景豪華特大床房，入住發現是雙床房，很潮濕。嫌麻煩就算了沒找前台換；
2）俱樂部91送個SPA，去預約時被告知僅僅是手，大概幾分鐘，沒有身體，空喜歡一場，手不要了；
3）退房時先退海景房，清單一拉連房費和各種税6行，全在賬單裏，還好自己能説點英語，多問了一句前台，説自己在攜程已經付款了除度假村費之外的其他費用，為啥還要付款？然後就是check；
4）再結俱樂部91賬款時，已付款的不在賬單裏了，卻又多出了mini bar的消費，那一天忙得其實衹喝了房間的2瓶免費水，然後又是check；
5）問酒店如果幫叫個出租到機場，要多少比索？回覆是700，剛好出門一個爺爺輩的出租車司機等客，一問是500，果斷上車。
6）退房時一件心愛的連衣裙忘在了房間，離開後發現忘了再致電酒店，都説沒看到，發誓這件連衣裙衹在酒店裡穿過，沒出過酒店大堂。問了一天了，還是説沒有，心還在疼。
回頭看一眼，不知這些是坑，還是巧合？
酒店前台、俱樂部91工作人員倒是很友善、設施環境、室外泳池、專享沙灘都還不錯。

DDrumjayI've been to dozens of Cancun all-inclusive resorts but there is no place like Temptation. We are American Asians in our late 20's and had a total blast at this place.
Vibe- high energy party vibe with sexy employees and a topless optional pool. A totally carefree and relaxed environment for couples to getaway.
Food- I read mixed reviews on food, but I must say I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and options of food available! I had plenty of amazing dishes to try everyday. I loved their steak burger, octopus, shrimp cocktail, sushi and more.
Drinks- also pleasantly surprised that there were a TON of choices and quality options like Don Julio, black label and more.
Service- excellent service as you can expect from all inclusive hotels. I would give a shout-out to POLO who works the quiet pool bar. Everyone else was friendly and helpful too.
Entertainment- yes to the SHE restaurant. Have a 5 star quality meal while watching talented dancers work the stage and pole. What an experience! Everyday in the late afternoon there is a show at the pool, and they are funny AF but very naughty. The crowd loved it and were totally down.
Tips and Notes
-its a naughty place. Sensual and sexual themes, smells, vibes are pervasive. There are attractive couples of all ages, many who may be open to naughty experiences together. Of course everything is up to you and everyone is respectful. But anything goes here, as long as it's in your own room.
-tip everyone. It will enhance the workers life and enhance your service as well!
-in bash tower balcony rooms you may see couples putting on a ”show”. We wanted to see something crazy so we booked this room and sure as heck, we saw plenty of action!
-bash tower rooms give you access to the rooftop pool and hot tubs. Great for lunch and to getaway from the rowdy sexy pool.
-bash night club is always poppin. It's an outdoor Vegas style club with a huge bar, led stage and amazing nightly performances from talented dancers. Don't miss it!
-2 to 5 nights is sufficient here, or you might get partied out
-there is a timeshare type of pitch at the beginning, we didn't do it but that's up to you. You get some freebies and there's no commitment so just depends on your time.
-while there's a fair amount of younger people, the average is definitely in the 40s. I do wish there were more Asians at the resort as it skews white/Hispanic. They should make the prices on trip.com better in order to boost the Asian demographic presence. That's my only suggestion!

PPengguna TetamuThe check-in was good, the guy on reception was kind and it seemed to be perfect vacation, but later happened 2 situations…
1. I left the part of my cash in a bag, and someone still 100 dollars from there, probably thinking, that “gringo” don’t calculate it… just 1 day before I took part from there to change and next day after midnight there were 1 banknote less. Of course I couldn’t prove it so it have no sense to tell about it.
2. Also smbd stole 1 chocolate (that’s not 100 dollars, but that was a present, which was bringing from another country - like a present from the trip)…
3. And last thing, there’s been an incident when three member staff were snooping around our room in our absence. And we have returned too early. They came up with excuses that they were worried about the safe situation. My friend had left her jacket in the safe. But that does not excuse them for intruding our space and letting our door open for everyone to see
The cleaning ladies cleaned our room more or less good (sometimes forget about balcony 😅) and they have never changed our bed linens, but we spend there 17 nights…
Little bit compensated by the good location, beach and tourist operator at the hotel, but not enough to fill yourself safely and comfortable.

PPengguna TetamuThe experience was greatly diminished when the hotel charged $150.00 for the room and key deposits. That was almost equal to the price of my entire stay. This should have been listed in the hotel description. Only stating that additional charges may be charged does not warn of the excessive charge I received. In addition, I am still fighting with them to get part of the deposit back. I travel frequently and this charge was definitely more than most hotels. And obviously, if complaints are not lodged, the deposits are not returned.

PPengguna TetamuSo I will start with what I liked first. Staff was very friendly. They kept the pool very clean and the beach was nice, water was a little rough to swim in, I'm not sure if it's like that all the time but I've been to other Cancun areas previously and it was easy to float and swim in. There is a convenience store and two really good restaurants across from hotel within feet so that was nice. Also the small bar in hotel did serve burgers, tacos and hotdogs. Ok now for the dislikes which were alot more. It's called Cyan Resort but it is no way shape or form a resort, there are none of the amenities or activities that resorts offer. In the lobby they have this big empty space that could definitely be used for something other than sitting. Here's just a list below of all the negative things about this ”Resort” -Bring your own towels if you wear makeup or have newly dyed hair because if u get it on their towels you will get charged. -NO ICEMAKER..I've never heard of this and I've stayed at several resorts in Mexico and around the world and never not had one. -No phone in rm. Plus if u call from cell phone to front desk good luck because they don't answer. - No restaurant in hotel -No entertainment of any kind -Loose sockets in rms -Only 2 bottles of water on the first day and they do not give you more. - They put ”snack bar” inside the fridge and it's turned off so u can't use it to keep stuff cool. -No microwave - Housekeeping only makes bed and pull trash they do no other cleaning. -Toilet has almost zero pressure and takes forever to flush just toilet paper after peeing. -No English speaking stations only Spanish...ESPN and CNN were only in English. TV had bad signal so even if it were English we couldn't see it. -No airport shuttle - The obsession w the towels ate even at the pool. So with all that being said if you are looking for a quiet spot w the bare minimum this motel on the beach will be for you.

BBrianThe hotel is similar to a three star hotel but is very economical for the prices it offers. Best part was the morning breakfast buffet. They have a cook who carefully prepares omeletes and quesadillas, definitely recommend the chicken chipotle quesadillas. Buffet may not be included so you may want to double check to be sure.
The living quarters were basic as well. You will have a security box, closet, small tv. They commonly clean every morning, if you don't want it to be clean you can place the do not disturb packard. Everything in the room is white, you will have a decent view of the buildings around, but the view is relaxing. Btw, it's advised to secure your belongings if you have a suitcase, this logic would apply any hotel you go to, better safe then sorry. Staff were very nice, everyone within the buffet mostly speak perfect english, but the cleaning ladies were not able to. Just something to be aware of.
*** If you love starbucks, they have one at the entrance. They can't make a Barbie Frappuccino but they have most drinks similar to the aiports.
I did not go to the pool of gym due to frequent travel to Xcaret. This is a hotel morentowards those who do travel versus the cost of an all inclusive.
Overall, this hotel is budget friendly and the concierge/staff were very kind. Defintely worth the considering.
FYI, you want to run the water for a little to get it hot. Its more between hot and warm, they could update the shower heads. Bht they give you plenty of towels they have a blowdryer aswell.
Also, outlets may be an issue in the single rooms, the family rooms are well equiped.
Close to the airport aswell, the drive is around 10 minutes.

PPengguna TetamuThe accommodations at All Ritmo were exceptional! The desk staff was efficient, friendly, and answered all questions in detail. The dining staff - waiters and servers also were cordial and ensured that everything necessary for a fantastic experience was provided. The same with the pool bar staff.... very friendly and accommodating. The desk staff arranged transportation several times - it was on time and the drivers were cordial. I am recommending that my family and friends also choose All Ritmo when they travel to Cancun. My son and I thank the staff of All Ritmo for a wonderful holiday.
