Location was good.

Stayed for 2 nights, from the moment I arrived to the day I left the staff were great. Very friendly and made sure I had a nice room with a view. Room was nice and clean and big. Hotel links directly to the ****** although I didn't use it. Short drive to Lake Tahoe and close to local stores like Walmart and restaurants like McDonalds & In N Out

Check in quick and friendly Free breakfast in dining room was full breakfast and not continental. Parking close by and bell carts plentiful.

Prima hotel en kamer. Personeel is erg behulpzaam. Ontvangst was hartelijk en met een glimlach.

酒店是個**酒店，性價比不錯。早晨是典型的美式早餐，熱量很大，分量也很大。卡森城是個典型的西部小城，酒店則是典型的**酒店。

酒店的位置比較不錯，交通比較方便，旁邊就是環城的快速公路。酒店的條件也很好，可以達到四星級的標準，酒店******在一起，非常熱鬧，餐廳的牛排非常好吃，價格也很便宜，房間的設施也很好，唯一就是，加熱器的温度不是很暖和，寬帶是免費的，但是網絡信號一般，含早餐，早餐是選擇性的菜單式，我選的是漢堡和炒雞蛋配的蔬菜，基本上可以吃飽，最主要的是酒店的價格非常美麗。

早餐也不錯，比較豐盛，記得帶現金給小費 衞生：較乾淨，可以接受 設施：配套齊全 環境：裝修簡潔，比較舒適 服務：服務人員態度好，禮貌周到，給人印象很好

酒店大致上令人滿意，房間空間夠大。免費早餐算好味，所有員工都很nice😍. 下次再到太浩湖都會入住這間酒店。

酒店裡有卡西諾，早餐等了很長時間。

We arrived around 4:30 pm on a Sunday afternoon and the lobby was full of people waiting in line to check in ahead of us. Not a tour bus, just a bunch of people in line. The hotel check in took more than one hour! There was only person staffing the front deck between 4:30-6:00 pm and she was working her butt off answering the phone, handing out towels for the pool, and also checking people in. Very slowly. Very bad hotel management.

The reservation staff. Crystal was most helpful during a busy check in. I was bowling in the Women's State Tournament and a storm was coming. I went on line to my usual hotel sites but was unsuccessful in securing a room for a price I could afford. We needed a room at the last minute. She patiently searched and found a room that was perfect. Thank u Crystal.

Everything was just a little bit not right. Everything. Everything from the room, the not so nice view,  breakfast, parking, to the pool/patio that wasn't open.The internet and business center were very slow and very limited. The advertised free breakfast is also very limeted. There is no credit to upgrade the breakfast. It is as is. Eggs must be scrambled, though other styles are available on the pay menu and it was always served lukewarm to cold. We were so tired on arrival we slept in a room with much dust, including a scarey massive deep dust monster alongside the fridge. The next morning management offered 'deep' cleaning which fixed most of the dust. It did not address the massive dust within the airconditioner/ heater filter. The employees tried their best to be helpful but there seems to be a disconnect between the employees and corporate management.

First, let me say the staff was VERY nice. Second, this is not a place to stay if you hate cigarette smoke. So here are the particulars. The nonsmoking room in the opposite wing from the ****** still smelled like smoke. The bed was REALLY firm, as in it hurt by morning. Due to staffing issues they did not service the room over our 3 night stay. Service had to be requested. The room was clean. The location is very easy to access with plenty of services nearby.

Waited 26 minutes to check in.. poor clerk had NO help. Otherwise we really like this place. Nice meals at the restaurant, large rooms with microwave and fridge and decent location. Please have some back up help when checking in. 26 minutes is unacceptable!
