Excellent service, great, relaxing facilities

Le pire sejour de ma vie. J’ai deja sejourner dans 7 hotels au sri lanka le radisson est le plus cher que j’ai fait et sans aucun doute le pire. Tout d’abord a l’arrivée j’ai reservé pour 2 personnes mais a l’arrivée la reception m’indique que malheureusement il y aura un supplement pour ma femme. Ils m’ont donc demander 120€ de supplément! Sachant que j’ai déjà payé 220€ par nuit donc 440€ le sejour Bien entendu la reception voulais etre payer en liquide et de plus apres négociation nous sommes descendu a 60€ ce qui prouve que cela n’avais rien de la procedure habituel mais etaot simplement destiné a me voler. Lorsque j’ai voulu annuler ma u la reception m’a indiqué qu’elle preleverai l’intégralité de la somme sur ma carte je me suis donc retrouvé piéger par ces escrocs. Ensuite nous avons découvert notre chambre ou une forte odeur d’humidité et de pourriture nous a dégoûter, impossible de dormir dans ces conditions puisque le lit était mouillé par l’humidité (voir les photos) De plus il y avait de la pourriture de partout et la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas. Nous avons demander a etre changer de chambre ce qu’ils ont refusé, ils nous ensuite dit qu’ils allaient regler le problèmes dans notre chambre. Je suis resté dans la chambre pour observer malgré l’insistance de l’employé pour que je sorte, et en réalité il s’est contenté de mettre énormément de parfum pour cacher l’odeur. Pour finir le barman de la piscine a essayer de nous vendre de la drogue et n’arrêtai pas de regarder ma femme. Cet hotel n’est pas du tout représentatif di sri lanka c’est une honte! Et c’est une honte de payer si cher pour un hotel aussi mediocre! C’est sale et indigne d’une nuit a 200€.

很舒服的一次旅行，一定要去海邊！海濱酒店真的是行程的亮點 ，因為是環保酒店所以牙刷等一次性用具要記得提前找前台要噢

不敢相信這是一家五星級酒店，連牙刷都不提供。服務員逼着我要寫好評，還要提到他的名字才給我毛巾。服務真的是相當的奇葩了。距離也是很遠，交通相當不方便，打不到車。酒店內的餐食費用實在太高了，味道卻很差。

Not a 5 star hotel - rooms and bathrooms are in desperate need of renovation. Sliding door on the shower was rusted and won’t slide so had to leave it open or you’d be stuck inside! Pool area is decent but not exceptional. Beaches are much nicer elsewhere on the south coast - softer sand, clearer waters. The only plus point was a decent breakfast selection.

Check out process was horrible. Would not allow check out until they went to room and confirmed mini bar. Made me feel like they thought I was a lying thief. I was not lying. I gave them accurate info. Why not take my word and allow check out? Really? Why doubt your guest when you are only talking about $8 worth of drinks? Seems crazy to treat your guest like you don’t trust them and they are dishonest

Despite booking one of the most expensive rooms in the hotel I was given the run around for an hour. Check in was at 2 yet it was 3pm before they gave me the keys. Also, I had asked in advance for an extra bed in my suite but there was not one.

My experience was very mixed. I got upgraded to a sea view suite which was excellent. Super comfortable bed and great bath and balcony and living room. Just like in photos. Ordinary rooms are less than one would expect from a Radisson, and not like in the photos. My main issue was the constant loud techno music at the central poolside from 11am to 9pm, even when the pool-side bar was closed. It was not music suitable for a summer pool-side, but more for a night-club. Could hear from inside ordinary pool-side rooms also. Other hotels I stayed in along this coast has pool-side music but it was pleasant. Breakfast was good and nice to sit by pool. Loved sitting out by the beach at night and the natural pool area in the sea by the hotel was fab for splashing around, but not advised for weak swimmers, in off-season. Nothing to do outside the hotel in walking distance, and quite depressing roadway outside. Duty manager was excellent and addressed some concerns I had very professionally. I recommend ********** loyalty scheme for assisting in upgrades!

Hotel was nice, lots of renovations on the go during our stay unfortunately. Also unfortunately we couldn’t buy alcoholic drinks as it was a religious holiday. The rooms were great. Stayed in a suite. Food choice in dinner buffet very poor for western tastes.

The check in procedure was very efficient. Excellent juice.

When we checked in the room was smelling strong of perfume. We went out for 3-4 hours, and when we came back and the perfume smell had gone, there was a distinct smell of mould. We were offered a new room, but it was just the same. We wanted a full refund, but had to pay for one night. We left anyway and checked in to another hotel. The hallway and room was very worn down, not like on the pictures at all. But other than that and the smell of mould, the room seemed clean. There was some really helpful and kind staffmembers, but the manager was rude.
