Hotel Casablanca dengan Tempat Letak Kereta

Chambre correct équipé avec le nécessaire, bon emplacement géographique. Personnel agréable et serviable. En revanche il n'y a aucune insonorisation vers l'extérieur (la rue) et l'intérieur (les couloirs). Après des choses ne semblent pas vérifié dans leur fonctionnement : chasse d'eau, climatisation

The hotel and service was great. But it's missing a couple items like a business center that the guest can use to print tickets instead of emailing the front desk (their printer was down). Also, if they don't want to put microwaves in the rooms, a community location on a few floors would be great so that we don't have to fight with room service to warm up food not purchased at the hotel.

This is honestly the worst hotel that I have ever stayed at, the rooms are dirty, the beds are filthy and the bathroom had an uncomfortable odor. The staff are rude and we were told at night that we had to switch rooms, they refused to tell us why. If you plan on communicating in English with the staff, you need to consider another hotel as they don't have the necessary language skills to communicate in English. I also wanted to make a complaint about a member of the staff for the way I was treated and he refused to give me his name. The only positive about this hotel is it's decent location, however, there are several other hotels really close by to consider and I wish that I had picked another one. A few tips for you guys that still decide to book this hotel despite all of the above is to not use the taxis in front of the hotel as they try their very best to rip you off, there are more taxis around the corner by the Casa Port train station, use those instead. If you are able to skip the hotel breakfast, you should do so, the selection is poor and the food tastes really bland, they also water down the juice. There are some nicer places to have breakfast around the corner at the Casa Port train station.

This hotel is deceptive. The ground floor and lobby is quite nice but the other floors and the rooms are not. The beds were clean and comfortable, the room was decent, and the shower was nice. I did see what looked like a blood stain on the bathroom wall though. The breakfast was good and had eggs, sausage, beans, sweet and other bread and rolls, coffee, hot chocolate, orange juice, chicken, slices, and cheese available. It's located right on a tram line and taxis are going by so the time, yet it's a relatively quiet street. That's the good news, now for the bad. Most of the electrical outlets in the room did not work. The rooms let in all the noise from the hallway and you can hear phones ringing etc. the elevator buttons on each floor don't always work to summon the elevator. There is no safe in the room, and I felt like we needed one. The wifi stopped working often and was quite slow at times. The tap water is not drinkable. The orange juice at the buffet breakfast tasted a bit like Tang. Although cheap, I don't know that it was worth the price.

很喜歡這家酒店，地理位置就在卡薩布蘭卡的海邊，呆在酒店也能看到大西洋海岸，隨時可以穿個人字拖去海邊走走。跟當地司機說酒店名字，基本上都知道這家。 酒店對麪有麥當勞和很多海鮮店，都很不錯早餐的話，酒店門口有一家當地早餐店，可以邊看海邊吃。打車去看市區景點也很方便，還不貴。 到的第一天沿着海邊暴走1小時，不經意間發現了一家商場，順手買了張手機卡，購物也方便。 酒店人員很熱情，服務很好，房間也很乾凈。不知道為什麼這中國遊客不多，但因此也能體驗更多當地風情。

فندق جميل جداً قريب من جميع احتياجات المسافر والسعر متوسط مع العلم أني نزلت في الفندق في شهر سبتمبر ، وغرفة واسعه ونظيفة ، ويتوفر مواقف لسيارات ومسبح ، ايضاً اطلاله الغرفة على البحر كانت رائعه ويوجد في كل شقة بلكونه مطله أما على البحر أو المسبح . الافطار جيد ومتقدم . ختاماً اشكر فريق العمل في الاستقبال خاصة السيد زكريا على تجاوبه ايضاً استجابة السيدةً دنيا على تعاونها التام في كل ما يتعلق في خدمات الفندق وتسهيل النقل بين الغرف

14th February 2023 It was ideal for our one night stay, big room and comfortable bed, great shower/bathroom, we had a very quiet inward facing room, staff were very helpful, there were food outlets and ATM/Bank Cash Machine nearby etc Breakfast was plentiful and typical Moroccan style. All in all it was a fair value for money hotel.

Прекрасный отель в своем стиле находится в комплексе отеля Тransatlantic  В шаговой доступности множество Базаров торговых улице кафе ресторанов фитнес центров Кинотеатр синема. Также очень удобное для подготовки к отправке в аэропорт в пешей доступности находится 🚉  Casa port  Единственное неудобство отсутствие Wi-Fi. В комнате. И горячая вода по расписанию.

I arrived with 2 other travelers who are apart of Intrepid travel. We arrived by Intrepid shuttle upon arrival at Casablanca airport at 10am. Bags brought up to our rooms - that we were able to access with 15min of our arrival despite official check in scheduled no earlier than 12.30pm. This was perfect as I wanted rest & a shower before joining rest of group at 6pm. Room was clean, bed comfortable and air conditioning worked well (a little noisy but that didn’t affect my stay or sleep!) The hotel itself is like an art gallery with work and craft from local artisans. Breakfast had many options, depending on preference and taste- hot food or continental style was on offer- self serve. The coffee machine with different coffee options worked well. I had a cafe latte and must say it was perfect (I’m quite picky with espresso coffee!) There was also a hot chocolate option too! Lovely albeit brief stay, would recommend. Also, the tiny shop stall across from Odyssee sells various chargers - which was so clutch as I forgot to bring my power adapter!
