Worst service ever. No body speaks neither English or Spanish. At 8 pm there nobody in the reception. There is any indication in the room about the password for the wifi. It's is necessary because there in no signal where the property is located. Rooms are with heater until may!! Room temperature was 80/26 and there is no choice to change it! It's not possible to rest with that steamer in the room. We ask to move the place was they will not reimburse the reservation that was paid in advance.

RESORT DA INCUBO: Abbiamo prenotato un soggiorno per due presso tale struttura. La prima impressione al nostro arrivo è stata quella di trovarci in una struttura abbandonata a se stessa senza personale infatti l’unica persona incontrata è stata il receptionist, che a sua volta svolge anche funzione di sala nel ristorante a colazione, e UNA signora addetta alle pulizie. Una volta fatto il check-in siamo stati accompagnati nella nostra stanza dove ci viene detto di chiamare la reception per la gestione dell’aria condizionata (se di notte si ha caldo o freddo la reception è abbandonata per cui si deve scegliere tra morire di caldo o di freddo prima che chiuda). Una volta parcheggiati in un angolo i bagagli siamo andati in bagno per rinfrescarci dove abbiamo avuto modo di ammirare un’opera d’arte sulle piastrelle di capelli dei precedenti ospiti così come nella doccia e negli asciugamani pieni di macchie, con spazzolino del wc sporco e fughe ingiallite. Frigo bar della camera non funzionante e macchie di muffa all’interno, incrostazioni giallastre sul muro che parevano escrementi nasali. Segnatela la situazione ci hanno spostati a loro dire in una “suite” dove la situazione era leggermente migliore ma dove abbiamo comunque riscontrato: due televisori non funzionanti, condizionatore che perdeva acqua lasciando striature di muffa lungo la parete. La sera ci viene in mente di sostare nei pressi della piscina a nostro rischio e pericolo poiché assi delle pedane inclinate, instabili e con chiodi esposti. Colazione non degna di un resort a 4 stelle, personale falsamente cordiale, “direttrice” fantasma. Per motivi familiari siamo dovuti rientrare con due notti di anticipo avvisando la mattina dopo della situazione poiché la sera alle 22 reception già chiusa. Ci è stato detto che ci avrebbero fatto sapere poiché la direzione non rispondeva, dopo varie insistenze ci hanno detto che era possibile solo rilasciare un buono valido dai 3 ai 6 mesi per poi vedere, via email, che la scadenza era a 30 giorni senza spiegazioni. La struttura ha del potenziale altissimo peccato che sia lasciata a se stessa sia a livello organizzativo che gestionale. Esperienza pessima.

2 days before the arrival we were asked to perform online check-in. We arrived at the hotel we where left waiting for over 30 minutes in reception as there system was crashing down. We had to re do the check-in again at the desk as the ignore the online check-in. After they gave us the room we asked for an Iron and we found out that the hotel does not provide one neither offer iron service {which we ended buying one} and loose our restaurant reservation for that night since we wasted more time to find one around the area, Safe does not work, damaged walls and Room full of mold. When it comes to bathroom the tiles where very sticky, Toilet seat Broken, sink water dose not drain straight away and the cherry on the cake was the shower drain cloaked. When complained we where totally ignored. We tried to use the Spa facilities {jacuzzi and sauna} we they informed us that we had to pay. We asked for spa services ( Massage) and they told us that it was closed. Pool was not safe due to rotten wood on the deck, We tried to order room service in the afternoon and they informed us the kitchen was closed for the whole afternoon on a Saturday. During check-out we found that the sleeping pillows that we slept on where full of mold. We compilate again at the reception and again they ignored us. There website was nice and stated as a 4 star hotel and in reality it does look place more then 2 star hotel. Only good thing about it was the Parking and the breakfast. Horrible experience and we will not return there again.

reception was not very customer friendly airconditioning was not working and not even repaired after claiming. no stairs and no signs for emergency exit dog walking around swimming pool, this is not acceptable. noisy music such a bad experience never again!

This place doens't care about it's guest in the most appaling way. We booked for 1 night since we had an early fight in Bari. When w earrived we got 2 rooms on the poolside where in the evening a band starting playing till midnight ... We didn't know anything about this and sleeping was impossible. They laughed our complaints away and even after asking to speak to the manager 3 times they simply refused to call him and just charged us full price. Not the slightest effort to help us. We send 2 mails but zero response ... 1 advice: there are more than enough nice hotels in the area to not go there! Worste hotelexperience ever

Che dire posto bellissimo ottima accoglienza dello staff al completo e chef Nicola spettacolare da ritornare assolutamente e vi consiglio il percorso spa e soprattutto il massaggio d'avvero rilassante insomma tutto perfetto da ritornare magari questa volta in estate.Un ringraziamento speciale al titolare matteo che ci ha fatti sentire a casa .
