Spiagge San Pietro, a Charming & Relaxing Resort

Where do I start, from initially making the reservation to check out, this place exceeded all expectations. I booked this place being fully aware that it was going to be a chilled and relaxing week. It was this and more. Please be aware that this resort is very isolated. You will need to drive or taxi it everywhere. It doesn't have a shop on site but they provide a shuttle for £20pp to the local town 20mins away, town has cash machine, supermarket and tourist shops and a few restaurants, shuttle leaves at 9pm and returns midnight. One night was enough, 3 hours max needed to spend there. We booked half board, morning breakfast (continental and hot), and 4 course gourmet dinner every night. All drinks and lunch had to be paid for, which can add up very quickly. Lunch selection was great. Beach and pool where a treat, very quiet, very spacious, beach beds are allocated for your entire stay, lifeguard consistently there for both beach and pool. Flag on the beach always identifying whether it was safe or not. Only downfall was that the hotel had no toilet or bar on the beach, but there was a public bar to use extremely close to the private hotel sun loungers. The pool floor was a little on the dirty side which was a little down, as the hotel general cleanliness was super. If you are looking for some piece and quiet look no further. This place is a real oasis and tranquillity that always you to unwind and recharge.

We spent the most wonderful and unique time at Spiagge di San Pietro! Everything was perfect from the moment we entered the resort: Beautiful hotel, very friendly, professional and helpful staff that took care of our every needs. The room we had booked was simple but cozy and very clean. The pool was fantastic and we loved the beach so much: crystal clear blue water, clean, quiet and private and the life guards were very attentive and friendly. Every day we got fresh beach towels and the sunbeds and umbrellas were already prepared, this made us feel pampered every moment. We booked halfboard and this was the best choice we could have made. We felt so welcome at the restaurants, in particular at Exoticus. The staff was well aware of our request for vegan meals and took excellent care to serve us the most outstanding dishes - bravo to the Chef, who created new dishes every day . The massage was professional, wonderful, very relaxing and soothing! We found a little paradise with lots of angels (staff) taking care of us. We can highly recommend this resort and for sure - we will be back as soon as possible!!! Thank you for everything.

The location did not let us down as has a beautiful beach and pool with lifeguards and nice beds. We were attracted to this resort as it had been recently renovated. However the bedrooms still felt cramped and dated particularly for its price point Breakfast had high quality produce but the setup was inefficient (buffet was not self service) resulting in the meal taking ages despite staffs’ best efforts. Unfortunately this hotel had a tendency to price gouge across all aspects (dinner, drinks, excursions) with all being ~25% higher vs local establishments and other resorts that we had frequented. This resulted in us spending more time outside the hotel which defeats the purpose of going to a resort of this calibre. I think management need to review its customer touchpoints across all fronts and identify how to enhance the experiences to make it worth the current price points

Common areas: The Wifi doesn’t work in the rooms or the public areas, which made working there impossible. The tennis courts are in a bad condition, they are uneven and parts of the ground are damaged, the nets aren't installed properly. It was clear before arrival that the tennis courts were one of our most important requirements for our holidays, the condition of the courts didn’t meet our expectations at all and made playing unenjoyable. The whole facility is in a bad shape, missing tiles, a very dirty pool, damaged windows etc. Rooms: The room was very small and had a lot of small damages throughout. It didn’t match the pictures on the hotel website, it has small holes in the door frame and cracks in the walls, missing tiles on the balcony, the bathroom door had damages from the humidity. It was very loud at night, music from the club and dogs barking, noises from the neighboring rooms, also the lights were on all night, therefore we couldn’t really sleep. Food & Service: We expected the service and the staff to be similar to other 4 star superior hotels we have stayed in, unfortunately we didn’t have great service. At dinner we felt cramped in with all the other guests. The dining room didn't feel comfortable with its plastic windows, of which one was also damaged, and the unloving decor. The food was nothing special, unsalted and unlovingly put on a plate, not up to 4* s standards. The staff started to clear out the buffet 30 minutes before the end of dinner, so we didn’t have a lot of choices at the salad and dessert bar. As the dinner times are already pretty short with 2 hours, it would have been nice to at least have this time. When we tried to order something from the menu at the bar a little later, the barkeeper just told us they don’t have what we want, although we ordered the same thing at dinner and there it wasn’t a problem. Although we told him that, he didn’t make any efforts of getting us the thing we wanted. At breakfast we tried to come a little later, so that we have a little bit more quiet. When we asked one of the waitresses for water, she just looked at her watch and pointed us to the buffet. The buffet was also half cleared out by then, everything looked really dirty at that point as well, which given the number of staff there didn’t make sense to us. Some small things that would have contributed to a better experience would have been a luggage service after check in, as the property is really big and we also had to carry our luggage up the stairs to our room, and the staff being more attentive to our needs, for example asking if we need anything at the dinner like cutlery, which we got ourselves in the end. Overall we really felt uncomfortable and there were a lot of things that added up to a point where we decided we didn’t want to stay there any longer. We never left a hotel early before, but we just don’t think what we experienced is what you advertised on the website and booking platforms and it just isn’

The most disappointing thing about this hotel is the lack of variety in the restaurant and the service of the personnel. Food in restaurant is OK but nothing special. Drinks in the bar very very expensive and no possibility to do shopping as the hotel is quite isolated and to get a taxi costs 40 Euro to the next town! On a positive note, the beach is very nice and clean and the sea is beautiful. The pool area is also very nice and chairs always available. Would I stay here again - NO. The hotel needs improving in a lot of aspects.

Les propriétaires de cet hôtel sont des arnaqueurs , évitez d’y aller Nous avions réservé l’hôtel pour un mariage Depuis 8 mois , nous avons fait 2 déplacements avec le traiteur , l’orchestre et le décorateur Tout était ok nous devions prendre un minimum de 80 chambres et 4 mois avant le mariage ils nous ont augmenté les prix de 50 % et ils ont voulu nous faire payer une location pour tous les espaces . A part ça nous sommes resté 4 jours dans l’hôtel La nourriture est basique sans choix Au petit déjeuner il n’y a pas grand chose Le service est très moyen Et ils ne parlent pas le français La plage est assez éloignée Il n’y a rien pour les enfants Il est à déconseillé pour les familles Nous n’y retournerons plus et le déconseillerais à tous nos invités plus de 200 personnes A bon entendeur salut vous êtes prévenu

Cercherò Cercherò essere esaustiva oer dare ottimi consigli ai viaggiatori. Noi siamo stati in vacanza, come coppia nel mese di agosto e siamo stati molto bene. Essendo un po` esigenti sulle camere abbiamo optato per una Superior in quanto per questa stagione la categoria di camera più alta. La camera era la 60, molto bella e curata con anche la vista mare in lontananza. La camera offre una doccia spaziosa, un divano, uno schermo TV smart e il wifi veloce, oltre ai servizi e mobili tipici come armadio, scrivania, letto, appendini ecc. Tutto molto pulito e profumato e davvero ben tenuto, anche le travi a vista che possono annodare ragnatele erano pulitissime. Gli spazi comuni sono enormi, con un verde bellissimo che i alcune aree soffriva per la società, ma credo ad agosto in Sardegna con 40 gradi può succedere. La piazza, il bar, il ricevimento, la piscina sono bellissimi e molto ben arredati. La boutique ha un ottimo servizio commissioni per qualsiasi necessità, come gli assorbenti o le medicine, ma ha già in vendita i taglia unghie, il balsamo e queste cose che uno può scordare, oltre ai suoi prodotti specifici molto belli come gli abiti in seta e i souvenir. Il bar ha un ottimo servizio pranzo e drink in piscina, con costi in linea con il prodotto o forse anche leggermente sotto la media. I ragazzi sono gentilissimi. La colazione é offerta in una sala stupenda, con un buffet molto scenografico e anche qui molto pulito. Ho apprezzato molto essere servita, avere la frutta fresca già pulita e tagliata e notare la pulizia di ogni spazio, vetrate comprese, impeccabile. La cena e il mare sono secondo me il punto forte del resort perché sono di altissimo livello. Mare e spiaggia sono quelli di cala sinzias di colori tipici che ci si aspetta in sardegna, un vero paradiso. La cena é offerta nella mezza pensione che noi avevamo nel ristorante della sera, chiamato Exoticus, che tutti i giorni propone 3 antipasti , 3 primi, 3 secondi e 3 dessert di cui ci sono sempre piatti tipici sardi, talvolta molto ben rivisitati, e sempre piatti a base di pesce fresco. Al ristorante si viene accolti tutte le sere e accompagnati al tavolo e il primo giorno viene anche spiegato tutto il servizio di cena e colazione, anche se il ricevimento all,arrivo comunque dá delle indicazioni che fa piacere ricevere nuovamente perché noi eravamo stanchi dal viaggio e spaesati il primo giorno. Tutto il personale è accogliente ed educato e la sera ci domandano sempre se stiamo stiamo bene e se tutto procede bene. Al ricevimento anche alla consegna dei teli mare, che danno qui, domandano se sia tutto ok. Ho apprezzato molto l'interesse mostrato ma anche la privacy che si ha in piscina e al mare perché nell'hotel non c'è animazione. Congilio tanto a tutti, ma consiglio anche di viaggiare con l'auto perché l'hotel è in mezzo alla campagna a due passi dal mare dove non ci sono servizi esterni. Non ho usato le escursioni né i campi sportivi di ogni genere presenti ma ho fatto

Un paradiso Sono appena tornato da questo posto fantastico dove ho trascorso dieci bellissimi giorni insieme alla mia fidanzata. Il resort si trova completamente in mezzo alla natura, se volete rilassarvi è il luogo ideale. Un grazie a tutto il personale che ci ha fatto sentire a casa, tutti davvero molto gentili, educati e super disponibili. Siamo stati bene, il mare ha dei colori meravigliosi ed è a pochi passi dal resort. La cucina è qualcosa di eccezionale, abbiamo mangiato sempre benissimo, i piatti sono un mix tra sapori della cucina tipica sarda e quella orientale, complimenti allo chef e a tutto il suo team. Sicuramente ci torneremo

Inizio con il dire che ho scelto questo posto perché già dalle foto trovate nel sito web e successivamente nella pagina instagram mi trasmetteva quella pace e relax di cui avevo bisogno e non mi sono sbagliato. Io e il mio compagno abbiamo completamente staccato la spina per tutta la nostra permanenza, sembra davvero di stare in un altra realtà, è tutto molto zen. Il resort è immerso nel verde, tutto curato nei minimi dettagli. Bellissima la sala della colazione, dove ci sono tutte queste enormi vetrate dalle quali si vede il mare. Fare colazione così non ha prezzo, si inizia subito la giornata con il piede giusto. All’interno del resort c’è anche una piccola boutique, tutta in stile etnico, dove si possono trovare abiti, accessori, gioielli e tanto altro, tutto realizzati a mano con stoffe e materiali di qualità. Un posto meraviglioso, super consigliato. Noi torneremo sicuramente.
