Il personale di Palazzo San Giorgio è molto disponibile e competente, mi ha fornito tutte le informazioni che ho richiesto durante il mio soggiorno (indicazioni stradali, ristoranti, musei ecc). Ho alloggiato una notte in una bellissima ed elegante junior suite, luminosa ed estremamente pulita. Ho trovato l’arredamento dell’intera struttura molto moderno e curato nei minimi dettagli. Quello che mi è piaciuto di più è stata la colazione….buffet vastissimo e tanta scelta anche alla carta. Sebbene sia molto bella la spa non è grandissima e questo la rende un ambiente accogliente. Super raccomandato!!

The hotel staff assisted us in arranging transport from Comiso when our flight was changed from Catania with less than 24 hrs notice. We are a family of four with two teenage boys. We stayed for two nights. The staff were helpful on arrival and the room Ah, the women was a good size with great bathroom and balcony. The the ceiling is decorated in a traditional Sicilian style and added to the atmosphere of our trip. Despite being in a central location the shutters and windows made for a quiet night. The breakfast was good with attentive staff. I would recommend this hotel as being just out of the central bustle of Catania but close enough to allow easy walking to all the major sights. Check out the crypts of the church at the bottom of the street. 2€ each for a personal tour.

Comfortable bedrooms, although not the largest in size. Some rooms have balconies. My room had a bathtub with a shower over, plus bidet. Bedroom windows have electric blinds but they are quite noisy so can sometimes hear when next door rooms are moving theirs. Vivid blue and yellow colour scheme in the bathroom can be a bit harsh when you're still waking up. Reasonable choice of food at breakfast- breads, pastries, cakes, yogurts, lots of fresh juices, some fresh and tinned fruit etc. Not many hot options but that's expected for Italy. Not many tables in the area where the food & drink are set for breakfast although there are other tables available in a second area beyond. Snacks are available during the day from just behind reception should you want them. Two lifts but both small. One was being worked on as our group were trying to get their luggage down to check out and other guests still going to/from breakfast, which meant a bit of a wait for that single active lift. Overall, despite a few ******* I had a great stay & would go back if I return to Catania.

The hotel is dissapointing. Has a good location and wifi, but unfortunately it is very dirty. Location is very good, close to the Piazza del Duomo. Parrarel to the main street. Contactless check in and check out. Good wifi connection. Dirt everywhere - dusty floors, dust in the bathroom, dirty sink and toilet. Rust in the shower. Paint peeling from the wall in the bathroom. View from the window (room nr 1). Dirty wall from coffee. Dirty coffee machine. I contacted with the customer service via WhatsApp and I was told I can try another room, which bathroom condition was disguisting as well. I decided to stay in the one I was check in already. They have told me that they have scheduled deep cleaning for winter (I was staying there in September).

Fußläufig zu den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten gelegen. Öffentliche Parkplätze sind in der näheren Umgebung zu finden, mit Glück auch kostenfrei. Die Zimmer sind liebevoll ausgestattet und das Frühstück mit Liebe zum Detail angerichtet. Einziger Minuspunkt, die Türen sind absolut Schalldurchlässig und damit ist das Zimmer hellhörig. Zusammenfassend, klare Empfehlung, insbesondere für eine Buchung mit Frühstück.

Io e il mio ragazzo abbiamo alloggiato qui per una notte , in occasione di un concerto. Prezzo, stanze, ospitalità e pulizia top!! Le stanze avevano tutto l’occorrente, compresa una macchinetta del caffè. A disposizione avevamo anche una cucina(in comune con gli altri) . Condizionatore funzionante, set di tovaglie pulito e colazione inclusa direttamente in camera. La signora che ci ha accolto ci ha anche dato delle informazioni ed è stata gentilissima. Voto 10!!!! Ci rivediamo al prossimo concerto !!!!!!

The staff is quite friendly but be aware that not all of them speak decent English. The rooms are spacious, much bigger than other similar accomodations and the beds are comfortable. There is every day cleaning which is a big plus. However, some of the rooms need improvements. The floor cover in our room had some holes on it and the shower door was not closing properly. Also for me it wasn't a big issue but in the common areas there was a dog smell always (probably of the owner's). Another point to have in mind, but this is not their fault, the property is right across a kindergarten so early in the morning there can be some noise.
