Love the very convenient location right in the middle of Via Etnea, walking distances to most of the major attractions. Front Office is warm and very helpful in providing us with information and map upon checking in. Room was great and very comfortable. We were an hour early for check-in, and the room we booked wasn't available then. Instead, we got a surprise to be able to check-in into a bigger room. Breakfast is fabulous with lots of choices. Highly recommended. The property is right opposite the Rinascente departmental store. Before careful if you are claiming VAT refund. My tax refund of over 200 euros was disallowed as the tax refund form prepared by them deliberately omitted the last digit of my passport number.

Отель в самом центре на пешеходной улице, историческое здание. Прекрасный персонал, разрешили оставить рюкзак утром до заезда и после выезда до 21.00 вечера. Для меня это было крайне важно. Некоторое неудобство, что ванная находится не в номере, нужно пройти маленький общий коридорчик. Ванной могла пользоваться только я (собственный ключ). В номере телевизор, холодильник, сейф, кондиционер, маленький балкончик. Кровать на мой вкус слишком мягкая. В остальном всё прекрасно. Рекомендую.

Molto gentile la signora che ci ha accolto, la camera grande in stile moderno e molto pulita! Letto morbidissimo e la tv con possibilità di Netflix! Colazione abbondante e molto buona Inoltre è a pochi passi dal centro e dalla stazione centrale. Mi è piaciuta molto la gentilezza della signora si nota che lo fa con piacere e passione per il suo mestiere! Ottimo mi è piaciuto tutto e soprattutto l’igiene! Perfetto E ottimo staff 😇

Good stay in catania. Super busy city but overall stay is good. Breakfast is so so. Can have more choices. Its abit too basic. Room is big enough and clean. Love it.

We needed a hotel room close to Catania’s airport because we had an early morning flight. I was reluctant to book at this hotel because it got horrible reviews. I took a chance and we were pleasantly surprised! The hotel is reasonably priced, the rooms are clean and it’s really close to the airport! They have free shuttle service to and from the airport. We needed a 5am shuttle and they were right on time! We were scared to eat there after all the negative reviews, but the food and wine was great! They had a friendly staff and provided great personal service! We both had delicious pasta dishes and actually all the food looked good! The only negative was the look of the hotel outside. They clearly need to fix up the property on the outside, but I’d prefer a clean room and a good dinner! Don’t listen to all the bad reviews, this hotel is perfect for a one night stay before or after a flight!

Posto stupendo, pulito e staff cortese, gentile e disponibilissimo. Ottima e ricca colazione. Vista mare meravigliosa. Difficile trovare qualcosa che non mi sia piaciuto Tornerò sicuramente in questo hotel. Super soddisfatti, consigliatissimo!

What I liked: - The hotel boasts two lovely pools. - The on-site restaurant serves some of the best food I've had in the area, though it is pricey. - Breakfast is simple yet delicious, featuring eggs, frankfurts, bacon, cheese, pastries, fruit, juices, and wonderful coffee. - You are allowed to enjoy drinks by the pool. - 90% of the staff were extremely friendly and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. - Free parking is available on site. What I disliked: - The room's air conditioning was not adjustable and only blew in one direction, making both the bathroom and bedroom uncomfortably warm. - I had to sleep on the pullout sofa as the bedroom was too hot. Thankfully, the sofa was available; otherwise, I don't know what I would have done. - The spa seemed expensive for a hot tub and sauna, so I didn't use it and can't comment on its quality. - There is an incredible rooftop with views of the bay and Mt. Etna that goes unused, which feels like a wasted space. - The location is very remote, situated in a residential area with nothing within walking distance except for two restaurants and a golf club affiliated with the hotel. - While you can walk to the bay, there are no pathways and the return trip is steep and uphill. - The hotel provides taxis, but they are quite costly. - There is an extra charge to use the kitchenette, which was not communicated beforehand. Additionally, no tea or coffee replacements were provided, which is unusual for a hotel of this caliber. **Tips:** - If you are checking in past 10:30 PM, be sure to call the hotel to ensure someone will be available to check you in. - Renting a car is essential for getting around, as without one, your travel options will be limited and expensive. - This hotel is perfect if you want to relax by the pool and do occasional excursions. However, if you're looking for more activities, you may find the location too remote.

When you hear the name Best Western, it definitely doesn’t peak your senses for authentic Sicilian resort with an amazing restaurant option. However, this hotel was an incredibly pleasant surprise. We stayed here as a stopover for the drive from Catania to Taormina as we arrived fairly late and where just looking for a place to get some rest and a bite to eat. The hotel room was small but extremely comfortable with very helpful staff. However, what truly took the cake was the super restaurant, full of locals. I would definitely make a point to stay here again and eat here several times! The seafood was incredible, especially the cold seafood starter, the pasta was succulent and the pizza extraordinary. It is a short walk to the nearby town which is beautiful in itself, and if you happen to like motorcycles, there is a Ducati and a Harley Davidson dealer a few minutes’ walk away!
