Ulasan Summit Galleria Cebu

Thank you so much for granting my request my hubby was grateful for the free anniversary cake that you delivered to our room, memorable moment indeed. The staffs are so attentive and polite, the buffet breakfast was so delicious with a wide variety of foods. One of the best hotel ever!

Generally location is ok with me. I have stayed hete multiple times already but this time my room has defective tiles and needs repair as it seems to be making a hollow sound when you step on it that means it is no longer attache to the base. Also, there was no one that serviced our room even after informing or making a request at the front desk.

I had a great stay in this hotel. The hotel has free parking facility and has a good breakfast buffet options. P.S.: Bacon in breakfast is available but are only prepared upon request ;)

Pros : Location (inside a mall) , Pricepoint (reasonable) , Amenities (Gym and pool) Cons : Dated (May need a little TLC) Also, the experience did not start great at all! I checked a few hours (5:30am) earlier than expected as I had a bad experience with my previous hotel. I was asked to pay the full price of a day before check in, I asked if they could consider even half as Im going to stay with them for a week and really need to sleep. Well, to no surprise answer was no since the half price starts at 6am. Money over customer service. Lost me there.

My wife and I stayed there for one night to be near the city. Check in was easy and parking was good. Erica was real nice and helped us out. Had our key ready right away. Everything was fine no complaints except the room smelled like cigarettes when we walked in as well as near the toilet area. I told the receptionist so they didn't blame us but she just said the rooms are non smoking. Around 4am there was brown out and I had to turn the AC back on. Otherwise all good not much to do. Elevators are slow too. Quality hotel and great location.

The location is really convenient from the seaport. It's great that the hotel is attached to the mall. The room is quite spacious and clean. The beds are comfy. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet is really delicious and worth it.

I enjoy my stay here at Summit Galleria Cebu. Very convenient and near restaurant/mall. I love my stay here. Plus they have clean amenities gym and swimming pool

Overall stay was excellent, booking, checkin/out, room, breakfast, service all very good. The only thing I would like to see improved would be the service in the lobby bar in the evening, even though there were minimum customers the service was incredibly slow with no attention to care.

The location of this hotel is very convenient! Part of the galleria mall; it can be accessed from the mall itself during opening hours- perfect for this shopaholic! We stayed in the deluxe king room. We found it very spacious and the bed quite comfortable! Shower door leaked slightly but thankfully the bathroom is large so we could avoid the water on the floor. Swimming pool was amazing! Lovely big size with lots of places to sit and relax! Would highly recommend this place, and will stay again!

We enjoyed our stay in Summit Galleria Cebu. Our son loved our room so much he wanted to go back right away whenever we were out. (+) Very spacious. Comfy bed and pillows. With gym and an indoor pool Buffet breakfast spread was good and with a lot of choices Clean Staff are courteous and attentive Connected to the mall

The hotel is near the ferry area, which is favorable to jetsetters using ferry. Near to Robinson shopping mall.

Will come back here again when im in cebu, very affordable price and comfortable room and beds already
