Hotel berhampiran Nalusuan Island di Cebu

Kami meraikan hari lahir saya dan suami di resort ini dengan penginapan Bermalam. Kami berbesar hati kerana dapat menempah di hotel ini sehari sebelum penginapan yang dirancang dengan jumlah yang lebih rendah. Setibanya, kami disambut oleh kakitangan mereka yang mesra. Kami berseronok menerokai seluruh resort, dari berkanu di pantai hingga berenang hampir semua kolam. Kami diberi bilik dengan pemandangan laut yang menghadap ke seberang resort. Dan saya menyukainya kerana ia lebih tenang dan jauh dari kesibukan. Saya juga cuba menempah kek untuk Hari Lahir kami pada keesokan harinya dan meminta kakitangan mereka menghantar kek semasa sarapan untuk memberi sedikit kejutan untuk hubby. Kami sangat gembira kerana kami bukan sahaja menghantar kek ke meja kami, malah beberapa kakitangan mereka juga menyediakan nombor tarian sambil menyanyi di atas meja kami. Cara untuk memulakan hari anda, bukan? Terima kasih kepada semua kakitangan dari Solea Mactan Resort kerana menjadikan hari kami sebagai tambahan untuk kami. Kami sangat ingin kembali ke resort ini pada percutian keluarga masa depan kami lagi!

Kami terus kembali ke Solea Resort kerana bagi kami ia mempunyai kemudahan yang lengkap, mereka mempunyai kakitangan yang sangat akomodatif dan mesra dan perkhidmatan mereka sangat baik! Bilik-bilik adalah bersih dan mereka menyajikan makanan yang enak. Kami sentiasa seronok setiap kali kami menginap di Solea. Amat disyorkan! 👍🏻

Such a beautiful resort !!! I didn’t get the most welcoming check in but Ralph checked in my friend and he got a room right away. We switched to Ralph and he handed everything to quickly and there was room available for us as well . He’s so competent, approach and very warm towards the guest . Aside the check in, the breakfast has lots of options , cocktails bars / happy hours Monday to Thursday great deal !! I loved Salt and sky bar on the rooftop, the sunset view amazing . Paddle board , kayaking and the 8 different pools that we tested . Want grill menu , amazing, and the waiter will bring your cocktail to the beach as well. Over the friendly staff made the trip so enjoyable and the other guest , mainly Korean so friendly and kind. I had the best Christmas on this resort and I can’t wait to return back with my husband.

I booked for a stay on that same day since I want to have a short escape away from home. I searched for a budget friendly short stay and I was amazed I ended up to this cozy place. It was a late check in after work but the receptionist was entertaining and welcoming. I booked a shared room of 4 beds and i find it ok though the space was a bit of a challenge but the facilities were complete and provided. With the amount, i was surprised that there was a breakfast included. This place was truly a great find.

This visit to Marco Polo truly saddened me. If you read some of my past reviews of this hotel I noted it was my favorite place to stay anywhere in the world. This was my first post Covid visit and I was shocked and disappointed. - Basic maintenance has not been completed. For example, there is a glass elevator that goes to Blu their rooftop restaurant. This elevator was out of order and when I asked why I was told “Covid.” Covid travel restrictions were lifted a long time ago and that’s no excuse. In a second example, we returned to our room after a long night and the key did not work. It turned out the battery in the electronic device on the door needed to be replaced and the front desk understand the issue immediately, so this must happen often. Good hotels replace these batteries on a schedule so the guests never suffer from dead batteries. - Service, which used to be outstanding?@, is now unacceptable. First, the English language skills of most employees we encountered were sub par. Second, the person who checked me in was being trained, so the check in process was very slow. Third, service at the poolside bar during lunch was slow, the waitstaff inattentive and they failed to include my banana shake on the bill so as we are leaving the grab us and give us a second bill to pay. Fourth, service at breakfast was terrible. I had to ask for black tea three times before I got it, seeking some out 3 times as no one ever came to check on us. When we arrived around 9 AM there was no bacon (later replenished with bacon that looked so bad I did not even try it, fatty and not crisp), there was 1 banana, which was never replenished, there were no juice glasses (later replenished). The food quality was adequate but not nearly up to pre-Covid standards. Overall the service was lacking. - I was also disappointed that the lobby lounge, which used to have live music every night now has piano music only and only 1 night per week I am told. - There was a cart of dirty linens in our hallway both days Some of these things are not expensive or hard to fix. It doesn’t cost a lot to have live music in the lounge nightly as there are lots of singers groups looking for opportunities. It doesn’t cost a lot to make sure you change door card batteries regularly Others are basic requirements if doing business. For example you don’t leave a glass elevator to one of the most expensive restaurants in Cebu out of order for month/years. I am purchasing a condo unit in Marco Polo residences and expected to regularly visit the hotel for meals/drinks, but if this is the quality and service we can expect, then I will not be utilizing their services.

Everything was good except the massage and the facial.. I was really dissapointed.. I expected she was going to massage my face but she didn't. . I'm so Dissapointed.. It's not worth it😡😡😡😡

We had the pleasure to eat at Belmont Cafe. It was an exceptional experience and the service was second to none. From the greeting upon entry to the quality of food and the attentiveness we received, the entire time was incredible. We had the four cheese pizza, fresh lumpia, Laing and other items. The food was beyond delicious and can’t wait to taste more dishes in the future. We want to give special recognition for Chef Ri, she checked on us to make sure we enjoyed the food, a rare thing and much appreciated. Special recognition as well to our server Michael, he went above and beyond to make our visit memorable and was one of the most attentive I have seen, he provided the highest quality of service and others in the future will have a hard time matching his skills. Thank you for all you did to make our dinner one we will not forget.

The hotel was so close to the airport. Only 25 minutes away. The staff made sure at all times that we were well taken care of. Room service was very quick. Definitely a man made beach but still good. I would definitely go back.

New building, nice and spacious rooms, they clean everyday and change towels. Refills of coffee and water. Complete amenities with your own kitchen refrigerator water kettle and dining area. Nice double beds. City view 😍 and nice swimming pool. They have great restaurant at the roof deck with great menu and 360 view of the city. Accomodating and helpful staff. It would be nice to be back.

I recently booked Savoy Mactan Cebu as a honeymoon gift for my best friend from high school. From my first call to the receptionist, the warmth and hospitality were evident. I requested a special welcome message for the newlyweds on the screen, and the staff exceeded expectations. They crafted a swan on the bed and surprised them with complimentary cupcakes, each one saying, ”Congratulations to the newlywed.” Thank you, Savoy Mactan, for your world-class service and for making my dear friend's stay extra special.
