Tampah Hills

We spent an amazing week at the Tampah Hills resort. We felt treated likes kings and queens. The whole team is dedicated to creating an unforgettable time. Everybody on the service team is super friendly and professional (thanks Rian for the special tea you prepared). Iwan, the experience manager, and Judd, the general director, went to extra lengths and came to see us multiple times to ensure that everything was going great and personally drove us to a beach when one of their drivers could not make it on time because the car had a flat tire and needed to get fixed. The views of the bay are stunning. We stayed in two villas. Villa Gem and Villa Solah. What we liked especially about Villa Gem is all around view from the kitchen/living room area and the outside showers. Villa Solah is a dream come true. Great bedrooms with amazing views, huge main pool and a smaller pool for sunset. We also made heavy usage of the chauffeur service (thanks Parlan for the excellent driving in challenging conditions), they took us to nearby beaches, the Gili islands, the waterfalls and for shopping in Mataram. For us, Tampah Hills was an extraordinary place to relax and enjoy life.

The facility in this villa is impeccable! Everything is sufficient and very luxurious. But the most memorable part of this experience are the staff, they are very welcoming and always tend to our needs. They are the highlights of this trip!

International architects creates high standards with beautiful sea views, designed houses and top services including butler services and driver. The new GM Judd is highly motivated to push Tampah Hills to a high end destination and Iwan, the experience manager takes care about the positive mood for the family and their kids.

Tampah hills was amazing such a good experience the view from our villa was amazing we stayed in the 4 bedroom villa layang 20 minutes from Kuta with a great few restaurants perfect for a family holiday will be back again Thankyou for having us

Staying in Tampah Hills, was like staying over at a friends place. We stayed as a group of four friends, each having their own room. And the service was like being taken care of by people we’ve known for a long time; with a perfect mix of being attentive and relaxed. Two of the nights we requested food off-menu and the team prepared a family style meal that was amazing. Nothing over the top, just the way you want to share a meal with your friends. Nobody in my group plays tennis, so it was great to get paired with a guest from another villa to play tennis a few morning. We also went surfing a few days, snorkeling another, both were great, but just hanging out by the pool taking in the ocean and recharging and getting a massage, was probably the best activity one could imagine. I’m planning to come back with the family!

The beauty of Lombok surprised me! Very serene and less busy than Bali. The villas in Tampah Hills are absolutely stunning, the views are unbelievable and they have everything you need for a comfortable stay. But, what was exceptional is the service. The manager, Judd, made sure all my requests were taken care of in time and the staff was really sweet, especially the ones that came in to make the breakfast.

We stayed at Villa V 6 adults wow what an amazing view. The villa is stunning however the kitchen lacked all the cooking utensils to enable you to cook for 6 adults. Plus it needs a microwave. However the staff are amazing and come to cook and prepare your breakfast which is delicious. The aircon in the main bedroom didn't work despite us letting the manager know. Also the infinity pool is beautiful however there is a part which is dangerous any one could fall or break their foot if not careful. This villa is not suitable for anybody who struggles to walk as 2 bedrooms are downstairs.

We stayed at House of Herring (recently opened)- 4 bedroom villa. The villa itself is very beautiful and clean. However there was a lot of construction around, and the noise was quite loud during the day, disturbing the serenity of the place. The staff are helpful, and the food is decent but not great. I believe there is a lot of expansion and construction of new villas around, so be careful of which one you book and how loud the sound can be around your villa. The villas are not cheap to book, so one would expect amazing service. The kitchen is a bit far away so things take a lot of time to arrive. They also should upgrade their coffee machines to make better espressos! Overall, a decent experience but there would be better options for the kind of rates they charge.

Tampah Hills was nothing we had ever experienced before. Our "room" (villa!) was extremely spacious, and our group of 8 never felt we were too close to each other. Everything is brand new, and you feel this is truly something special. Service was personal and warm. The area is beautiful and we are already planning our return next year!
