pemandangannya bagus bgt, kebetulan lagi pengen babymoon dan suami ngajak kesini, dapat cabin no 1 jadi ga terlalu jalan jauh, puas bgt bikin tenang, minusnya cuman pintu kaca kamar mandi masuk kedalam jadi susah bgt buat bumil kalo mau masuk soalnya souwempiiittt selebihnya oke bgt dan puas *************

I wrote a review last Monday rating this hotel POOR, I posted pictures too, but after 3 days everything is disappeared! What happened? I thought the guests has the right to write a review! It's fair enough! My experience in this place was bad. It's needs a complete refurbishment and needs to be cleaned properly!! When you seat in the breakfast room, look up to the big chandelier full of dead insects and dust. The food is served in dirty spaces and it's not good either!! The Villas are big with beautifulviews,but as soon as you walk in you realize how old they are, there is a strong smell. It's disappointing to see that, as the place has big potential!!!

the place is not too crowded. nice swimming pool. The rooms are pretty clean. Bath water during the day the hot water turns off

Have stayed here many times over the last 20 years. Covid has really impacted it. Areas of the resort like the old reception area has gone into disrepair. The pool bar obviously been closed for a few years. All meals now back in the golf club. Was good to have a different option before given it is difficult to go out of the resort. The inside of the Villa was still good. Outside needs a lock of paint. Wish it comes back to its past glory.

Hotel lama tapi cukup di maintenance dengan baik. Setiap hari sarapannya berpindah pindah dan itu sangat dinamis. Tidak membosankan. Untuk liburan keluarga dengan membawa anak sangat worth it. Lokasinya dr banyak wisata juga startegis. In Syaa Allah akan kembali kesini kalau setiap liburan di Malang. Thankyou purnama hotel.

Kami upgrade ke kamar , maksudnya biar tetap pakai AC dan dingin . Tetapi AC di kamar kami 5 510 ? (Posisi kamar tepat di depan lift.) malah tdk dingin. Kalo yg satunya lagi lumayan lah dinginnya. Bener2 merusak mood suami saya saat nginep disitu. Padahal dia sdh lelah pingin tidur yg nyaman. Kami sdh complain , yg datang petugas2 yg tdk mumpuni, shg tdk memecahkan persoalan. Coba tolong di check lah fasilitas2 hotel yg penting banget spt itu. #thx utk Christmas dinnernya.

Hotel ny lokasi sangat strategis,harga sangat terjangkau,dgn fasilitas yg memadai .kebersihan jg dpt nilai jempol.nyaman tenang,dgn d kelilingi taman dn balkon yg view ny bagus aman nyaman ,angkat topi buat sinergi

Implementing health protocol, such as body temperature check for the guest, provide hand sanitizing & hand washing facilities at some spots, all employees are wearing mask & faceshield. There is a seal sticker on the room door, to mark that the room is not entered by anyone after being cleaned & sanitized. Comfort room, clean facilities, friendly & helpful staffs, nice surrounding view. And it is only around 100 meters from Putuk truno waterfall entrance. Thank you Royal Senyiur.

Talking about staying in Tretes, Inna Tretes hotel could be the option. 🌺 Location Not so far from Pasar Tretes, but not located in crowded area. Be careful with the sign to get into this hotel because the location little bit hard for manouver. 🌺 Check in process I stayed on Sunday-Monday when not so many guest visit. Check in process was smooth. 🌺 Room This is an old hotel because this hotel was built 40 years ago. First, I was worried if the room condition would feel like ”old”. But after browsing, I knew that Deluxe Room was renovated and has new face. So, I booked this room and I was so happy because the interior was new and have connecting door. Room was completed by LED TV, refrigerator, sofa, coffee/tea maker, hanger, phone, and slipper. 🌺 Bathroom Bathroom was clean with new interior also. The bathroom is so spacious and completed by shower with hot water (4 am-10 am and 4 pm-10 pm). Bathroom amenities : soap, shampoo, tooth brush+paste, and shower cap. 🌺 Facilities Swimming pool, playground and restaurant. Don't forget to take a picture in Little Kyoto, a new designated area with Japanese exterior. 🌺 Staff They are very friendly and helpful, especially the security. 🌺 Tips Choose deluxe room for modern ambience
