"Hotel was on top of a hill. It is clean and quiet at the lobby. The lift with glass doors and glass windows were impressive. Staff were friendly when we collect our keys. When we enter the room it has a few tissue or fluff on the carpet. On closer look maybe it is some polyester pillow filling. Looks like the carpet was not vacuum or cleaned properly."

"The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from the bus stop, but the bus ride is uphill! Basically, everyone was exhausted, let alone dragging luggage! After finally finding it, I had no idea how to get in. They said they'd emailed me the day before, but all the instructions were in English, which I couldn't understand at all! After half an hour of this, I called Ctrip and finally got in! They gave me the password, but there was no elevator, so I had to climb four floors! I don't even know what to say! The hotel was also incredibly cold because they hadn't turned on the heating beforehand; it was freezing! The hot water in the shower was also insufficient; it was only lukewarm halfway through the shower! The kitchen had no oil, but there seemed to be salt, sugar, and pepper! The coffee machine was broken! It wasted a lot of my time using it! The dishwasher was also broken; it couldn't wash anything! Only the washing machine was working, and they provided one! Anyway, if you're carrying luggage, think twice before choosing this hotel!"

"This is a very clean and comfortable hostel. The female staff are also friendly. However, there are a few things that could be improved. I would like to see lights next to the beds. It would be helpful to be able to use the common areas before check-in and after check-out. And the most important thing that needs improvement is this: There is another hostel run by the same owner very close to this one, and it is very confusing which one to go to. The message I received shortly before my stay gave the address of the hostel I was actually staying at, but the booking site only gave the address of the other hostel. I mistakenly went to the other hostel. Furthermore, the entrance code was the same for both hostels, so I went inside the wrong one. I would like to see improvements such as separate booking sites for each hostel."

"This is the better hotel among the hotels I have stayed during my trip to Norway. It's value for money. The booking comes with an impressive buffet breakfast. The room is cozy and clean. They provide a bath mat in the bathroom and they clean your room everyday. Location is good. A few minutes to the train and bus station in Stavanger. Close to the Stavanger centrum.
