Hotel terbaik di Stavanger

Hotel ini sangat bersih dan baru. Saya tinggal di sebuah bilik dengan dua bilik tidur dan ruang tamu. Ia sangat selesa dan harganya sangat berpatutan. Mungkin disebabkan wabak itu. Saya tidak menyangka bahawa Eropah Utara dapat menginap di hotel dengan persekitaran yang baik dan persekitaran yang baik!

Hotel ubicato vicino alla stazione di Stavanger. Abbiamo prenotato presso questo hotel per 2 notti. Abbiamo avuta assegnata una stanza al dodicesimo piano. Stanza della grandezza soddisfacente e pulita. Davanti all'hotel stanno facendo dei lavori quindi dalla nostra stanza la mattina si sentiva qualche rumore. Nulla di cui lamentarsi però. Soggiorno perfetto. Personale sempre disponibile a soddisfare le richieste e sempre gentile. Peccato non aver provato la colazione. Siamo appena partiti e già vorremmo tornare. Sicuramente da consigliare.

Clean rooms, great breakfast and an extra treat providing a little supper buffet for guests if you don’t feel like going out for dinner. Crome cast in the room so you can watch your own shows. The staff is without exception amazing, very helpful and attentive. Great central location.

Sign says Best Western, but I would call this Old Western or maybe Wild West. First of all, this hotel is a fire hazard as it doesn't have a single grounded power outlet in the room. Not even the mini bar fridge (which didn't even work, even if it was powered) had a grounded power connection. All the power outlets were old, and some even with cracks in it. Also no power outlets near the nightstands on each side of the bed. I had to unplug one of the lamps to charge my phone on the nightstand. In the hallway, cables were laid up that ran from equipment cabinets into another room, with power cables squeezed between the door and the door frame. This is against security regulations for electrical installations in Norway. Also in the hallway an equipment cabinet unlocked with door wide open giving anyone physical access to both the fuse box for the entire floor and the data network switches and routers. Did I mention the mini bar fridge didn't work? The light was lit inside it but no cooling. Tried to turn it off and back on, adjusting cooling to max but it still did not work. My bathroom had no shower gel or shampoo. Instead there was hand soap in the shower. I don't need five different hair products to shower in the morning, but I sure won't be washing my hair in hand soap either. Breakfast was included, but what they served could not be considered a typical ”hotel breakfast”. The breakfast hall was tiny, with similar tiny selections. They had some small portions of scrambled eggs but NO BACON at all. On top of it all the reception is not open 24h, so after closing hours guest will need a PIN code to open the front door. Normally at hotels without a 24h reception, you open the front door with your key card or at least a PIN that is easy to remember (like 1234 or the year we're in). In this case the PIN code was a completely random code consisting of four digits, as if it was handed out to you by your bank when you get a new credit card. Two positive remarks: Comfortable bed and great location. Won't be staying here again.

Hotel Stavanger, part of the Clarion collection in this Norwegian city, provided us with a safe, comfortable and easy 7 night stay. The showers were hot and full force, the included, breakfast had limitless choices, including vegan and gluten free and most rooms seemed to have wonderful views-either of the Skaggen-wharf or the lake park. The hotel was central to the wharf, the museums, great dining and wonderful walks. We had one problem. We were advised that our missing luggage would be placed in a space to the side of the desk and we would see it when it arrived and that we need not ask everytime. By day 3 we asked and this new staff person said they would check in a locked room… voilà. There it was and had been for 2 days. Bit of a “downer” that but not enough to give less of a glowing review.

Das Hotel ist per Flybus (FB40) sehr einfach vom Flughafen aus zu erreichen (Haltestelle DNB-Arena). Es fahren eine Menge Busse in Richtung Zentrum (ca. 20 - 30 Minuten). Sehr zu empfehlen ist das Kunstmuseum, das man zu Fuß vom Hotel in 10 Minuten erreichen kann. Mit dem Hotel waren wir sehr zufrieden, die Rezeption ist fast durchgehend besetzt, die Ansprechpartner sehr freundlich und geduldig. Englisch ist kein Problem. Frühstück ist super und es gibt eine sehr große Auswahl an Speisen. Wir mussten an einem Tag sehr früh los und es ab ein sog. Earlybird-Frühstück ab 5:30 Uhr! Auch das anfertigen eines eigenen Lunchpacketes (EUR 14,50) ist kein Problem (Verpackung, etc. wird gestellt). Alles in allem ein recht empfehlenswertes Hotel. Wir waren absolut zufrieden.

Very disappointed! I booked 3 nights at this hotel in Stavanger for me and my husband, from the 30th of December to the 2nd of January 2023. We arrived at the hotel pretty late , just after midnight. The hotel's check in was starting from 15.00-00.00 am. Nobody was at this hotel, no reception, no security absolutely nobody. On the door was a sign saying :if you don't have a card to get in , ring at a certain number . So, I phoned that number that was displayed and the phone was turned off. We tried to ring the hotel (number from the website) but the customer service was from 8am to 8pm... We tried so many phone numbers with absolutely no luck. We spent 1 hour in front of the hotel, in rain and cold . It was 1 am. So we decided to ring a different hotel to see whether they have a room available for that night and in the morning we would have come back to this hotel - hoping that there will be someone . We phoned one hotel, they gave us a price and then we decided to ring Radisson blu ( many many many thanks to them ) explained to their receptionist our situation , and he was more than happy to ring this hotel (scandic stavanger city) for us and see whether he can get in touch with someone. He phoned me back saying that this hotel is close for Christmas and New Year, and we should try Scandic Royal Hotel or a different Scandic hotel from town and they might be able to help us with our booking. So, we went to Scandic Royal Hotel, they quickly found our booking and they were actually expecting us there BUT NOBODY let us know about this, we didn't get any email/message or anything about the initial hotel being closed and our reservation being with a different hotel from their chain.... very disappointed about this miscommunication. Apart of this miscommunication, having to stay in rain, cold and a lot of stress about this situation at 1 o'clock in the morning.. everything was nice with Scandic Royal Stavanger.

Great location, clean room and good breakfast. It is easy to good every in stavanger

Breakfast was the best so far out of all the hotels we had stayed in Norway(Stavanger, Lofoten, Narvik, Tromsø) Location was good as well. Short walk out and there will be a lake and park.

Breakfast was great and we liked our room. However, less than 24 hours after we checked out, I realized I’d forgotten my new North Face jacket in the closet in our hotel room. I called the hotel and they told me to email a picture of the jacket, which I immediately did. Since we were still in the area, we returned to the hotel. The ladies at the front desk said my jacket had been found and they were just trying to locate it and asked us to wait. We waited for an hour. They said they couldn’t find my jacket. Several of the ladies contradicted each other each time we asked them what was going on and why it was taking so long. They finally said the jacket couldn’t be located. They were supposed to follow up and tell me what they would do to make this right. The hotel never followed up. One of their employees called and said the hotel wasn’t going to do anything about it and told me she was calling from her personal phone. Sadly, there are some dishonest employees working at this hotel and someone took my brand new jacket that I’d only worn once since I bought it that week.
