I feel that I was right in choosing this hotel. The hotel has beautiful interior decorations. The female staff that greets me on check-in date (on Sunday) is friendly and very good at recommending cafes, local restaurants and nice places. The location of the hotel is quite convenient. Located in the center of the square. The room is more spacious than expected. There is one thing that should be improved is the wifi signal. It is not thorough and very slow. Private parking is not free of charge. I have to pay extra to the hotel but there is a free transfer service from and to parking. Overall, I like and recommend this hotel!!

overall it is okay. the room is clean and big enough for two adults. But our rent car cannot go near the hotel and we had to carry our luggage a long way from the parking lot to the hotel. Moreover, the breakfast is not recommended as there are not many choices.

WE NEED TO CARRY LUGGAGES TO OUR ROOMS BECAUSE THERE ARE NO STAIRS FOR SOME FLOORS.

The hotel is very conveniently located in the center of the old town and just under 10 mins walking distance. The check in service is top notch and reception speaks perfect English. The room was not ready until 3pm. I booked the hotel in advance through trip.com but end up paying a higher price as the hotel was at a reduced price one day before my arrival. Price match was not granted for me. The room is clean and nice but the simple request of having double bed instead of two single beds were not met even when I reserved in advance. And there is no view at all. Basic amenities and breakfast was nice.
