Changsha Atour S Hotel staff provide excellent customer services. Special compliment to the team lead "跳跳魚" who has made extra effort to help us with our big luggages and accompanied us to wait for taxi along the road side. She even reminded the 2 taxi drivers of our airport terminal to ensure that there was no confusion regarding transportation. By taking extra steps to ensure comfort and safety, “跳跳魚” exemplified empathy, making us feel valued and cared for. A big thumb up for her!

Nice hotel for a first visit in Changsha. Location was good at close to the center. Gym facilities were poor which is something I value in a hotel. Worse than photos. Basically the gym was a hallway. Other than that the hotel served a purpose and had nice spacious clean rooms with a good location.

Really enjoyed staying at this hotel, the location is very good for sightseeing in Changsha. Just a 15 minute taxi from Orange Island, close to the night markets and not far from the bar street either. Slow elevators, but everything else was great.

景觀很好，就是去之前記得看到天氣，剛好遇到霧霾懸着的心終於死了……前台服務態度很好，房間設施和服務都很人性化，需要客房用品的話微信床頭櫃上的二維碼選擇提交，然後就會跟外賣一樣很快有機器人送到來房間，太方便了 🥹 洗沐用品我個人覺得都挺好用，就是擦頭的時候毛巾掉下來一根長長的頭髮，這個需要改進一下。 總體來説很不錯，下次會繼續選擇入住的。

大堂在49樓，選的53層江景房，但遺憾遇到冷空氣南下，天氣比較糟糕。亞朵酒店最讓我滿意的是提高了充足的水、飲料、咖啡，誠意滿滿。我們問了去景區的停車問題，前台美女樂勾的回答很有耐心，也幸好聽了她的意見。

整體體驗感很贊，一團人20多人浩浩盪盪，也是前期一位同學他們説前一年住過，於是毫不猶豫説走就走，全部入住。説明口碑很重要！樂勾小姐姐温暖真誠，謝謝您的服務。

酒店入住體驗極佳，過一個小馬路就有一個商場，買東西也比較方便，旁邊也有茶顏悦色購買，馬路邊也有很多的士，出行很方便～大堂乾淨整潔，時笙小姐姐服務態度很不錯

酒店出行很方便，附近就有地鐵，前台時笙服務態度很熱情，房間也很乾凈夜景很美。美中不足的是房間插頭接觸不太好，窗簾需要手動開關。😊不過酒店離湖南省博物館很近，步行大約一公里。

酒店地理位置優越，在市中心，出行打車、地鐵都很方便，入住體驗非常棒，選擇的是行政城景大床房，可以俯瞰長沙的夜景，前台七七的服務專業，還有其他的服務人員很熱情感覺到舒服、温暖。
