Receptionist was very kind and polite. Very cool guy!

The location is very far from the airport, and they have a taxi service of 7,5 € to get you to the airport

這地方本身沒問題 就是機場太坑了 大家儘量不要在這家機場飛。機場無法步行出。全部門都封死 必須跟着出去的車後面跑出去

我衹能説我別無選擇才選的這家，離機場很遠，需要打車，且價格也不便宜，房間衞生情況很糟糕，根本不敢拖衣服睡

Siamo stati in questa struttura attirati dal fatto che viene dichiarato si trovi a 300 metri dall'aeroporto di Charleroi..purtroppo i 300 metri si sono rivelati qualche km ..circa 3 e mezzo...quindi e necessario utilizzare servizio navetta taxi o eventualmente avere un mezzo proprio per il quale almeno c'è un parcheggio gratuito. Detto questo gentilissimo il personale, carina la struttura ma ovviamente come "appoggio"per la strada da e per l'aeroporto senza troppe aspettative.

약간은 불 만족스러운 호텔. 호텔이라기에는 좀… 거리가 가깝지만 걸어가기에는 좀. 꼭 택시를 타고 들어가야 합니다.

Muy buen servicio, está al lado del aeropuerto y puedes ir caminando hacia el, limpieza muy buena y camas estupendas.

Not particularly clean and very noisy. Go for a different option if you’re only spending one night close to the airport. The staff was friendly though.

Despite the proximity to the airport, it is very difficult to travel to the hotel by foot due to the security fencing around the airport site and car parks. This in itself is not the hotel's fault but they do make a lot of money out of this situation by charging 15 euros for their airport shuttle, which is essentially a 5 minute journey. To make matters worse, despite the high price you still need to share the shuttle with other passengers who also paid 15 euros each. Not great especially when, in my case, one of the other passengers was clearly ill and proceeded to cough over everybody in the van for the entire journey. On the plus side the room condition was in line with the price paid and the staff at check in were helpful and polite.

Restaurant was not working and we were left with Ubereats for dinner after landing. We had to install the app and find our way in French language. Breakfast also quite basic.
