The hotel has a good location, great amenities, clean and spacious. I really like the idea of a spacious room with induction cooker, washing machine and dryer inside the room. It gives me a comfortable feeling that I am back at home.

Reserved the two bedroom deluxe room for my family and there was ample space for all. Also washing machine and microwave in the apartment was so useful! Location next to Namba station was great too!

We were family of 6, 4 adults and 2 kids. We had a one bedroom suite and one studio, and stayed for 6 nights. Everything was fine except the 2 rooms were floors apart, reception lady said she could not put the 2 rooms in the same floor. We have breakfasts for the whole trip, and really enjoy the stay.

Great location. Very near to the station which provides a few lines. Room are very clean. I like the extra security whereby they need to tap room card after 9pm to enter the residences. Ippudo directly opposit. 551 is their neighbour.

The buffet breakfast is awesome!!! The staffs are very helpful. Recommended public onsen bathing house which is good and affordable. Location is awesome too! Just walking distance to Namba shopping area!

We love the location and the must have is washer and dryer during winter. Especially when you travel with young children.

Excellent location which is just opposite to Namba station! Room is clean and comfortable. Kitchen and washing machine are good. Breakfast is nice with suitable varieties of food.
