What a hidden treasure. My sister and I were made to feel welcome the minute we arrived. The new owners are very friendly and provide quality, excellent service and were happy to provide details of what's to see and do around the region. The room was clean and fresh and had everything you need. The room was nice and quiet and the beds were very comfortable, which is what you want after a long day of travel. I will certainly be back and would happily recommend them to everyone.

The room was warm & cozy eg heating was already on in the room, it was already chilly when I arrived after dark, very friendly office staff both when I arrived & booking day prior, very quiet room, comfy bed, good hot shower, clean as a whistle, competitive rates, easy parking.

I would highly recommend this motel under the new management team. The hospitality was amazing. Emma was wonderful and helped us achieve a struggle free late checkin. Room was beautiful and clean, couldn’t have asked for more. Best motel I have stayed at and will be returning.

Very comfortable, large and clean room. The owners were very flexible and helpful and went above and beyond to make my stay excellent. The restaurant was temporarily not operational but a close by restaurant was able to deliver to my room. Internet was fine and I managed to get my work commitments dealt with and enjoy a relaxed lie in. Great place to stay.

Would absolutely recommend! New owners had only been in a week. So welcoming and friendly. Room was very clean and the pillows were soft. The bathroom was spotless. Although the owners were new they had taken the time to find out where the local eateries were and spots to check out round town.

We had an urgent project in Charleville this week and needed some urgent accommodation. The team had no hesitation on taking us in. Great feedback from our workers who stayed this week. It felt like home, will be back later in the year for another project. Great rooms and great people running it. Highly recommended.

We were flying to Charleville but our plane broke down meaning we were going to arrive after check in closed at 7pm. I rang the motor inn and I was kindly told me that we could do straight to the room on arrival which was an absolute godsend. The twin room was spacious with a good amount of storage space, there was a large TV, tea and coffee facilities and reliable aircon. The bathroom was fine with a powerful shower. The room was immaculately clean and well maintained as was the rest of the grounds and public areas. What stood out was the fantastic way we were treated throughout our stay. The restaurant was closed unfortunately due to difficulties finding staff but an excellent selection of takeout meals could be found at the United Roadhouse opposite. Di the owner kindly supplied us with cutlery and crockery and we ate by the pool area. The pool area was an added bonus which we used a couple of times during our visit. We enjoyed our stay very much and appreciated the lift to the station to get train to Brisbane. Hopefully we will be back in the future.

Good clean and tidy rooms, and that where it ends. had to wait at reception to check if my room was ready at 5pm. Restaurant wasn't open and didn't do meals as advertised. television in room wasn't working as had no reception and network was down ? I was told that i could log in to netflix or foxtel with my account as they were smart tv's well that was a waist of time cause the internet could't handle the download. thought i would vent my disappointment on check out but reception wasn't open at 9am and it looked to be a ghost town with nobody to be seen. will not be staying again.

Wonderful place to stay, clean and tidy. The staff were very friendly. They kept the kitchen open for me as I arrived later than expected. The meal was great ( I even let the chef know). Most certainly worth the stay
