Kami pergi ke Charlotte untuk hari lahir anak perempuan saya yang berumur 17 tahun. Hotel ini terletak bersebelahan dengan Southgate Mall. Terdapat banyak santapan lazat dalam jarak berjalan kaki dari hotel & hotel ini juga mempunyai restoran yang bagus di dalamnya. Biliknya luas & bersih. Kami juga menikmati masa di kolam renang. Saya akan menempah lagi pasti.

We loved everything about our stay in Charlotte. We are long time lifetime titanium elite members so we’ve stay in countless hotels over the years. This hotel was one of my favorites. The beds were comfortable, rooms were quiet and the concierge lounge was well stocked with snacks/drinks all day. We will definitely return to this hotel in the future.

Having spent the weekend at the Kentucky Derby with friends, my return to the real world was made so much more pleasant by the delightful team here. Deanna is polished, professional, charming and cheerful. In my three day stay I lost my room card about 79 times - always replaced with a smile. She has that rare ability to flash a visible smile, but it is backed up by the genuine smile IN HER VOICE. She explained that yesterday on her day off, a few things happened that she found challenging; kudos to her for squarely attacking them, putting them in their place and then showing up to work with that skill and professionalism that makes weary travelers want to come back HERE when in Charlotte. Radon also was kind and efficient and gave a few well chosen words when I felt a little blue. Food in the concierge breakfast bar was excellent, again with cheerful caring staff. See you guys next time - and thanks!

The hotel overall is nice. It shares amenities with the Homewood Suites which is an adjoining hotel. The front desk clerk JB was wonderful and had a great personality so she started our visit off right. The issues we had was the blinds in our room was broken and being held together by large clips like you use for holding many pages of paper together. I called down to tell them about this and the guy who answered said that they would send the engineer up when he was free. I told him unless he was going to replace the bind it could not be repaired. He say let us be the judge of that just want until he comes and you’ll see. So we went to dinner when we came his solution was to fold the blind up and clip it open. The bar was extremely busy had to get drinks and we were told to go sit at a table and they would come take order shortly. After watching many served at the bar and the male bartender leave my brother in law approached the bar again. The female bartender was showing people at the bar “pictures of my baby”. We finally were served. Breakfast was just okay. Offering a breakfast buffet of eggs, bacon , sausage and potatoes. As well as juice, rolls and fruit for $14.95 or cook to order in the $10-12 range. Again just okay. A little disappointed here except for JB who was wonderful.

This hotel looks old outside and inside, need renovation. The bed and pillows are comfortable. In the parking lot , there are several security cameras. The sign on the wall said “if theft or damage to the vehicle, the hotel is not responsible”. That makes me nervous. But luckily, my car has no damage.

2 Beds in the room definitely not queen size and extremely uncomfortable. Morning breakfast bar was good with a variety of items. Staff/gentleman that checked us in was friendly and informative. Rooms a bit outdated and carpet has odor. We are Gold members that travel weekly & typically always have our ducks in a row….. however, that morning I accidentally left a cooler bag with medication/work supplies/engraved name in the refrigerator, I called later that evening & was informed no bag was in lost & found. Since their was someone else checked in room already they would check back tomorrow. 4 days later and still haven’t found it. Yes, my bad for forgetting the bag but I definitely had higher expectations of housekeeping staff to ensure belongs not left from one guest to next and that bags would be turned into office lost & found.

I had a flight cancelled and the airline reserved me a room here. Both shuttle drivers, the front desk staff, and the custodial employee on my floor were very nice. It was a pleasant stay under flight cancellation circumstances. My bed and the pillows were comfy and my room was clean. My only complaint was the tv wasn’t working.

I had an early flight out of the CLT airport and realized it would be wise to stay overnight at a hotel in Charlotte. The Western Sterling Hotel and Suites has an airport shuttle so it was a perfect choice. The hotel is reasonably priced, has locked outer doors in the evening so it is sale. There are restaurants nearby some even within walking distance. I left a valuable item at the hotel. Staff called my home to inform me that they had the item and when I couldn't immediately return the manager was kind enough to mail the item. I was extremely happy with my stay and strongly recommend this as a good hotel option.
