Grande facilité pour accéder à l'hôtel la signalisation est parfaite le parking est vaste il n'y a aucun problème pour trouver une place de stationnement le personnel à l'accueil est très aimable et compétent l'établissement était d'une grande propreté je reviendrai sans hésiter si l'occasion se représente

On positive side the hotel provides privilege access to futuroscope parc and visitors get to go in 30 minutes before visitors who don’t stay at the hotel. Room is clean, breakfast is included and acceptable. On the negative side where do I begin.. the bed was horribly uncomfortable and didn’t get sleep for 2 nights. All the noise from outside(other rooms or corridor or outside) was coming in as if there were no walls.. No restaurant for dinner(not practical for the evening you arrive as you can’t go into the park for dinner unless you buy a complement ticket just for the evening)…

Nous y avons séjourné 2 nuits, de passage au futuroscope. Côté hôtel, rien à dire… le standing d’un Novotel… avec en plus la piscine très agréable par forte chaleur… Bémol, le restaurant. Pas á la hauteur d un Novotel. Personnel très (trop) jeune… un peu maladroit…. Étourdit ???? Formule trop cher pour ce qui est proposé. 28€ !!! Pour un “buffet d entree” tres moyen, un burguer décevant; par contre buffet désert ok. A noté que le petit dej est EXTRA !!! Avec du personnel encadrant qui gère !!! ( ce qui est moins le cas le soir )

Hôtel confortable qui nous a permis de bien dormir,après une journée passée au Futuroscope . Chambre bien isolée du bruit,facile d'accès,bien équipée.Les enfants ont adoré le petit déjeuner.Personnel sympa tout était parfait pour un petit budget.

My arrival was very late at night and the front door was closed and I could not find a door bell so I had to call to the hotel in order to get in. However, staff was very friendly and spoke good English. My room was very clean and spacious. Extra points for the comfortable bed. I slept like a baby! I had a very quiet room. Breakfast was wonderful and delicious and all Covid-19 restrictions have been taken into account. There was free wi-fi and the location was only two blocks from the City Hall. I found it very easy to walk everywhere. What I especially liked, was the environmentally friendly approach e.g. there was not automatically offered cleaning of the room every day, which is great. I can use the same towels for several days. I had an early train to Paris and the staff reserved me a taxi and I was able to have breakfast even it was not officially open yet. The service was excellent and I would stay there again and recommend this hotel.

We visited the Mercure travelling back to the UK, instead of actually visiting the Futuroscope park which the hotel is built to accommodate for nearby. We had a pleasant and comfortable stay. The location was very convenient, being all but a roundabout and peage away from the A10, and the breakfast we had there (the restaurant was closed for dinner) was a very good buffet selection at a reasonable price. The bed was comfortable although the pillows were not the best - the shower and bathroom albeit small was also good. Generally, although the room lacked space and comfort, it was functional, new and had a nice themed design. We particularly appreciated the USB slots in the room. Finally, we were very appreciative of the hotel’s COVID-19 safe initiatives - this included one way lifts, mask-wearing, lack of tea and coffee in the room (it could still be made downstairs or on request) and your own ‘grabber’ for buffet breakfasts. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay as comfortable as possible.
