We love this hotel. Staff were friendly and this lady: 阳阳晓明 was very friendly and helpful, giving us tips and suggestions on where to go. If you need help when booking this place, just add her. She will translate the messages you send ber using her wechat's translation app. On our first evening here we crossed the road outside the hotel and had a lovely time exploring. See pics to see what it looks like :-)

Great location in the center of interest of ChengDe. Easy to reach any places to visit. Rooms are clean and tidy. The staff is very kind and the food is great too

Good location along the river; not too far from Chengde's main attractions. Decent enough bed but lacking proper air-conditioning. Staff spoke no English, of course, but what should one expect in China?

My experience was overall good, but the bathroom of the room I booked for the first night (single, queen bed) was so stinky at night that I could not bear it. I called the concierge, and the maid came to clean the bathroom (they were very fast= good service) but the problem is in the pipes, not in the cleanliness, (it was very clean) so spraying a bit of air freshener won't solve the problem. I changed rooms the following night.
Also, it was quite noisy at night and in the early morning, they should keep an eye on noisy guests.
Last thing, but not less important, people were smoking inside the hotel corridors and it was stinky. The management should try to enforce the rules of non-smoking. I understand that know nobody in the hotel wants to call on the smoking clients, but not enforcing the law results in other clients being unhappy too.
All in all, I would probably stay there again.

第二次來這住了！酒店服務很好，尤其前台艷陽服務態度非常好，有求必應，酒店環境很好，房間乾淨衞生，衞生間也是乾濕分離，出入也很方便，整體很不錯！下次過來還會選擇住在這裏[愛心]

第一次入住這家酒店，總體感覺挺好。大堂的休閑區以及各處的小景觀都還不錯。房間比較寬敞，窗邊的小榻和寫字枱都很實用，早餐和正餐的味道都挺好，有滋有味的，酒店整體服務也好。不足之處就是停車位有些緊張。

前台明明服務專業，很熱情。周到！負責！房間不錯，房間窗户大，都是明窗，早餐因為可能住客量低，給送到的房間，品種簡單，但夠吃，位置好找 ，交通十分方便。酒店整體入住感受特別滿意！會再來～
