Very convenient just next to Tong hui men station exit C. Staff are very helpful and rendered assistance promptly. Superb team! Thank you so much for your hospitality.

Great location - situated next to 通惠门站 exit C and 10-15 mins walk to 宽窄巷子. Many eateries and convenient store behind the hotel. Cleanliness can be improved especially in the bathroom. Little thought in designing the room. No racks placed in the bathroom and expect guests to walk naked out to get changed?

Used to stay at Mercure in Suzhou and was so satisfied but this is totally different. Though the location is convenient, the building looks like being abandoned. I booked a superior room and was given a room that seemed even worse than their Standard room. No sofa and not so convenient toilet and batheoom design. There are molds. One coke in fridge was deformed. Now understand the bad reviews given by other guests.

Overall good and clean. Many nice food near by. Need walk a bit to the shopping street but the distance is acceptable

There were little bugs everywhere, so the room didn’t feel very clean (black dots on the towel). However, service was friendly and helpful, and they provided a menu of things the hotel could provide for you, including bug spray and ointment! Location was great, very close to the Wide-Narrow Lane and metro station.

Service is good. 5 min walk to Kuanzhaixiangzhi.

Cheap rate on this hotel through Trip.com but you can’t earn Accor points this was. The room was pretty decent and the location was convenient for me and right next to the metro station. There weren’t many restaurants around so I ended up having to eat lunch in a Pizza Hut which wasn’t great. Didn’t have breakfast as not included in my room rate. Would stay again if I got a similar room rate.

The location is great and easy access to lots of places. 2 mins to subway station. Highly recommended.

Perfect hotel for tourist

The location is excellent, with the subway right in front of the door and the famous tourist attraction Kuanzai Street within walking distance.

Location: Excellent. Train station in front of the hotel. Walkable distance to Kuan Zai Alley (5 min). Excellent service.

Location is perfect, directly besides tonghuimen mrt exit c, walking distance to KuanZhaiXiangZi and the tourist sightseeing bus terminal. Room is small but clean, very quiet at night.
