Excellent service by staff! New facilities and enjoyed the AI empowered services to change lighting etc especially after a tired day. Food delivery via robots.is very convenient:) no need to walk to counter to collect. Travel agency right at the reception and mart next door. Facilities are all new. Location is a street from Chun Xi, Takuli etc for shopping, food and massage. Strategically located for all your travelling needs. Quiet enough for a good night sleep. Bath tub is clean and luxurious- upgraded the room for a very minimal daily rate top up. Stayed for 6 nights. Enjoyed every minute of it. Thanks.

Nothing is wrong with the hotel. The staff are very friendly, the rooms are clean and the amenities are good. However, the soundproofing of the room is not the best and I heard many bangs and chair screeches late at night which was annoying and affected my sleep. A convenient place to travel to the panda base too.
