We had the best time here. The sharing bike + MRT combo is the best way to travel around the city. Staffs are very helpful and friendly, room is spacious and clean. We truly enjoy the complimentary coffee an cocktail at the cafe & bar downstairs. Will definitely recommend this place to others.

Stayed for 5 nights. Very comfortable and clean hotel. The waiters are very polite. You can also send packages to the hotel front desk and they will receive them. Very good experience

City Room view okay acceptable, did not manage to get a room to face the bridge direction which might be better to see the river lights. Veey close to the Ansung bridge and have a family mart downstairs which is convenient to get snacks and drinks. Heard take 9 mins walking fo MRT station line 2, next time will try walking. This trip is business so got no time to try the swimming pool. Only manage to walk to back lanes and found local foods and is delicious and good price.

從成都去峨眉山玩回來中轉住了一天，酒店還比較新應該是和旁邊小區一起建的，位置在錦江邊但也緊鄰高架。酒店客服提前電話聯繫並升級安排了房間服務不錯，但房間有一個窗户壞了關不嚴，由於衹住一天就算了，自己用毛巾堵住縫隙也基本可以了。房間挺大，酒店早餐也不錯。

I thoroughly enjoyed the friendly service from any and all employees at the Ritz-Carlton Chengdu during my stay over Xmas. From the housekeeping staff to the reception desk and the servers at breakfast they were prompt and polite. And while younger people might find the decor a bit old fashioned, I loved the luxurious feel of my room and the comfort of the furniture as well as all the little details that cited Chengdu’s history and made my vacation special and relaxing. ☺️ The breakfast buffet was delicious and varied and I enjoyed my coffee being served at the table and used dishes being removed quickly. There are several metro 🚇 stations within walking distance which made exploring the city convenient. I am looking forward to staying here again!

Jenis bilik ini: 1 katil besar dengan bilik mandi berasingan + meja solek, 1 ruang tamu + meja makan (boleh buat kerja rumah), 1 bilik double dengan bilik mandi berasingan, sangat praktikal dan boleh digunakan! ! Sangat disyorkan untuk keluarga dengan 2 atau lebih kanak-kanak untuk menempah! Perkhidmatan: 🍑Sejujurnya, perkhidmatan hotel lima bintang yang lain sangat santai dan pengalamannya kurang memuaskan, tetapi tetamu tidak akan berterusan, dan mereka terlalu santai sehingga tidak mengapa. 🍑Hotel ini sangat istimewa Saya rasa kakitangan perkhidmatannya sangat profesional, terutamanya tukang masak di pintu yang membantu membuka pintu dan mengambil bagasi Dia sangat proaktif dan perkhidmatannya sangat profesional. 🍑Ada seorang gadis cantik berkot merah di meja depan yang sentiasa tersenyum pada tetamu senyumannya sangat ikhlas Kami tinggal di sini selama 4 hari dan kami dapat melihat senyumannya yang menawan. 🍑Ia sangat jarang berlaku. Hotel ini menambah syampu dan gel mandian, yang diberikan berulang kali! Wanita di lounge eksekutif juga memakai pakaian yang sangat bermaruah! Buah segar setiap hari: walaupun saya tidak mempunyai masa untuk memakannya Minuman ringan bar mini: Percuma, walaupun tidak banyak Minum petang di Lounge Eksekutif: Walaupun saya hanya pergi ke sana sekali, ia masih bagus, dan pencuci mulut kecil tidak kalah dengan kedai-kedai selebriti Internet. Happy Hour: Hidangan ringkas sudah cukup untuk kanak-kanak lakukan apabila mereka tidak mahu makan periuk panas

The location of this hotel is 300m away from the main shopping areas. Beside the hotel there are plenty of eateries . The room is spacious and comfortable and very clean . Very good service by the hotel staff . Love the robot who sent all the deliveries to our room . A very comfortable stay . Will stay here again in future .

Great service from check in. Wonderful huge room with hot tub and river view. Lovely breakfast buffet and dinner which was great value for money. Swimming pool and fitness facilities are second to none. Next to the hotspring and river walks.
