酒店距高新西區不遠，15分鐘車程，去高新西區比較方便；酒店周邊3-4公里車程，有成都有名的100公里環城綠道，不同的路段風景很美，也有電子科大、西南交大等大學，方便喜歡跑步的人去鍛鍊。酒店下樓出門右轉再右轉步行150米左右，就是地鐵站，方便出行。酒店房間很乾凈很安靜，兩米的大床+大房間，很放鬆。洗漱、沖澡、衞生間各自分開，很喜歡這種佈局；洗澡水温度熱涼調節都很穩定，水量很大；擦手巾、浴巾很潔白很乾凈。每天的房間打掃很到位，打掃的乾乾淨淨、整理的井井有條，打掃房間的阿姨（必華）很暖心，注意到桌子上我放有一次性杯子做煙灰缸，就給我放了一個煙灰缸，並在裏面放上紙巾撒上水，細節決定服務質量、細節體現亞朵人員素養，給這個阿姨點贊。前台的小哥哥小姐姐很熱情、辦理入住和退房的效率很高。提醒一點，面對床頭方向，床頭左手邊的電源插座有鬆動，充電器插上去後插不緊，需要緊固一下。房間其他設施完整，好用。餐廳和前台都在三樓，沒有吃早餐，對早餐不做評價，前台前的區域，很安靜，桌椅的佈置也小有温馨，看到晚上有人在安安靜靜的拿着電腦在處理工作。

本次非常滿意的一次住宿。前台服務員小姑娘熱情貼心，酒店位置好，交通方便，衞生乾淨。每天贈送果盤、中葯泡腳、夜宵。夜宵的抄手很好吃，所以第二天專門到23樓餐廳點了餐食，水煮牛肉、回鍋肉、鴿子湯都很贊，還送了兩杯西瓜汁，感覺在這裏吃到了正宗川菜。強烈推薦本酒店。

Awesome service from the front desk to the cleaning ladies. Feels like an apartment that was converted to a hotel. There is only one washer/dryer combo so you’ll have to be strategic about when to do your laundry but it’s better than not having one.
The hotel is across the street from a large local shopping mall with tons of food options and the usual mall stores with an emphasis on serving family’s.
It is a bit away from the center of Chengdu so you’ll end up taking Didi to a lot of things travelers want to do but DiDi is so affordable plus it’s nice to get away from the constant hustle and bustle of the city.

The staff are super friendly and helpful. The room was nicely decorated but there was no bedside lamp, that would have been nice to have. The bed and linens were clean and comfortable. But there were some stains on the walls and head board. It looked a bit like someone wiped food or something on the wall. But overall, it's a good hotel for a good price.

非常不錯的酒店，交通比較方便，離茶店子客運站距離2公里左右。房間內設施和裝修蠻好，科勒的衞浴設施，有智能馬桶，超大的浴缸，大金的空調，而且製冷超級棒，室內的裝修顏色搭配不是特別好，感覺上偏舊。設施所用的材料都非常棒，石材和實木，比起現在一些看起來新鮮連鎖酒店要高級很多。還送了下午茶-四川特色小吃。非常不錯贊一個👍

The loction was also good inrelation to the other facilities surrounding the hotel... i would recommend this to any visistor in chengdu even if its alittle far form the centre of the city. We were touring central China from Zhangjiajie to Yichang and from Chongqing to Chengdu. Zi Yu is one of the best hotels we stayed at. The room was super clean and comfortable. The restaurant, located on the same floor as most rooms, offered delicious Sichuan cuisine at a great price. On top of all this, the staff members both at the front desk and in the restaurant were very kind and helpful. I’ll definitely stay at Zi Yu next time I come to Chengdu.

PPengguna Tetamu1) Subway station is 30 seconds right across the road.
2) Location is good because it is enveloped by a few famous narrow alleys selling handicraft, snacks, desserts, souvenirs, Chinese artwork etc, and have endless food stalls, coffee shops that surround the hotel, buzzing with activities all day till at least 11pm.
3) Hotel staff speak minimal English but they do understand it albeit not able to converse freely. Naturally using PTH is best.
4) Staff in the entire hotel are very friendly, courteous, pleasant and accommodating, trying to help in any way possible.
5) Bespectacled night manageress in a black suit was very welcoming and sweet. She offered to upgrade us when the room originally assigned for us was not as quiet as we had requested when we booked it. She led us to see the original one ( 2/F )and the other one ( the quieter one on 3/F ) and let us choose.
6) The upgraded room ( 3/F ) was a suite and it was really nice --- very quiet with courtyard view and tasteful lay out.
7) Cannot praise enough for the delightful suite -- spacious and elegant ; super clean ; smells nice , refreshing and just right not overwhelming ; white crispy bed linen ; daily turn down service; endless supply of fresh bottled water on daily basis ; spotless tumbler and fresh bottle of water by the bedside table every evening; everything you touch is spotless ; wooden flooring matching Chinese wooden furniture in simple design giving out this classy Chinese feel ; free to consume anything for the 1st time in the mini bar ; tea & coffee replenished daily ; kettle and coffee machine; free stationery like scissors, stapler, clips, pencil and pens etc; toiletries like vanity set, combs, toothbrush etc replenished daily ; spacious bathroom with double wash basins and clean white towels ; wash basins in rose gold but not tacky; shower drainage not smooth on 1st night but they fixed it and no prob thereafter ; water pressure from shower was good and plenty of marble top inside shower room for your own toiletries ; bathtub with fresh rose petals on 1st night and various types of bath salt ; big screen to watch telly while in tub ; separate toilet near living room; ample wardrobe space and power operated blinds and black out blinds. They provide steam iron on request but it would be better to have a proper flat iron if you want to press pants and other thicker harder material. Steam iron is only good for silk or plain cotton. Even linen is better with a flat iron.
8) This is a 100% Chinese ambience hotel from lobby to our suite but nothing is gaudy or ostentatious because everything is simple, no fuss, low-key, very clean, good architecture, functional and all colour combo is soothing to the eyes.
9) We ate at their restaurant the 1st night and food was ok -- dan dan noodles slightly overcooked so it was a bit mushy. Fried rice was a huge serving with fresh shrimps and nicely cooked. Tea could be hotter. Service was attentive, efficient and proper.

PPengguna Tetamu細節取勝，住過的最好民宿，沒有之一。歡迎水果咖啡茶水，不同季節不同的活動，小朋友和大人都能盡興。沒有電視，床上會放一本舊舊的書，沒有刻意的痕跡，人真的可以靜下來。工作人員要手寫好多東西，歡迎卡片、每個盒子裏的温馨提示，早餐時的問候信，誠意滿滿。也很注重環境保護，帶我們去觀賞螢火蟲，強調不要帶走它們，它們生命週期很短，看了就放了。挑不出一點毛病的一家民宿。

CChrissy_HankMy boyfriend and I stayed at the Crowne Plaza Chengdu Panda Garden during our visit to Chengdu. We were really impressed with how beautiful the hotel was and how friendly the staff was. Upon check-in, they upgraded our room to a very spacious panda room, and I must say, the view from our bedroom window was immaculate. The hotel provided a shuttle to go to the Panda breeding park. My only disappointment was I didn’t stay long, as our visit to Chengdu was short. Despite the hotel's location, I will highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chengdu. I really love my stay, and I will definitely be staying back here when I revisit Chengdu.

JJaneyyy89This resort is nothing short of amazing and I would definitely rate this resort 10/10! I have a young toddler aged 18MO & elderly parents above 70YO during this stay and we absolutely loved our stay here. Value-for-money (we stayed during off-peak season, weekday, about RMB1000/night for our original room type), relatively new, clean & big rooms.
Some noteworthy details:
- Service is top-notched. Staff were friendly & very helpful. We could see that they really put in their heart into the work they do. They even gave our little one a panda toy & she loves it - a really nice gesture by the resort.
- The resort is located at Jintang, a hot spring precinct. With Trip.com, we booked the hotel bundle/package and it was fantastic. The key items in the package include:
(a) A free strawberry picking experience at a nearby humble farm called 许姐草莓采摘. Each booking entitles you to 500g worth of strawberries (transport at own expense, only about RMB10 by Didi). The strawberries were big and juicy, we were lucky cos they are in season now!
(b) 40-min Himalayan Salt Therapy/Bath for 1 pax/room
(c) Outdoor hot spring experience for the whole family (my 18MO loves it too!). There are many pools to choose from & we could find one which was not too hot for our baby. This is otherwise chargeable from RMB228/pax to RMB468/family of 2A1C.

- Resort looks amazing, both indoors & outdoors! There were a number of activities for children to enjoy too but our naughty one is too young to appreciate it. Older kids will love them.
- We also loved the hotel’s concept of having complimentary bottles of distilled water etc. which is really important to us as we needed a lot of water for our baby’s food. This meant that that we did not have to go to the trouble of finding a supermarket, which is quite a distance away.
- We managed to snag a free upgrade to a Spring 2-Bedroom Villa due to our Accor Gold membership & it’s low peak season. All villas come with private pool - ours was available both on L1 & L2.
- Hotel uses quality furnishing & Toto toilet, definitely a plus. Water pressure is great too.
- We had all our meals at L’Orange as there are no nearby eateries & our time is limited due to our baby. The steamboat set is pricey but highly recommended! The fish & lamb meat (can be changed to beef at diner’s request) were fresh & really good. We liked all the other meat dishes too except for the dumplings. If you have Accor Plus membership, the usual discounts are available too. The hotel breakfast is also at the same restaurant. Breakfast selection was good even though there were not many guests.
Areas of improvement:
- Resort was able to provide a baby cot for our 18MO. However, the mattress was a little hard & the cot was creaky, it kept our baby awake.
- The air-con ventilation vents are directly above the baby cot and it became too cold for our baby in the middle of the night. Couldn’t adjust the temperature no matter what. The staff managed to made it warmer the following night but it resulted in some loud noises, probably issues with the damper.
- Rooms can be a little cleaner (e.g we saw dust balls on the floor).

PPengguna TetamuWe had a great time in Chengdu and our stay at minyoun hotel helped make all the difference. It is quite a luxurious hotel with the reception on the 33rd floor and rooms even higher up meaning that all rooms came with an unobstructed view of the city skyline.
Location was also great being within walking distance ~7-10mins to taikooli (shopping area) and lankwaifong (bar/club area). It was also only 100/200meters away from a metro station which we honestly didn’t use, as taxis were all only 10-20rmb (~€2)
Finally the staff were excellent and particularly helpful at every request. Special shoutout to the 2 girls (apologies if we have the names wrong but Chris and Joy?), and Stefan Hu who took the time to suggest all the best places to visit around Chengdu - helping us add the locations to our maps and gifting us a tourist information notebook and panda!
We really enjoyed our stay at minyoun hotel and would highly recommend staying here. The staff brought our stay to another level, thank you ⭐️

WWen KaiGreat and convenient location, to the point we extended another night stay. Only 200m to People's Park station, subway Line 2, which can connect you almost anywhere. Able to walk to People's Park and Kuanzhai Alley, even Tianfu Square if you can walk 2km. Also have a convenience store available downstairs of the same building, and Hong Qi store if you walk a bit further. Many tour agencies are on the opposite road, where you can book day tours. The tour bus pickup and drop off points are also only around 1km from this building, easy to walk to due to the extra-wide sidewalks. It's facing the main road so you can easily get taxis as well.
The building is easy to locate, but the check in counter is more confusing to find. When looking in from the main road, the convenience store is on the left, so you need to go to the opposite side of the convenience store. You need to walk to the back of the building and find the entrance facing the wall with a car park boom gate. There is a security guard and there are lots of online delivery boxes. Then, access the elevator and the reception is on level 26.
There was a washing machine and detergent available in our unit, which we utilized. Other than the clothes hanging bar in the kitchen, the rest of the unit lacked places to hang things such as wet towels. It was a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom unit with another queen bed in the living room. Hot water was always available though you have to fiddle with the lever and wait some time. The kitchen only had a water kettle and a few mugs. There's a primary school right beside the building and you can hear the students every weekday morning. (My photos were taken just before checkout so don't mind the mess)
The owners are an exceptionally friendly couple who are hardworking and provide excellent service. They are open to feedback and we've told them what we think was lacking in our unit. Hopefully they will implement the small improvements. They also recommended a few restaurants to us that had good local food and were reasonably priced.
Recommend to add them on WeChat prior to arrival and communicate your arrival time. They wait at the front desk past midnight if they don't know the guest's check in time. However, they can only communicate in Mandarin, so you may face some difficulty.

PPengguna TetamuThis is probably your best option in Chengdu. The rooms are really cute with a tatami style bed and they are clean. The water pressure is awesome and the room is quiet. The staff speaks English so it is easy to communicate and get help/info.
The hang around areas are nice and the roof top has a great view but the beers are a bit expensive for being a hostel.
Zoey that works in the reception is the best! She is super service minded and will help you with everything!
She helped us much more than expected from the hotel/hostel staff. Without her our visit would have been much less nice and more complicated.
The hostel should be super happy to have her and should do everything in the world to keep her! If we go back to Chengdu we would choose this hostel over a nicer hotel just because of the brilliant service, thanks a lot Zoey!
The laundry service upstairs works great and it is cheap but there is only one machine and you can hang your clothes there and they dry quickly or you use the dryer. We didn't have any issues waiting to use them etc.

SSoloWondersI’d say the hostel has a youth vibe and rooms with windows are spacious. Cleanliness could be improved big time as well the messiness in the hallways - apparently the hostel is being renovated so many debris can be spotted accumulated down the hall.
Location close enough to the Temple and Monastery complex and to an amazing restaurant street with delicious Chengdu food.
Make sure you buy water before coming in and select rooms with windows otherwise you may be assigned one that’s has none.

We arrived late past 12am, the person who picked us up came on time, however, a heads up would be well appreciated as the way to the hotel was a dark, unlit, small road. We were all alert and concerned about where we were heading. A real scare!! Other than that, everything is okay for a night stay.
