Hotel Chiang Mai dengan Bar

Absolutely loved our stay in this hotel for about 16 days. It's a big hotel close to Maya mall and upon our request to a higher floor room with great views were granted by the cute and efficient front office staff which made us to stay longer in this gorgeous town. Staff is really nice, efficient, the best here. Our room was in the 10th floor directly across the mountain view and Maya mall. Loved the view. Private balcony with sweeping views. Our room was really spacious, comfy bed and pillows with lovely comforter, big bathroom with ample hot water, shower and jacuzzi, toiletries are provided except for toothbrush, bathrobes and slippers provided. There's a security deposit box. Decent tv with cable channels. Free Wifi but the speed can be improved. There's a sofa bed which is really comfy too. There's a desk and a chair to work as well. Perfect space for people who work. Hotel seem to have two swimming pools but rooftop pool and bar is closed for renovations. There's a gym with decent equipments. Pool towels are provided. Sauna is adjacent to the gym. There's a restaurant and bar on the ground floor. Free water bottles, tea and coffee provided. Daily housekeeping and absolutely the best housekeeping staff. Had enough and more privacy while enjoying our stay. We highly recommend this perfect hotel to everyone who visits Chiang Mai.

The hotel was so convenient for Jing jai market and coconut market to have a great trip. Also, the breakfast was so delicious and fruitful to have many choice for meal. All staffs were so polite and nice to serve us during staying in hotel, suggested all guys to enter this hotel when coming to Chiang mai.

The Hotel is new and in a quiet location S.E. of the old City, although still within reasonable walking distance to the East Gate. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room was large and clean, with many fine attentive touches. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom great. One snag is that there is no cafe or restaurant after breakfast time, except the ones in the old Empress next door.

We Enjoy the stay here for 3 days.. the room quite old but xo xo cleaned. and the toilet already renovated it. we ask for additional water the room service was so fast to bring. the buffet was okay.. the location was superb and very near to night market just walking distance when you get out from the hotel you can see it. loved the stay .. 😊

Kemudahan di sekelilingnya agak jauh berbanding hotel lain di Thailand, dan ia mengambil masa 15 minit untuk berjalan kaki ke 711 yang terdekat. Ia mengambil masa lapan atau sembilan minit untuk menaiki teksi dari hotel ke jalan raya. Kerana kami memandu sendiri, kami tidak merasakan pengangkutan itu tidak begitu mudah. Malam daftar masuk. Terjumpa seekor lipas gergasi terbang. Takut sangat kekasih aku. Hotel ini menaik taraf saya kepada suite superior secara percuma. Walaupun beberapa penambahbaikan telah dilakukan, persekitaran kebersihan masih membimbangkan.

Amazing hotel! The pool is the focal point of the hotel and very relaxing. Happy hour drinks from 5-7pm are excellent. The staff are superb, and the hotel and rooms are very clean and well maintained. The breakfast is excellent, with a wide range of options, including western, Chinese and northern Thai options. There is also an egg and noodle station. The very-upmarket Rimping supermarket 5min walk across the river is great for stocking up on fresh fruit, drinks and other supplies. Great for couples or families with older children.

When I travel to new place, Shangri- La always my first choose. This hotel is very near to airport but a little far away from city center. Actually this is my favorite location. Very calm to have a good rest. During my stay a lot of tourist from Korea also stay in the hotel, a little nosiy when they had breakfast together. But the service is always reliable. You can get a lot of advise from reciption. For sure if I have opportunity I will try to come again.

The positives Service: front desk, door men etc were very friendly and polite Location: convenient location near the airport (15 mins away), near a shopping mall, lots of food / cafes / bars / restaurants and shops nearby at the nimman area within very short walking distance Rooms: large, spacious, free beverage per person per night, welcome rice crackers Negatives 1. Didn’t like the dark corridors in the hotel 2. Deluxe room was VERY dim 3. Bed was too soft and flat. Bedsheets and pillows weren’t great 4. Cleanliness was an issue. The floor and carpet didn’t feel clean but the hotel provided slippers. The worst part was the shower area 😩😩🤮🤮 mould on the floor and walls, overall grimy and slimy esp at the corners. The rest of the negatives can be overlooked but not the shower area. I literally cringed and shuddered every time I had to shower. I don’t understand how it can be so dirty?! 😩 5. The light switches were a nightmare. There were many switches at the door area and bedside (like 3 switches per side) but no instructions and they didn’t follow a pattern so you would always need to try switching on and off etc all the time just to get the room totally dark but with the bedside lamp on 6. Sounds from outside the door, next room, upstairs could be heard and it was very disturbing as the noise sounded like it was next to me all the time. There were endless footstep noises from upstairs during the night and all these noises woke me up throughout my stay. I usually sleep through the night in hotels 7. My first room, the shower area had ZERO lights and I had to bathe in literal darkness. Thankfully the front desk were very quick and efficient and got me another room to move to which was thankfully very bright with working shower lights. 8. Hotel breakfast was full of carbs and the food didn’t taste fresh or great at all :( I had spent the last 3 days at another hotel in Chiang Mai so the differences in room and bfast were really stark. Overall, for a clean freak, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. But if you can overlook the cleanliness; the location, friendliness of staff, etc are positives you can focus on. We stayed in this beautiful hotel for 4 nights and wow was it worth every penny we payed! The view every morning and sunset was stunning. The staff is friendly. There were Security guards in the front of the hotel entrance day and night which made us feel more safe. We loved even more that we were in walking distance from Maya Shopping mall which we were able to eat delicious street food inside, catch a movie, and taste the most amaizing deserts!

The room is really stylish and gives you Oriental vibes. In the bathroom you can find all kinds of ameneties even a dental and a shaving kit. You can get a good sleep in the bed! I couldn't give the maximum score because the cleanliness offers small room for improvement but overall the stay was great! Just look at the nice pool and you can understand why!
