We really enjoyed our stay here. The room is very clean and comes with a fridge + freezer, microwave oven, dining table with chairs, balcony and television. The balcony was a little dirty but we could look past that. What we appreciated the most was the service as the housekeeping staff was very polite, efficient and took care of us really well. There is a washing machine and dryer downstairs which you have to pay to use. The dryer didn't work well and our clothes were still wet after two rounds so we wasted some money on that. Location wise, it was 20 mins away from old city by car and you would have drive through some very narrow roads. However, it's close to a shopping mall and other necessary amenities. Overall, still a great place to stay.

Everything was great with this apartment hotel. We even booked an extra 2 weeks. They cleaned thoroughly everyday and the view was beautiful. However, upon leaving, they said the cover for the T.V remote was missing and I should pay 350 baht to replace the entire remote. I can't see how it was completely missing from the apartment. They only told us once our cab had already arrived, so we couldn't even go up and look for it ourselves. An upsetting end to an otherwise great stay.

Ia mengambil masa lapan atau sembilan minit untuk menaiki teksi dari hotel ke jalan raya. Kerana kami memandu sendiri, kami tidak merasakan pengangkutan itu tidak begitu mudah. Malam daftar masuk. Terjumpa seekor lipas gergasi terbang. Takut sangat kekasih aku. Hotel ini menaik taraf saya kepada suite superior secara percuma. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel, I felt at home. The hotel is imbued with Victorian style, every detail is thought out to the smallest detail, many thanks to the designers and owners of the hotel, I literally did not have time to take pictures, very beautiful design.
Very responsive kind staff, whatever you ask, they will do everything. They also gave me a free upgrade of the room and I got a very large room with a bathroom and a beautiful stylish balcony.
The only thing I would like to point out is that the Wi-Fi in the hotel is not very fast, and if you ask, they will bring you a personal router to your room. I also want to note that the breakfasts here are not various and may not suit Europeans, but the dining room is very beautiful.

Thank you check in staff for upgraded my room, a Birthday fruits dish and a complementary lunch voucher for 8 days stay, really feel pampered and warm welcome.
This hotel has a nice garden with 2 small fountains on the small pound, and a swimming pool for relaxation. It is a place for attractive scene photography to post on social media.
Room was always neat and clear, provided bottle drink every morning, thank you again the cleaning staff. Every morning wake up, I always look out the spectacular mountain scenery from room window, wow!
i have paid a little token for 8 days buffet breakfast, little changes from routine menu while stay for 8 days, but I do enjoy eating in the peaceful ambience restaurant enjoy the beautiful garden and pool view. For short stay of 2 nights with paid breakfast, you might feel it good.
Lastly, suggest install handrails on stairs for elderly and physical challenged tourists to assist them easier walking up taking lift at Tower rooms.

โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ลึกจากริมถนนใหญ่ค่อนข้างเยอะ หากไม่มีรถมาเองจะไม่สะดวกมาก อีกทั้งไม่มีร้านสะดวกซื้อในละแวกนั้นเลย โรงแรมพยายามจัดให้เป็นแบบญี่ปุ่นแต่ยังไม่ถึงขนาดญี่ปุ่นจริงๆ ส่วนที่คล้ายคลึงคือโถสุขภัณฑ์สไตล์ญี่ปุ่นในห้องพัก รวมถึงในห้องสุขาส่วนกลาง(แม้ว่าความสะอาดจะต้องปรับปรุงนิดหน่อย) ห้องออนเซ็นยังไม่ใช่น้ำแร่ร้อนแบบออนเซ็นแท้ๆคือ เพียงอุ่นๆเท่านั้น อาหารเช้ามีน้อยและรสชาติธรรมดามาก พนักงานมีน้อย แจ้งเรื่องไฟหัวเตียงดับ จึงไม่มีใครมาแก้ไข

My stay was disappointing due to cleanliness and safety concerns. The bathroom lacked a step to contain shower water, causing it to spill throughout, creating a safety hazard. Mold in the shower and leftover food in the fridge added to the discomfort. Urgent improvements are needed for hygiene and safety standards.

KKyaw Zay LinnA fantastic hotel. I love the spacious and cosy room. The hotel gives out very similar vibes as The Raffles Hotel in Singapore.
About 8-10 minutes walk from the Maya lifestyle mall.
Buffet breakfast was fantastic too! There is a selection of western and Thai breakfast delicacies.
Really love the stay here.

衞生：很乾凈 工作人員凌晨4:00左右就在掃院子衞生 因為我每天這個時間起來打坐 正好看到在門前掃地
環境：漂亮美麗大氣
服務：正常獨立式服務（沒有非常跪舔的那種）但是當你找到他們有事情的事情也會全新幫助解決，得知我需要蚊香每天燃盡之後不需提醒都會主動添加
入住前看到上面剛剛被差評吐槽空調和服務，也很擔心空調不夠製冷，畢竟中午太熱，但是入住之後發現空調賊好，還有風扇，女生怕涼的開風扇也很夠用，一早一晚不用空調都很涼爽～
再重點誇讚洗護用品 ，我個人認為比愛馬仕和其他一些大牌洗護都好用，我準備買他們家的洗護用品回家用，洗後頭發和皮膚都非常柔軟。缺點：牙刷不太好用 太硬太大。
男朋友去健身房跑步了 我沒進去看 應該還不錯
泳池非常贊，旁邊貼心放着防曬霜和冰水，且重點來了 泳池周圍好像開了空調，還遮陽，和其他酒店露天泳池不一樣，中午去游泳照樣很舒胡～
最後讚美我大愛的早餐，我是素食者，且喜歡食生，和綠汁，這個酒店完美的超出我的期待，早餐綠汁、橄欖油浸蔬菜、水蒸蔬菜、沙拉等應有盡有，並且麪包賊好吃、小小酸奶杯也賊好吃，正常泰餐每一天不同樣的變給你做，超地道的好吃，因為用的食材和調料好，所以比外面泰餐廳要好吃很多，另外餐廳提供午餐晚餐裏有泰餐和西餐可以單點，也非常好吃。
旁邊就是白天可以逛瓦洛洛市場，晚上出來河邊走走吹風看日落，河邊還有谷歌評分很高的saiping餐吧，歌手唱歌很好聽，泰餐也正宗，但是沒酒店的好吃，附近還有幾個很棒的設計師店可以逛，晚上酒吧一條街，白天也有yoga館～
比起曼寧路，鴿子牆那邊的酒店，我最愛這裏，完全可以跟因疫情倒閉的另一個很納蘭風格的酒店dhard dhevi放在一個級別了。性價比來説就划算多了
還沒住過古蹟酒店，都不太想去嘗試了 以後來清邁肯定選這個

PPengguna Tetamui just have a solo trip in chiangmai and i choose the core hotel is ”a home” to stay for 2 day.The hotel have an atractive decorating,the rooom is tidy,clean and spacious.Beside that,the hotel have a lovely swimming pool for you near the bar so you can relax a lot .The location is near the zoo in chiang mai ,wat doi su thep and maya shopping mall.Defitenaly come back this hotel in the future!!!

PPengguna TetamuI was pleasantly surprised and had an exceptional experience at De Chai Oriental. I had almost booked an Airbnb and only moved last minute to a Hotel to avail of daily housekeeping and the morning breakfast. While I was weary at first, I was extremely pleased with the quality of the room, the furnishing, the housekeeping, the quaint little breakfast and most importantly the staff. Big shoutout to Khun Jam and Khun Bow at the brekafast counter every morning. They are pleasant, hospitable and extremely kind even if it’s past the brekafast hour. Also, a big thank you to Khun Nack and Khun Wahn who helped me through tours and bookings of the elephant sanctuary, guidance with taxis for Doi Suthep and assistance with late checkout due to flight delay. Apologies to anyone whose name I may have forgotten from the front desk or brekafast room! This Hotel is close to every single coffee shop, famous eatery and bars. There are ample 7/11s, rooftop bars, McDonald’s and massage parlours around. The famous Why Not Italian restaurant is bang opposite to the Hotel door. I would recommend this place at a heartbeat and hopefully return for a stay during my next visit to Chiang Mai. Best

La ubicación es buena ya que está dentro de la muralla y muy cerca de una de las calles principales donde podrás encontrar alquileres de motos, cafés, lavanderías etc
La habitación es espaciosa y el baño también, estaba limpia y nos pusieron botellas de agua cada día en el mini bar.
Hay una piscina al entrar al hotel y está bien ya que es suficiente para refrescarte de las altas temperaturas.
El personal es amable y te recomiendan cosas que hacer en tu estancia en la ciudad.
Quizás es preferible una habitación que se encuentre en el piso alto ya que la nuestra estaba en el bajo y se oían ruidos.
Tienen desayuno disponible a parte de la tarifa .
Nos dejaron dejar las maletas después del check out.

3. Comfortable Rooms: While not spacious, the rooms are well-appointed and cozy. The beds are notably comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.
4. Cleanliness: The guest rooms are impeccably clean, reflecting the hotel's commitment to hygiene standards.
5. Staff: The hotel personnel are friendly and attentive, providing good service throughout the stay.
Cons
1. Public Restroom Issues: The most significant drawback was the state of the first-floor public restroom. On both occasions I used it, I encountered extremely unsanitary conditions, with unflushed toilets. This experience was deeply unpleasant and affected my overall stay negatively.
The contrast between the cleanliness of the guest rooms and the state of the public restroom was stark and disappointing. This issue was so disturbing that it impacted my appetite for several days after the incident. It's worth noting that I reported this problem to the staff during check-out, hoping for improvement in the future.
Despite this significant issue, the hotel's other positive aspects still make it a contender for future stays. The combination of its prime location, comfortable rooms, and budget-friendly rates are strong selling points. However, the management needs to address the cleanliness and maintenance of public areas, particularly the restrooms, to ensure a consistently positive experience for all guests.
In conclusion, L Nimman Boutique Hotel has the potential to be a go-to budget option in Chiang Mai's trendiest area. If they can resolve the cleanliness issues in their public spaces, it could easily become a top choice for travelers seeking affordability without sacrificing location or basic comforts. AAndyktcThis quaint hotel was rather underwhelming with the service. Upon arrival, we were ”greeted” with unwelcoming receptionist. Not that we couldn't help ourselves with my one luggage, it would have been nice if an offer to help by the receptionist/bellboy. In the end we carried the luggage to our room, up 3 flights of stairs, with the receptionist walking casually behind.
Next, we had trouble with the lock to the door. The same receptionist took our key card and tried (almost breaking it with some brute force) before it worked. One of the key catd seemed to be not working. Instead of sending the replacement key card to us, the receptionist ”instructed” us to collect from the front desk. Of which, we obliged so as not be too self-entittled. It would have been nice if it was otherwise.
One of the house keeping staff (female) was consistent in maintaining her disinterest in service. When asked about the switch for the jacuzzi in the main swimming pool, she just replied ”no, no, no”.... when my friends and i asked for the pool towel from the front desk, (yes, the towel ran out and no one was there to help), the same female staff appeared with a few towels. She really looked unhappy and always like stomped off after leaving two stacks of towels thereafter. The bext day when i asked for the shower gel and shampoo to use from the front desk (since it was not replenished during house keeping) again, the same staff brought over the small bottles of shower gel and shampoo. She just left the littles bottles in my hands and turned away... when i thank her nonetheless, she walked on without turning or any form of acknowledgement. well, i supposed she must be hvaing a hard time at the workplace. I wish her well. So i informed the manager that the staff may indeed need some help to cope.
To wrap the final day (and our less pleasant stay here), my friends witness a couple of units at our block who smoked in front of their units. One even had the ash-tray on the coffee table (similar to the one left at the designated smoking area). That left us rather puzzled that why the double standards where those guests were given the liberty to smoke in front of their units and for my friends, they had to climb 3 flights of stairs to the designated smoking area each time when they wish to smoke.
Nonetheless, the manager of the hotel did her best to address our feedback when we were checking out. Thank you for listening to us.

OOrkidthis hotel is beyond my expectation. its a small boutique but i feel like staying in an expensive hotel. the interior is minimalist, clean and huge room too! toilet complete with tootbrush. its always fully booked that I cant check in early nor check out late bcs they are rushing to prepare and clean up the room.
locationwise, as a muslim the nearest wide halal food choice is a bit far — which is located in the Chiang Mai night market (6km +-). luckily i got scooter so its not an issue for me.
