Budget-friendly accommodation conveniently located near Tha Phae Gate. The room was charming, and the bed was incredibly comfortable – absolutely no back pain! Plus, it's close to popular coffee shops and countless restaurants, making it super easy to find food. Excellent value for money.

Just a stone throwaway from the Tha Phae gate attraction which leads into the old city of Chiangmai, this accommodation is located on the eastern side. It has a nice lobby where people can chill and relax. The rooms are quite average. You wouldn’t expect much for the amount paid. I was quite disappointed with the sound proofing of the rooms though and cleanliness can be improved.

The night market is conveniently close, and the area felt safe. The facilities were clean, and despite reviews mentioning noise, it wasn't particularly loud. You can even watch Korean TV channels via YouTube. On the downside, the bathroom was extremely small, causing towels to get damp quickly, so I wouldn't consider it great value for money. However, the staff were very friendly and kindly stored my luggage for me. A helpful tip for the night market: you'll find plenty of identical items deeper inside, so don't let the vendors at the entrance overcharge you. Always haggle down by at least 50 baht.

Right next to Thapae Gate, so the location is super convenient. The only downsides are that it's a bit noisy since it's so close to the road, and there's no elevator.

The location is incredibly convenient, right next to Tha Phae Gate. (Just a heads-up: don't waste your money on the pigeon photos taken by locals; they're truly hideous!) Even with our late-night flight, the front desk staff specially waited for us. The doorknob in the triple room was a bit loose and would occasionally fall off, but it was easily put back. The beds were very comfortable, and the natural light was excellent. The only minor issue was the lack of an elevator, which made carrying luggage upstairs quite a struggle and almost brought tears to our eyes!

Great place to stay, super convenient. The only negative is thin walls - not good for light sleepers that are sensitive to noise.

It was a good hotel, located in an excellent area. Everything is within walking distance. The room was small but perfect for one person with a backpack. I arrived late at night, and they had everything ready for me. The check-in process was excellent, and I have no complaints. The pictures are close to reality, but the bathroom photos make it look a bit more perfect than it actually is. There were several good surprises: hot water in the shower, complimentary bottles of water, and although it is not a full breakfast, they provided bread, butter, a toaster, and jelly for free.
