Hotel Romantik di Chiang Mai

The hotel was beautiful and the staff were very helpful. Only downside was the location, it was near the back side of Anusarn Market around a 5 mins walk away. However at night that street is a bit quiet and dark so a little unsettling.

Na Nirand is a beautiful and exceptionally well kept boutique gem of a hotel. The staff is outstanding in every way. Breakfast is excellent, and dinner should not be missed. The chef is five stars! The pool is relaxing and an oasis setting. The rooms are in spotless condition with traditional Lanna styling. Grand Lanna or better is my recommendation. Although the magnificent tree with mostly trimmed, I look forward to a return visit to Na Nirand to see it in full bloom.

The positives Service: front desk, door men etc were very friendly and polite Location: convenient location near the airport (15 mins away), near a shopping mall, lots of food / cafes / bars / restaurants and shops nearby at the nimman area within very short walking distance Rooms: large, spacious, free beverage per person per night, welcome rice crackers Negatives 1. Didn’t like the dark corridors in the hotel 2. Deluxe room was VERY dim 3. Bed was too soft and flat. Bedsheets and pillows weren’t great 4. Cleanliness was an issue. The floor and carpet didn’t feel clean but the hotel provided slippers. The worst part was the shower area 😩😩🤮🤮 mould on the floor and walls, overall grimy and slimy esp at the corners. The rest of the negatives can be overlooked but not the shower area. I literally cringed and shuddered every time I had to shower. I don’t understand how it can be so dirty?! 😩 5. The light switches were a nightmare. There were many switches at the door area and bedside (like 3 switches per side) but no instructions and they didn’t follow a pattern so you would always need to try switching on and off etc all the time just to get the room totally dark but with the bedside lamp on 6. Sounds from outside the door, next room, upstairs could be heard and it was very disturbing as the noise sounded like it was next to me all the time. There were endless footstep noises from upstairs during the night and all these noises woke me up throughout my stay. I usually sleep through the night in hotels 7. My first room, the shower area had ZERO lights and I had to bathe in literal darkness. Thankfully the front desk were very quick and efficient and got me another room to move to which was thankfully very bright with working shower lights. 8. Hotel breakfast was full of carbs and the food didn’t taste fresh or great at all :( I had spent the last 3 days at another hotel in Chiang Mai so the differences in room and bfast were really stark. Overall, for a clean freak, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. But if you can overlook the cleanliness; the location, friendliness of staff, etc are positives you can focus on. The location of this hotel is OK, but not in the main road. You need to go inside the narrow street. And it will be dark (liltle light from lamp) at night. It's not really convenience if you a ”walker”. The pool is not big, but nice place to chill in the morning or late afternoon. The size of room is decent, but I like the amenities (complete for me). It's walking distance to a lot of Wat and Street Food Market btw!

Hotel ini cantik dengan pokok besar yang menawan di dalamnya. Kami memilih hotel kerana ia terletak dengan baik di bandar lama - sangat mudah untuk segala-galanya (termasuk 7-11 dan pasar Ahad) Bilik kami adalah yang kecil tanpa tab mandi, tetapi dihias dengan baik. Sarapan disajikan dengan baik dan lazat. Perkhidmatan ini benar-benar penuh perhatian - ia adalah hotel butik jadi perkhidmatannya berbeza dengan cara yang baik.

The hotel was situated less than 10 mins from 2 of the night markets. Its in a quiet environment and there is a 7-11 just opposite of it. So the stay was good and convenient at the same time. The reception all can speak simple English so communication was easy. The environment was clean also.

Lets try something new, so we booked this hotel. The arrival experience is good. The breakfast experience is good. We had breakfast by the river, nice weather and good quality of breakfast served. The staffs are well- trained and fluent in English. Our room is spacious but the interior design is too complicated, the lighting switch not in good location Everything about this hotel is good except their bed. THIER BED QUALITY IS LOW, VERY UNCOMFORTABLE TO HAVE UN-INTERUPT SLEEP.

遇上清邁50年來最嚴重的洪災，差點成為500多個被困遊客之一。原定2晚衹入住了十幾個小時，對這家酒店印象深刻。酒店先是努力滿足我的出行需求（人工推着小船送到涉水車地點再送到出租車上），再是在水位持續上漲時打電話喊我提前退房撤離，幫我收拾好行李物品拍照一一確認並運出水淹地區送到我手裡，後續電話確認我換到了安全的酒店。謝謝經理和所有提供幫助的工作人員，每個人都樂觀且盡心盡力地為客人着想，積極想辦法更好地解決問題，非常值得信賴的酒店。（沒想到這種情況 所以沒拍什麼照片 實際上酒店很好 房間很大 spa看起來非常專業 有阿育吠陀spa且比網紅店划算很多）。

Friendly and helpful staff, spacious and clean room. Fantastic stay and super money worth. Location is very convenient. Surrounded by massage shops, restaurants and a 7-11. Saturday night market (~10 mins walk) and Sunday night market (~1 min walk). One thing to take note: the room wooden floor is quite slippery.

Yantasari Resort is a gorgeous place to make your home base in Chiang Mai. Located just off Nimman Road, everything is walkable or book a Grab to get to other parts of the city. We booked a second floor room that overlooked the beautiful pool. Although the resort is close to the airport, the airplanes didn’t bother us and the loudest noises were from the frogs chirping at night. Breakfast is served daily from either a buffet or you can select from a western breakfast or a traditional Thai egg dish. The staff is lovely and housekeeping keeps every area immaculate. Laundry and 7-11 are steps away as well. Highly recommend for travelers wanting a gorgeous setting at a very reasonable price
