Ce week les prix des hôtels étais ultra cher. Peut être que y'avais un événement special a Taiwan. J ai donc opté pour cet hôtel ultra bien positionné dans chiayi. Et j'ai super mal dormi. L'accueil n'était pas top également. le check-out à 11 heures était un peu dommage, surtout lorsque l'on considère que le check-in a Taiwan est généralement à 15 heures. Cela signifie que j'ai dû quitter l'hôtel 4 heures avant d'avoir ma prochaine chambre. Bref une vraie déception

Located next to the Wenhua night market, and provided all the amenities required for a normal traveller, and the check-in was smooth. The breakfast buffet provided variety of food to fuel up for the day, especially providing great options of vegetarian dishes.
Bath salt was also the highlight, giving a moment of relaxation.
However, the bath is quite small and only fits for 1 person (not even a tall one), so it was not easy for getting my partner to enjoy it together. And the wash basin looked heavily used like gonna be breaking very soon.

Would stay again and recommend to others when visiting the area!
Really nice to provide a little birthday gift of lotion, facial wash and conditioner for my mum. Loved their orange scent used in hand-wash.
Location was superb with many food options and convenience stores nearby plus walkable distance to WenHua Night Market.
Aircon was strong, bedding was comfortable and loved the hot tub!
Only negative was sometimes room cleaning wasn't done thoroughly as cups was unwashed and lift and lobby sometimes had an unpleasant smell. There was tea and snack available at lobby on the first day but never seen again on my four nights after.

Pleasant stay in Look Hotel.
We got a free upgrade to a more larger room after we rated 5 stars in Google.
The upgraded room is very comfy and clean.
Toilet is clean, however it does not provide toilet roll but those thin tissue papers instead.
Our booking included breakfast which I personally feel is quite decent as there were quite alot options (ie. Cereal, porridge, noodles, toast, mantou bun, coffee etc).
The only downside is that the hotel is quite far from Chiayi train station (嘉義台鐵）, suggest to call a cab if you are with huge luggage.
Walking distance from Train station to Look hotel is around 16mins.

Dari meninggalkan bagasi ke perkhidmatan kaunter, perkhidmatan sarapan pagi, kakitangannya sangat baik. Jenis dan kuantiti bufet sarapan juga bagus, terutama buah-buahan dan sayur-sayuran yang sangat segar dan lembut. Terdapat juga yogurt tanpa gula yang jarang ditemui di Taiwan. Saya sangat gembira. Makanan tidak akan diambil kerana waktu makan hampir tamat 👍
Kemudahan bilik adalah konsisten dengan tahap. Cuma penghawa dingin di dalam bilik yang saya diami, walaupun angin yang paling lemah bertiup, dan udara terus bertiup di atas kepala saya. Sayangnya saya tidak tidur lena.

因社團群推薦，我們買了好幾張住宿券，因快到期了，要趕快用掉，而這次是第二次入住，分享一下兩次入住的感受… 第一次（2020年4月）～連住2晚親子房 1.廁所垃圾桶沒清，底層留了幾張衛生紙迎接我們入住！ 2.第二天外出回房，補的備品，沒有依SOP整齊擺放在浴室洗手台上，而是混一整袋隨便的丟在房間桌上。 3.我當下沒有直接反應，但退房時有特別跟櫃臺提，櫃臺反應超級冷漠，一聲歉意也沒有，可能以為我都要退房了，過客沒什麼好理的，加上整房是房務的事吧！但房間整理不好、服務不好，是飯店整體問題！ 第二次為耗住宿券，必須連住三晚 1. Check in櫃台員很冷漠，基本禮貌也沒有，我們離櫃臺一步距離，有好幾人在櫃臺裡，我們正看要找那一組辦，這些人一句詢問也沒有，像雕像一樣直直盯著你，縱使靠近，也一句話不吭，像沒溫度的機器一樣幫你制式的辦入住（建議飯店找AI或許比這些像機器的人類好）！ 2.房內的頻道表沒更新，櫃臺連電視頻道那幾台有或沒有也不清楚，小孩想看momo親子，頻道跳掉，跟櫃臺反應，態度很不耐的跟我說，我們現在全部都很忙，等有空再處理，問她們大約要等多久？更不耐回你，有空就處理，電話就掛了，我PM6:15入房就問，到我們睡前還沒處理，真是藐視客人！ 3.房間裡的馬克杯很髒就算了，有一組泡茶杯組，更是噁心，一層厚厚白色粉末的“霉”，應該是“年”以上沒洗過！ 4.今天第一晚入住四人房，安排在A棟6樓，隔音超級差，凡有人走過、跑過、講話聲，全都聽的到，好多次我以為房門沒關，走過去確認！更誇張是隔壁按門鈴聲音大到像按我們這間的門鈴。 5.今天唯一感覺好一點的是，晚上訂富胖達，店家沒給餐具，櫃臺有免洗筷跟湯匙可提供，這點還正常（其實很多飯店都有提供餐具的服務，至少這點他們也有） 第二～三晚，我們加價換親子房，還不知會發生什麼事。

住得很滿意的兩晚。一到飯店下雨，暫停臨停區服務人員拿傘接送，有地下停車場，位子不多，旁邊還有戶外停車場。帶了狗狗可以到地下一樓住宿，空間寬敞，但需另外收費，下午跟孩子還有狗狗一起到小山坵踢球跑跑，附近台林路美食不少，回飯店再搭個旋轉木馬，然後到室內遊戲區玩，美好的一天。隔天去開賽車，小孩超喜歡，搭小火車，下午有活動尋寶送小禮物，晚上搭接駁車去夜市，有夠充實。很對得起價格，早餐假日比較好一點，有機會來嘉義會想再來的飯店。

原本預定的是無窗型的房間，接待人員幫我們免費升級到有窗戶的地方，整個房間都很乾淨也很大，接待人員很友善，也會幫忙叫計程車。早餐還有牛肉湯跟雞肉飯可以吃。

PPengguna TetamuStayed at the hotel for 1 night. No major complaints except for one small hiccup with the bath towel which was not cleaned properly (there was a ball of hair wrapped in it). When we asked for a new one, the receptionist was pretty unconcerned and unapologetic about it. The pros are that the breakfast was nice & comforting and there's a snack bar that supplies cookies, chips, coffee tea etc throughout the day.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaSuperb location, 5 mins walk away from Chiayi train station. A very good base hotel for Alishan travellers. Allows free luggage storage for guests heading up to Alishan. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful and even allow breakfast to take away. The family room is huge and has plenty of space for luggage. Tons of food near the hotel and party world karaoke too!

JJannnnnService staff was great in helping me with everything i need e.g getting a taxi , amenities are sufficient and there is washing machine if you need to wash clothes. Room is clean, bed is comfy for the night! location is near wenhua night market as well! will consider staying here again next time if i am in chiayi!

PPengguna TetamuWe stay at this hotel instead of Alishan hotel as we get to experience JiaYi. In general . hotel is good except the color used in the hotel room is dark and feel a bit down. The breadfast at the hotel is good especially we need to wear glove to take our food , it was a good practice for COVIS period. We feel safe at this hotel.

Ssy8888Hotel is located a little far from everything and walk about 15mins to railway station and 10 mins to free hsr shuttle bus stop. Around the hotel, there's multiple nice food too. Room is ok, decently big but signs of old wear and tear. Breakfast is good sumptuous value spread.
