Tidak dapat melakukan perjalanan dan tidak membatalkan tempahan. Hotel ini tidak dapat menampung pembatalan lewat atau bahkan membiarkan saya menukar tarikh. Mereka menuliskannya sebagai no call no show dan tidak akan membiarkan saya mengubah atau memberikan ganti rugi atas apa yang berlaku. Tempah dengan risiko anda sendiri. Tiada perkhidmatan pelanggan!

Hotel is in good location. Room is clean. But the heating is not good so it is cold at night.

Housekeeping staff are cery accomodating giving us our request for fresh towels and other room amenities.

Checking in at the Congress Plaza was so straight forward. I was upgraded without asking to a King size bed with a lake view. The room was perfect. Fridge, safe, TV , Coffee and water.

Really good hotel. It felt rustic, was huge and really clean.

Enjoyed my stay it was peaceful. Staff were very friendly and housekeeping was fantastic with cleaning the rooms daily. Will definitely stay here again. They also had a safe in the room.

Room is clean, location is very convenient and it is near sub way .

Our room didn’t have lights? Only lamps, which made it quite hard to see. Otherwise, everything was as expected.

Older hotel, but clean. Double beds in separate rooms. Valet parking not available. Felt scammed. Had to take car behind hotel to parking lot and then attendant moved car to garage. Still paid as though valet $60/day.

The hotel is in a great location! Close to main attractions and lots of restaurants! Main staff was not very friendly. Hotel is beautiful when you enter. Rooms are very old and need updating. The toilet in my bathroom had a corroded tank and a broken lever. That was a bit frustrating. Bed was very hard!! Room was very cold! Only one thermostat for the entire hotel. There is no individual thermostat in each room. Had to ask for extra blankets. They did provide that for me. The fitness room is very nice! Every thing you need to have a really good workout! They indicated they are in the process of renovating rooms. They’ve just not completed that project yet. I would stay there again if the price was right. Hopefully next time I’ll get an updated room!

Close to the center. Clean. The only problem was the hot water. You need to wait a lot of time to have it, but then it's very hot.

Location was perfect, room was clean, staff helped me to check in fast and conveniently.
