From the minute we arrived at this Exceptionally placed Hotel, we were made to feel at Home. The Staff are genuinely friendly relaxing and warm. From Vincenzo showing us the Beautiful Orange Garden Terrace, the Pool staff, the super helpful recieption ladies,the excellent Breakfast team, to the immaculate clean fresh rooms made up by the Friendly Ladies Team. Breakfast is perfect with an incredibe selection, with Cakes more than you can eat, and Full Continental in a Fresh,Airy Breakfast room, the Staff attentive and friendly fun. The Hotel is Top Quality in superb location. We chilled both by the quiet sheltered Pool, which is clean beautiful, and a short stroll to Beach with a superb 180 Mountain Vista. Dining out each night in Town you are spoilt for choice for excelelnt ambience Restaurants in this Warm, well designed lighting labarynth of Via's and views. We visited Perla del Golfo recently for a 2 night stay with family who live in Italy. Beautiful location, outstanding pools and very congenial pool staff. The breakfast and lunch buffets were good but not exceptional. The property itself is very neglected.The furniture in the lobby is torn and needs replacement. Our room, though clean, was not in the location promised when we booked. The outside shutters were filthy and the hallway had water from the ceiling dripping constantly making for dangerous walking . It’s too bad that this resort is so run down. It would be exceptional had the ownership shown some care in maintaining it.

Great location by the sea if you are looking to see palermos true culture! Lovely room with a view of the ocean and walking distance to restaurants even for a late night dinner. Near the Park of Parrots, and a 10 min taxi ride away from central Palermo which i recommend you visit.

Honestly there are not enough words to express what we feel about this place. It started as a lovely little 3 night trip planned for myself, husband, son and daughter in law. As promised the hotel had arranged our transfers .. bang on time and perfect. The hotel looked like a true diamond in the rough - stunning in every way, relaxing, great location, spotlessly clean and fabulous breakfast. Friendly staff at both reception and at breakfast….. however then the drama started… On our second day our flight was cancelled and the earliest flight home meant we would have to stay 3 extra nights (shame). Unfortunately the hotel had no room for us, but they did have a new apartment (20 minute walk away) by the beach for a great price.. perfect we thought! Then the next day I was struck with food poisoning (not from the hotel I might add)… I was very unwell.. spent the rest of our time in the hotel in bed. But it was then time to move to the apartment (no way I could walk) so they arranged a member of staff to drive us and show us in to the apartment. The apartment was stunning 5*. I ended up spending the rest of the holiday in bed and then in hospital for 24 hours, but the service didn’t stop. The hotel knew I was unwell, kept in touch with my family ensuring the continued to enjoy themselves, asking how I was, offering assistance etc. I was discharged from hospital the evening before we left for home.. the hotel arranged a taxi from the apartment back into the town for me to enjoy my last night without having to walk. That’s not to mention the beautiful couple who lived beneath the apartment who arranged hospital taxi etc. I haven’t even mentioned just how beautiful the area is, at first glance a little rough around the edges but such charm and by night the most magical and romantic of places… the people are stunning in every way. I know this is a long winded review but I wanted to express the next level service, compassion and pure perfection that is this hotel and their staff.
