This was a great place to stay. Check in is done online , and as I am not great with technology, I did struggle a little but the service on the other end of the phone was amazing. I called multiple times , due to my own fault, but each time their help was amazing and friendly and once I was sorted with the virtual key, I was able to get Into the room and it was amazing! Great location, very clean and the housekeeping came on the second day to restock if we needed it. Even with the hiccup at checkin , I wld definitely book here again.

Excellent location, staff were welcoming and helpful. Room was neat and tidy. Beds are very comfortable. The only fault was there was no body wash/shower gel in the toiletries provided. Pod coffee machine with pods is a welcome touch. Mini bar items were out on the bench which is not a great location if you have small children.

「ナイトライフを楽しみたい人必見！！」格安にも関わらず、フォーティチュードバリーに徒歩で行け、夜のオーストラリアが存分に楽しめます！ルーフトップではベンチやバーベキューできるスペースがあり、オーストラリアの街並みを見ながら日光浴をして読書しているひとがいて、平和な雰囲気でした！市内までも近く、歩いて20分ほど、レンタルスクーターを使うと10分で着きます！ベッドが大きく快適、窓が大きく開放感があります。タオルもたくさんあり、清潔、テレビ、コンロ、食洗機も洗濯機も乾燥機も全て管理してあり、何日でも泊まれます。ベランダの机と椅子もあり、外で食事もでき、窓を閉め切ればベランダで喫煙もできました。

房間十分大，遠比我大預期好。我訂的是三房公寓，我們被安排最高樓層，景色簡直美得不能挑剔。房間沒有牙膏牙刷，有浴巾及拖鞋。最開心繫可以三代一起旅行，也在公寓裏煮飯，夢寐以求的一次旅行。陽台大到可以大乒乓球。唯一不好的就是主卧房間洗手間太多飛蟲，沖涼時令人十分討厭。

Excellent in every respect 10 out of 10 Rooms are spacious clean and comfortable with all amenities fridge, jug,etc very comfortable bed. Huge modern bathroom. Very helpful and obliging staff nothing is to much trouble for them. Secure undercover parking if you need it. The location would have to be the best in Brisbane every thing you could want is a short walk away or short trip using public transport. This will be the first place i contact for accomodation next time i have to stay in Brisbane. An extremely enjoyable and value for money experience 10 out of 10 keep up the high standard

It is a bit inconveniently located far from the city center and there’s no real restaurants or shops around. When I first checked in to the original room it smelled very bad and I started getting a headache. They said it’s the smell from the new carpet and they might have used glue or something. I was happy with my new room but it had another issue that I keep hearing banning noise day and night. I inquired about this to multiple workers but the only I thing I heard was they have no idea where the noise was coming from. The service was ok generally but one of the housekeepers kept coughing and made me really uncomfortable to get my room cleaned. Also, usually other hotels give one hour complimentary late check out but only this hotel didn’t allow any late check out. One good thing about this hotel was that they had really big smart tv and I could watch Netflix and YouTube. Overall, my experience at this hotel wasn’t too great and I wouldn’t really recommend this hotel unless you have a car and not too sensitive to noises.

Saya tinggal di Ovolo secara berkala, mengikut pilihan. Ia memiliki suasana santai tetapi bergaya, dan terletak di lokasi yang baik dengan banyak restoran yang berdekatan untuk berjalan kaki. Kakitangannya sangat ramah dan ceria - membuat saya gembira ketika tiba dan saya sebenarnya tidak sabar untuk melihatnya lagi. Bilik ini mempunyai semua yang saya perlukan, termasuk makanan ringan dan minuman percuma :-), dan luas. Dihiasi dengan baik dengan potongan kecil yang bergaya, tetapi tidak hiasan. Akhir-akhir ini ketika saya tiba di bilik saya, ada kad ”selamat datang” yang indah (dan kali terakhir juga martini percuma!) - membuat saya merasa dihargai dan istimewa, dan Alexa memainkan muzik jenis saya. Akan sentiasa berada di sini, sangat sesuai untuk saya.

ZZed ZI have travelled extensively all over the globe for many years. I have stayed in five-star luxury resorts and backpacker lodges in Asia. But there has been no more pleasant, relaxing stay than at the Oaks Brisbane Mews. Located across the road from the Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital, where I had come for medical treatment, I was booked for an extensive twelve-day stay in one of their delightful, comfortable two-bedroom units. From what I was getting, the pricing was exceptional, something. I would classify it in the four to five-star category. The manager, Rose, welcomed me as a returning friend and could not have been more helpful in getting me settled into my digs. Macca, the Facilities Manager, responded to all my queries and assisted me in settling in. They are a fantastic team. My room had everything I needed for a lengthy stay; all the facilities had a washing & drying machine—a fully equipped kitchen and high-speed internet. I could go on. If I ever decide to sell my home on Norfolk Island to move back to the mainland, I would start my accommodation search and hopefully finish at the Oak Mews. I strongly suggest anyone who has to go to Brisbane for any reason consider this fantastic place. It has won my heart.
