It was clean and comfortable, the room was large and nicely decorated. We experienced a few issues though, the underground parking was illuminated by movement sensors which didn't work so we had to use our phones to find the door to the lifts in pitch dark, then we couldn't get the lift to work so we used the stairs. The receptionist wasn't concerned about the lighting or the lift, she just shrugged her shoulders. There was no hot water from the sink tap, we reported it on check out, the chap at reception was really good. There was no signage in the lifts which was confusing. Breakfast was ok but the fried eggs were stone cold. However for what we paid we would stay here again.

El hotel no esta en el centro pero esta bien ubicado para ir caminando en 5-10 min. Dispone de parking gratuito, con buen acceso y buenas plazas. Válido para coches grandes. Es un plus que sea gratuito. Tienen piscina pero actualmente no está abierta por mantenimiento. Una pena ya que estábamos a 37 grados. La habitación daba para la calle principal y tenía un pequeño balcón. Al ser segunda planta se escuchaba algo el paso de los coches. El tamaño correcto y los colchones cómodos. La nevera tenía gran surtido de bebidas y snacks. En la planta baja tiene cafetería, también abierta para el público general en la que se puede desayunar y con buenos precios.

We was stayed only one night. I comment my experience. The garage was comfortable and easy to park. the rooms were correctly, but not very new. The ubication was perfectly. You can comfortably walk anywhere in the city center. But the best for my was de Breakfast. One of the best breakfast in a hotel throughout my life.

Uno de los puntos fuertes del hotel es su ubicación y las dimensiones de las habitaciones. Pero necesita algunas mejoras, las TV todavía están con TDT y en un hotel de 4* no es normal. Falta insonorización, porque se oye todo y el desayuno bastante mejorable, sobretodo diferentes panes y calidad de la bollería

First thing i must say about this hotel is that most of their staff are great, efficient and very hard working. Unfortunately rooms are a bit tired, limescale in shower, dust in the wardrobe. I would say it feels more like a 3* than 4. When people are in corridor outside you can hear everything. On the pros, bed was comfy, breakast was good, swimming pool looked lovely. Location is about 10 minutes from the center. For the price paid is ok.

Very unhappy that we could not access the hotel on our arrival due to roads being closed off as the annual carnaval was taking place. We could not park anywhere nearby due to the busyness, so had to drive out of the city and waste away a couple of hours until the roads reopened. Had the hotel had the courtesy to inform us in advance, we could have planned our arrival time accordingly and used our time to better. The hotel was apologetic and did not charge for using the underground car park, but it quite spoiled our visit. On top of that, the superior room was very basic, small and warm, though the bed was comfortable. Breakfast buffet was nicely laid out, but the two staff members were concentrating on a group booking in a side room. Hence the coffee machine had run out, the jug of hot milk had disappeared and there was no bottle opener for the milk shake drink. Once attended to the staff were friendly despite being stretched between two rooms.

Es la segunda vez que venimos a este hotel de ocio. Y es que está muy bien ubicado y el hotel está muy bien la verdad.
El agua de la bañera se calienta rápido, la cama es cómoda, las almohadas también…. Todo lo que puedo decir es muy positivo. A nosotros nos gusta mucho Ciudad Real y ya con este hotel que está muy bien de precio más aún.
Es bueno, bonito y barato.

446carolinaeFirst thing i must say about this hotel is that most of their staff are great, efficient and very hard working. Unfortunately rooms are a bit tired, limescale in shower, dust in the wardrobe. I would say it feels more like a 3* than 4. When people are in corridor outside you can hear everything. On the pros, bed was comfy, breakast was good, swimming pool looked lovely. Location is about 10 minutes from the center. For the price paid is ok.

PPengguna TetamuWe was stayed only one night. I comment my experience. The garage was comfortable and easy to park. the rooms were correctly, but not very new. The ubication was perfectly. You can comfortably walk anywhere in the city center. But the best for my was de Breakfast. One of the best breakfast in a hotel throughout my life.

PPengguna TetamuEl hotel no esta en el centro pero esta bien ubicado para ir caminando en 5-10 min. Dispone de parking gratuito, con buen acceso y buenas plazas. Válido para coches grandes. Es un plus que sea gratuito. Tienen piscina pero actualmente no está abierta por mantenimiento. Una pena ya que estábamos a 37 grados. La habitación daba para la calle principal y tenía un pequeño balcón. Al ser segunda planta se escuchaba algo el paso de los coches. El tamaño correcto y los colchones cómodos. La nevera tenía gran surtido de bebidas y snacks. En la planta baja tiene cafetería, también abierta para el público general en la que se puede desayunar y con buenos precios.

PPengguna TetamuIt was clean and comfortable, the room was large and nicely decorated. We experienced a few issues though, the underground parking was illuminated by movement sensors which didn't work so we had to use our phones to find the door to the lifts in pitch dark, then we couldn't get the lift to work so we used the stairs. The receptionist wasn't concerned about the lighting or the lift, she just shrugged her shoulders. There was no hot water from the sink tap, we reported it on check out, the chap at reception was really good. There was no signage in the lifts which was confusing. Breakfast was ok but the fried eggs were stone cold. However for what we paid we would stay here again.

TTeenqueenEs la segunda vez que venimos a este hotel de ocio. Y es que está muy bien ubicado y el hotel está muy bien la verdad.
El agua de la bañera se calienta rápido, la cama es cómoda, las almohadas también…. Todo lo que puedo decir es muy positivo. A nosotros nos gusta mucho Ciudad Real y ya con este hotel que está muy bien de precio más aún.
Es bueno, bonito y barato.

Pero necesita algunas mejoras, las TV todavía están con TDT y en un hotel de 4* no es normal. Falta insonorización, porque se oye todo y el desayuno bastante mejorable, sobretodo diferentes panes y calidad de la bollería

PPengguna TetamuVery unhappy that we could not access the hotel on our arrival due to roads being closed off as the annual carnaval was taking place. We could not park anywhere nearby due to the busyness, so had to drive out of the city and waste away a couple of hours until the roads reopened. Had the hotel had the courtesy to inform us in advance, we could have planned our arrival time accordingly and used our time to better. The hotel was apologetic and did not charge for using the underground car park, but it quite spoiled our visit. On top of that, the superior room was very basic, small and warm, though the bed was comfortable. Breakfast buffet was nicely laid out, but the two staff members were concentrating on a group booking in a side room. Hence the coffee machine had run out, the jug of hot milk had disappeared and there was no bottle opener for the milk shake drink. Once attended to the staff were friendly despite being stretched between two rooms.
