Accueil froid de la part du réceptionniste de nuit, nous avons l’habitude d’être la plupart du temps accueillis par des réceptionnistes souriants et avenant et hier soir ce n’était pas le cas.
Cependant, le réceptionniste présent ce matin était avenant et souriant.
Literie confortable, chambre bien agencée et parfaitement équipée. Nous recommandons cet hôtel du fait d’un excellent rapport qualité / prix .

Andateci solo se, come nel nostro caso, tutti gli altri hotel sono pieni. Viaggio di lavoro. Siamo arrivati dopo la mezzanotte io e il mio socio causa volo in ritardo e abbiamo trovato tutto chiuso, senza un campanello dove poter suonare e farci aprire. Per fortuna una persona stava uscendo e siamo riusciti ad entrare. Alla reception una persona che era meno reattiva di una pianta e non parlava inglese che insisteva, nonostante gli avessimo mostrato la conferma della prenotazione, che non avessimo una prenotazione. Alla fine ha fatto pure il fenomeno dicendoci che aveva risolto lui la situazione e che eravamo stati fortunati, perché avevamo preso le ultime due stanze rimaste (ma infatti erano le nostre già prenotate!!!) Voglio dare due stelle totali, solo perché le brioche a colazione non erano male e le signorine al mattino alla reception sono state gentili, e guarda caso avevano la nostra prenotazione. La persona che è alla reception alla sera invece non ha le competenze ne l'atteggiamento giusto per un lavoro a contatto con il pubblico. Le stanze molto minimal, non è un hotel, ma più un motel stile americano.

Siamo stati in questo hotel perché vicino a Disneyland Paris e devo dire che mi ha stupida perché per essere un due stelle era molto curato(ne valeva almeno 3)Stanza nuova molto spaziosa,pulitissima con materassi comodissimi(un po' meno i cuscini) completamente insonorizzata.Bagno piccolo,ma funzionale(senza bidè come in tutta la Francia)e con asciugacapelli a richiesta. Colazione buona,varia:a scelta tra due tipi di pane,due tipi di cereali,croissant semplice o pain au chocolat,tre tipi di marmellate,Nutella, yougurt,formaggio fette biscottate,uova strapazzate.becon e bevande solo al distributore automatico. A differenza delle stanze che vengono pulite bene,la sala della colazione lascia un po' a desiderare perché se si arriva sul tardi i tavoli sono pieni di briciole e nessuno che li pulisce e abbiamo trovato una tazza sporca di rossetto.

To be honest, given the ratings we'd seen, we were a little disappointed. The room was clean, if very basic, and the receptionist was pleasant enough. However, the location was quite noisy, the walls were thin and the neighbours plumbing noisy. The bathroom tap was loose and there was no plug in the basin. And this is not a hotel, it is a motel. The price was OK but, for a few euros more, I'm sure there's be better choices. On the plus side, there was ample free parking, the wi-fi was good and there were plenty of eateries within walking distance.

this hotel provides a new fresh and basic lodging option with free shuttle bus service to the parks.
Room
There is no room key cards. A code is given to you that you either memorize or carry the paper with you. We reserved a room with one large bed but received the family room which includes 1 double bed and 2 single beds. The room is nicely laid out with plenty of area space.
Take note that they don’t provide toiletries.
Breakfast
Breakfast is between 7-11 am. The spread includes croissants and bread with toppings like jam, Nutella, honey, and applesauce. There is also yogurt, cold cuts and cheese. Daily, there will be 1 egg offered (omelette, hard boiled, poached) as warm item. For drinks, you have the options of coffee, tea, cocoa, and juice. I love that it’s simple & basic.

There is a arcade room for kids & vending machines for hot and cold drinks, snacks and even essential toiletries. There is also a microwave to heat up sandwiches.
Cafe
You can buy their lunch box from Les Halles. Dinner is available 6-11pm. They have pasta, pizza, salad and sandwiches. There is also a bar to order some light snacks and drinks such as sodas, juices, liquor, wine and beer. A menu is €15 for adults and €9 for children or you can purchase a la carte with food ranging from €4-8.
