I've spent a couple of days with my friends and it was awesome. The rooms are very comfortable and have a kettle and tea available, which is very nice to have when you arrive home after a day full of cold and rain. The staff was super kind and some of them had an excellent sense of humor. (always a big plus for me) If you like lamb, their restaurant is a must-go. This one is saved on my list to stay again the next time.

Unfortunately the hot tub was not working when we were there but we enjoyed the sauna. The food at the restaurant was on the pricier side but delicious. The room was comfortable and we loved the decor! Service was okay, we felt that the staff could be friendlier.

This hotel is very convenient if you are doing any activity of the glaciers. The rooms are tiny but very clean. The shower could have been a bit warmer but the best surprise was the dinner was delicious!!! The service was excellent and everything we had was yummy especially the melted lava cake. There is a path out the back of the hotel (that they maintain) that leads to the glacier and I went for an early morning walk and had it all to myself along with the 100s of birds that were singing. Absolutely breathtaking!
