駅の本当に前にあるので便利。 一階はコンビニがあり同じ建物には食事できる所もいくつかありました。 駅前の為たくさん食事する所があり便利でした。 ただロビーが4階で少しわかりにくかったです。 部屋からは駅が見下ろせ列車の往来を望む事ができました、鉄道好きな人にはいいですね。

この度こちらに宿泊し、不都合な点は一つもなかったかと思えます。 ユニットバスは広め、ベッドも広め、駐車場も相談して次の日の使用可でした。 室内等もきれいで気持ちよく宿泊出来ました。

新潟旅行の際に、親・兄妹でお邪魔しました。 こちらのホテルは、ネットでの評価が高かったので決めました。 今回、1泊2食付きで宿泊しました（3万円台/人：3名利用）。 ＜良かった点＞ ・料理がどれも美味しかったです。特に、朝食のご飯は、新潟米で美味しかったです。 ・朝食会場から見える庭の紅葉が綺麗でした。 ・露天風呂は黒湯という泉質で面白かったです。ただ、狭かったのが残念でした。 ＜残念だった点＞ ・奥へ奥へと建て増しをしたためか、迷路の様な建物で階段や傾斜した廊下が多くあり、足腰の悪い方には向かないと思います。大浴場へ行くのも大変だと思います。 ・スリッパが用意されていない、また、廊下のエアコンがどれも稼働していないため、靴下を履いていても歩くのがとても寒かったです。 ・窓は、昔ながらの窓の(ペアガラスでない)ため、窓際はとても寒かったです。 ・設備面からみるとコストパフォマンスも悪かったです。

道の駅や足湯のすぐ向かいで分かりやすく便利な場所でした。
清掃が行き届いていて気持ちよく過ごせました。
お料理も美味しかったです。特に朝ごはんのバイキングは良かった。
コスパの良いホテルだと思います。
大浴場は大きくてよかったですが、温泉が無味無臭なので個人的にはもっと癖の強いタイプの温泉だったらよかったな。

BBenjamin de YeungThe hotel is a good choice for small group of traveller. I am impressed by the low price and excellent hygiene of this hotel. The view is panoramic to the harbor.
However, the air-conditioner sometimes does not work and we have to call the front desk to turn on the cooling for the room every other day.
There is no gym room or facilities in the hotel except the lower floors of the building is indeed a famous art museum and exhibition or some sort. It could be interesting to visit the museum. Hotel in Japan seldom comes with gym facilities so I am not too annoyed by that.

PPengguna TetamuMy family and travelled to Niigata at the end of April 2023 and had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Okura Niigata. Prior to the trip, I had reached out to them via email to inquire about coordinating a van + driver for us (6 of us) so that we could go visit some sake breweries and to make dinner reservations for us at a nearby restaurant. The concierge team was amazing and booked a large van (jumbo taxi) and driver for the day. they also ensured that the van could accommodate a folding wheelchair for one group member that needed it. The van and driver arrived on time and was quite reasonably priced. Great experience that was made possible by the hotel team! Upon return to the hotel, we realized we had left some items on the van - the hotel called the taxi company and coordinated the return of our items. Beyond these experiences, the hotel itself is a bit older but rooms are comfortable and fairly spacious for a hotel room in Japan. Location is great and the breakfast buffet was one of the better ones we had on this trip. If I should ever travel back to Niigata, I will most definitely be staying here. The hotel and team won my business by going above and beyond...even for Japan standards of customer service! Domo arigatogozaima****a!!!

PPengguna Tetamu万代口と反対の側なので、静か。 新幹線を降りてからの道順は、あらかじめ聞いていたので、分かりやすかった。3階か地上へ降りるのに、階段でとあったが、エレベーターがあり、それに乗ろうとしたら、ホテルの看板が見えた。 フロント前には、冷たいおしぼりがあり、これは有難かった。 そして、入浴剤、コーヒー、紅茶などのＴバックもあり、部屋で使わせて戴いた。 部屋については、至って普通。空調が弱かったので、暑がりの人には文句が出るかも。 陶板浴は、身体が温まり、すごく気持ちが良かった。汗沢山かいて、シャワーもあるが、すぐ部屋の風呂に戻り、汗流して、さっぱりした。 何と言っても、朝食が素晴らしい。これで800円は安い。 自家製感満載。野菜が高かった時期だったので、冷凍物でないブロッコリーなどサラダや煮物には感激した程。 まずミキサーで作られたトマトジュースでのどを潤し、サラダ系、焼き魚、煮物、*焼き、味噌汁そして、ご飯が特に美味しい。流石米どころ。こちらのホテルでは、契約農家があり、その方のお写真も掲示され、安心してコシヒカリを堪能できた。

WWojiaozhudabai性價比很高的一家酒店，已經147年歷史了，是新瀉最早的西式酒店，直至今日依舊保持着高水準。在長岡花火大會期間來入住的，房價比平時高一些，但優質的服務、便利的交通和美味的餐食依舊讓人感覺物超所值。到新瀉站乘坐公交衹需4站，走路到公交站也就幾分鐘，還可以從很有歷史感的地下街走過去，夏日裏很涼爽。打車去火車站也就1000日元。酒店周邊有不少寺廟、神社，還有當年的各國駐日領館的舊址，離新瀉美術館步行8分鐘。從酒店房間可以直接看到日本海，走路到海邊也就一刻鐘。出門就是新瀉著名的花街，餐廳、酒館和會所比比皆是。酒店早餐很豐富，咖喱飯，煎蛋卷和酸奶很不錯。馬可波羅餐廳和螢餐廳很棒，還有一家有名的中餐廳。房間浴品是pola的，浴鹽是DHC的。非常有特色是被罩，是用日本和紙纖維製作的，非常舒適。

駐車場は敷地をぐるっと囲むような駐車スペースでしたが、停めきれなかったので少し離れた契約駐車場を案内されました。特に問題はありません。
お部屋もよくあるシンプルスタイルですが、ユニットバスはかなり狭め。カラダがかたい自分には少し辛かった^^;
アメニティは必要最低限で、1、3階に自動販売機、3階にコインランドリーがあります。ビールなどのアルコール類はないので予め買って行ったほうがいいですよ。

PPengguna Tetamu〇良い点 ・ホテルの部屋と通路の仕切りが明確であり、靴を脱いで部屋を歩き回る事に抵抗がない。 ・商店街入って直ぐの処に入口があり、入り口にもバイクを数台おける。 ・周囲に飲み屋がなく、夜も静か 〇考えさせる点 ・男性従業員の態度がクソ悪く、イラッとするLv ・TVのチャンネル数が少なく、金沢TVも映る筈なのにケーブルが繋がってないとのメッセが出る。その一方U-Tubeは見れたりする。 ・ホテルの入り口と吉野家が直で繋がっており、朝食もホテルか吉野家で選べるっぽい。てかセキュリティ大丈夫なのか？？。

PPengguna Tetamu駅の本当に前にあるので便利。 一階はコンビニがあり同じ建物には食事できる所もいくつかありました。 駅前の為たくさん食事する所があり便利でした。 ただロビーが4階で少しわかりにくかったです。 部屋からは駅が見下ろせ列車の往来を望む事ができました、鉄道好きな人にはいいですね。

GGlobeTrotting806260立地は繁華街の古町。 施設の古さは感じますし、部屋の汚れが少し目立ちます。 部屋の広さはツインにしてもらったので広め、５階でしたが浴室の水圧はとても良かったです。 朝食は最上階で軽バイキングで満足しました。 目の前の駐車場は割引されて１,１００円でしたが、少し離れたアルモ東堀は時間帯にもよりますが４００円でした。 Wi-Fiは下り2上り20でした。

PPengguna Tetamu新潟駅から徒歩5分以内のホテルを探していたらヒットしました。 が、実際には7~8分はゆうにかかったでしょうか？ 歩くのが遅かったのかもしれませんが、思ったよりも遠かったです。 こちらは昭和を感じるホテルです。 私は、新しく清潔感のあるホテルに慣れていたので、ちょっと戸惑いました。 部屋は狭いですし、布団カバーにシミはあるし。 とくに、風呂が黒カビだらけで気持ち悪かった・・・（涙） 普段はホテルで湯船につかるのが一つの楽しみなのですが、とてもそんな気になれませんでした。 狭いのは、昔の建物だからやむなしとしても、せめて清潔感には気を配ってほしいと思いました。 禁煙の部屋だったのですが、ドアを開けたすぐそこの廊下のたばこ臭がすさまじく、それも本当に不快でした。 部屋に陶器のカップなどはなく、 紙コップをフロントそばから各自で持っていくスタイルだったのが、 なんというか、せっかくホテルに泊まってるのになぁと、そこも残念でした。 コロナ対策＆人件費の削減などの結果なんだろうとは思うんですが、 二度と泊まることは無いと思います。 この10年あちこち出かけた中で、一番残念なホテルでした。 ひとつだけ良かったのは コンビニの隣だったこと。 それだけは便利でした。
