A very local hotel popular among the local business travellers. I was there to explore Gunma mountains and this is one of the best western style hotel I can find that is close to train station. I do have to say the hotel is very old but everything still good for me. The single room is small but it has everything I need. Their 8 floor dining area for breakfast was so awesome as you have a wide view of the town and mountains around it. Breakfast is acceptable and I don’t have any complaints about it. What I like a lot is that they also provide free curry rice every weekdays excerpt weekend and public holiday. Although the curry rice is very simple without any meat, but it was so comforting to eat it. There’s also an onsen that you can use it, and a common room with comics, massage chairs and old school computer to use.

連休に急にこのエリアで連泊する必要が生じて、空いていたのがここでした。 ２泊のうち１泊は喫煙室しか予約出来なかったのですが、吸わない人間にはかなり客室の臭いがきつかったです。普段ヘビースモーカーばかり宿泊しているのかもしれません。煙草を吸わない方は、喫煙室は検討対象から外した方が無難です。 現地は国道沿いで、月夜野インターチェンジまでは下道を走って３０分ちょっとです。スノボを持った家族連れも泊まっていました。勿論乾燥室の類はありません。徒歩圏にローソンとセブンイレブンがあるので買い物には困りません。ただ飲食店の類はすぐ近くには見当たりませんでした。館内の朝食レントランで夜も簡単なものは食べられるようです。 大浴場は洗い場四ヶ所ほどのやや小ぶりなサイズ。最新のルートインのような立派な大浴場ではありません。無料朝食はいつものルートインクオリティ。使っている朝食パンやジュースは、全国どこでも見かける同じものです。 ホテルの接客応対は特に問題なし。駐車場は区画数は結構ありますが、最新のルートインと比べると手狭な感じでした。ビジネス用途だけではなく、色々と使い道がありそうなホテルです。

前橋ではかなり歴史あるホテル。 以前は前橋市での高級ホテル的な位置付けだったため、元がビジネスホテルではないので全体的に作りが良い。 （きちんと宴会場があり、結婚式もできる作り。今はコロナ禍でレストランは閉業してしまったようだが、以前は結構ちゃんとした中華料理があった） 歴史がある分内装は古いが、かわりに日本全体にお金があった頃の作りなので最近のホテルに比べて作りが広めでとよかった。 古めだが、清潔で居心地良い。 部屋による可能性もあるが、この価格帯できちんと風呂トイレが別に作られている部屋に久々に入った。 フロント前にティーバッグや一部アメニティが置かれていて、必要なものを取っていく方式。これで全く問題なし。 ロビーに漫画や本があるのも嬉しい。 ロビー居心地良し。 飲食店やコンビニ（最寄りはセブンイレブン。他、ミニストップ、ローソンが徒歩圏内）近く、楽に食事ができるところもとても良かったです。 食事は老舗の蕎麦屋、割と高級なステーキ店、とんかつ屋もあるし、安めなところではガスト、ココスなども近く、あらゆる年代に対応しやすい。少し歩くとスタバもある。 ちょっと隠れた位置だがドラッグストアや業務スーパーなども徒歩圏内。 駅からは地元民なら歩けると思う。 車で移動している人、駅近でなくてもいい人にはおすすめ。 トリプルの部屋がしっかりと、なかなか広めであるホテルは少ないのでその点はとても便利だと思う。 ちょうど一階の喫茶が閉店になるところに当たってしまったが、このホテルのロビー自体が想像以上に居心地が良かったので、もっと入りやすさをアピールした感じで再開してもらえたら嬉しい。
