Hotel terbaik di Tamarin

We spend a lovely time at Tamarina hotel. Tania (Sales & Resa) was very nice to us and we had a great experience mainly because of her. The hotel is quite old and need a good renovation (showers leaking, old wash basin, door not closing so well, aircon quite old) but the vibe of this hotel is very nice. All sunsets are a must see and the apero near the restaurants under the trees are quite an experience that you must experience. Thank you also to Jenice and Anastasia who are working very hard in the restaurant to serve all the guest with a smile. Without them I may say that the service in the restaurant will not be so good. The other staff (waiters) in the restaurant may need some training to speed up and to be less lazy. The food in fact is very good (thank you to the chef doing the crepes in the afternoon). Well done to the kitchen team. Everything was hot and always filled in. May I suggest a review of your wine menu which in my sense doesn't fit your meal prices. It will need more affordable wines to enhance the F&B experience. Thank you Tamarina! See you soon!

Отель безупречен во всем,семейного типа.Шикарные свободные номера,отличная косметика,которая обновляется каждый день Bulgari.Персонал услужливый ,запоминает предпочтения каждого.Очень приветливые,все оперативно делают,предвосхищая ожидания требовательного клиента.Территория зеленая небольшая,единственный минус это океан был с мутной водой ,огорожен крупным камнем .Мы снимали несколько номеров ,все остались довольны очень.Переехали в соседний отель,так как начинались уже дни командировки в 2-х км,Sugar Beach,океан прекрасен,длинная полоса пляжная ,огромная территория .А вот такого отношения клиентоориентированного нет,все тебя не замечают ,номерной фонд отаратный ,идет реконструкция отеля отдельных корпусов,стучат и им все равно на отдыхающих,сразу захотелось вернуться. Поэтому спасибо за радушный теплый прием! Мы вернемся обязательно на этот прекрасный остров и его западную часть- самую идеальную в части погоды. 😇

Extremely beautiful views and such a nice place to have lunch with friends, under the tree, with the birds singing and the waves crashing on the white sandy beach We had a warm welcome at the reception and Varun at the restaurant was the most pleasant, accommodating and provided us with prompt service. If you are looking for a casual place to have lunch, with an incredible view, this is definetely a place to visit La Mariposa is a true little gem

I’m not even sure where to start with how amazing our stay was here! Me and my husband have just returned from a 10 day stay for our honeymoon, and it was truly the honeymoon of our dreams. Every aspect of our stay was perfect- the villa, the food, the location, the spa, the activities on offer- I could write a book! The real highlight, as mentioned in most reviews, was the staff. We have never encountered such wonderful and kind people before who so genuinely wanted to make our holiday special, and we felt as though we were the only people there. I wish I could mention everyone, but those that stood out were Bertrand and Olivia, the managers who took the time to frequently check in with us and ask how we were. Aki and Dinesh, the butlers who made sure our stay was as perfect as possible and helped to make it run as smoothly as possible. They are such kind people who clearly love their jobs. Manish from the bar Lantana, who was so lovely and kind and again made us feel like the most important people in the bar. He took the time to remember what we liked, and made us surprise drinks each night which we really looked forward to. We were disappointed on his days off to find he wasn’t there!! And finally, Chef Moodaseer. We met him during the cooking class (highly recommend) within which he was extremely kind and helpful, and very passionate about his job (and very good at it!). His extremely kind gesture will be remembered by us for a long time. Then the next night, we had told him we were dining at Cilantro, and he designed a personalised 4 course meal for us! It was without a doubt the best meal of our lives and a real highlight of the holiday. Our only regret is that we didn’t get to thank him enough before we left. And I wish I could ask him more cooking questions about the glorious curry he taught us!! We really can’t thank you all enough for the holiday of a lifetime. We hope we can return one day. الغرف والاكل والنظافه والخدمه جدا جداا ممتازه فالسوفيتسل يتوفر شطاف فالحمام والغرف المجدده لديهم العديد من الفعاليات المجانيه ونادي الاطفال والاستقبال لديهم سريعين ومتجاوبين فالخدمه كذالك يتميز موقعه الممتاز في منطقه فليك فلاك القريبه من الفاعاليات

Our experience in a few words: Good stuff: -the staff is very nice and makes you feel good, -the hotel looks amazing and is very clean, -the buffet food is good, thanks to the creations of the Goddess behind the closed doors, Kathiana and Co. -Thai restaurant is excellent, thanks to the Chef from Thailand who uses, legend says, spices only from Thailand. I’m still dreaming about your Tom Yam Soup. -pools are warm, separated kids area, extra adult infinity pool. -tipps are accepted, but don’t change a thing: the service is perfekt with or without tipps, you should teach the European waiters how is done. Not so good stuff: (FBPlus package for 8.5k €) - The drinks ! Full Pension plus only 3 (small) glasses of lokal bier or wine pro person during the meals. After making some jokes, the glasses got bigger, like 500ml. - we even paid for water and coffee on the pool, between meals. - cocktails are expensive, it starts at 550 Rupies (12€) and not even good mixed, like in a cheap bar. - kids club is dead. The girl inside was like “hello, name pls, first time in kids club?” and that was it. No showing where is what, play with our girl, she just kept drawing something. Idk if she has to do something with the kids or just be there to open the door. Fact is it was behind our room and we where there 10 minutes in 10 days. - you have to pay extra for the good stuff in the a la Karte Restaurants. Grill evening on the beach is 2k pro person; Overall a good experience!

فندق جميل في منطقة فليك إن فلاك الغرف الموقع جميل ونظيف ومرتب. (( لا يوجد شطاف في الحمام إلا بطلب)) - انا سكنت في جناح بريميوم في الدور الارضي مطل على البحر بصراحة شيء جميل مساحة 50م. يستاهل السعر. - المنتجع به 3 مطاعم، مسبح، سبا، نادي رياضي، سياكل للنزلاء. - المطعم الرئيسي مع على حسب الحجز انا باقي المطاعم يجب الدفع فيها بغض النظر عن الحجز. - شاطئ يمكن السباحة فيه. - منطقة فليك إنوفلاك قرية صغير على الساحل الغربي ذات الشواطئ الجميلة بها مركز تجاري صغير وقريبة من العاصمة بور لويس. الموقع   10/10 الغرف      10/10 النظافة        10/10 الجلسة        10/10 الخدمة        10/08 بطيئين جدا السعر          $$$$/$$$$$

The easiest part would be to duplicate the review from last year, but a few initiatives made this stay even more personal. Acknowledgement from the management as we were returning guests, made us feel even more welcome. Special thanks to Kamla, Anne-Sophie, Wendy, Lubin and Ravi at Wolmar/Magenta Restaurant, Jacques, Mimi, and Christel at Medine Bar. They once again made the stay unforgettable. We know that many more work hard and deliver that extra mile, they all have to be thanked for their efforts. So from the bottom of our hearts, a very big thank you to all of you at La Pirogue for yet another wondeful stay.
