The hotel staffs are really amazing and made us feel at home with their hospitality. A special thanks to Laura, who helps us arrange everything so timely and responsively. My husband and I are both vegans and were worried about the availability of vegan foods. The worry turns out to be most unnecessary as we have never been so well fed in our life! The chefs are amazing and there are a wide range of food selections from Indian to Italian, all clearly labeled for allergies and intolerances. We had our romantic renewal of vows ceremonies here and the chefs went out of their ways to make us a three layered vegan cake, along with a delicious four course dinner. The ceremony itself is truly more beautiful than I ever imagined. Thanks to the staffs’ thorough and professional planning, we had such a memorable time without any work or stress on our side. The hotel itself is located in such a beautiful atoll with picture perfect blue ocean and white sandy beaches. We are not big on snorkeling but even just near the beach we are able to see the vibrant marine life. We also saw manta rays and sharks and other beautiful creatures I don’t know the names of. We stayed at both the beach villa and the water lagoon. I can’t say which one I like more as both are equally good. The rooms are so clean and spacious, we really enjoyed the large bathtub for a romantic evening bath. The pillows are really comfortable and fluffy, I slept so well. Overall we had the most wonderful stay, and both agree that it’s the best trip of our life. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the hotel to anyone looking to go to Maldives.

This was a perfect stay in paradise for my wife and I and more tha delivered what we expected. Not as luxurious as many resorts in the Maldives but functional and clean bungalows right on the beach fantastically maintained by our room attendant Alibel who was happy and friendly and really looked after us. Staying all inclusive the food was delicious with plenty of choice and as much as you could eat. The bar overlooking the sea was perfect with staff attentive and friendly and a reasonable selection of drinks available within the all inclusive package, although we did find the wine in the bar awful and undrinkable although the wine in the restaurant (apparently the same wine?!) was lovely. The one resort shop was very overpriced but this is to be expected as there is no alternative. The weather was glorious, hot and sunny 95% of the time and the crystal clear sea a lovely 27C. Taking full advantage of the all inclusive kayaking and snorkelling, we saw everything from turtles to Black Tip Reef sharks and Nurse sharks and from lobsters to a multitude of colourful tropical fish. The staff were really friendly yet professional and could not do more for us, nothing was too much trouble. A walk to the end of the pier after dark is a must to see sharks and fish in a feeding frenzy, incredible to witness. If anything the only suggestion we would make would be to have an information pack in each bungalow/room as it seemed to be up to guests to find out for themselves what was available.

One of the best resorts we have been to. Rooms are spacious. Service is impeccable. Food is great. Price is on the high side, but I still feel we got value for our money. Highly recommended.

Kagi -the Spa Island, is the most beautiful all encompassing holiday you can imagine. I read all the reviews before booking and can honestly say, it far exceeded them in reality. From the moment we got off the plane, there was a friendly Kagi representative at every stage. Just what you need after a 10 hour flight. We reached the island by seaplane followed by a small boat and were greeted with such genuine, caring hospitality that continued every moment until we left. The simplicity of the Zen architecture puts you instantly at ease. Nazeer, the Manager, was welcoming and very visible throughout our time there. You can tell he has handpicked every single member of staff there with Kagi care. Everyone says hello as you walk around, even the guests say hello to each other. It really is a personal and intimate experience. Our Pure Life Ambassador, Cindy, was a telepathic magician. She anticipates what you need long before you even thought you needed it. I didn’t understand her title until you truly feel her warmth and intense attention to detail. She wanted us to have “Pure” relaxation and “Life” unencumbered by thinking. She organised everything for us using the app so we could unplug. She would check on us and ask how our day was in the most unobtrusive way. We always looked forward to seeing yer. She took great care to organise all our dinner reservations and activities before we even arrived so we didn’t have to think about a thing. She let us concentrate on Pure Life - snorkelling from our Ocean Pool Villa onto the house reef, scuba diving, cocktails by the pool or the beach and generally unwinding without a care in the world. A quick WhatsApp message to Cindy and she was able to organise massages for us at the incredible spa and a surprise special anniversary dinner on the beach. Dive Shop: Betty and the Dive Team were caring and professional with lots of compassion and more than happy to share the undersea world with us. Everything was taken care of long before you even thought about it - the seems to be the Kagi way. The management all waved us goodbye from the jetty and with the warmth that we will carry with us until we return again on our next visit. Something original and very Kagi. Cindy joined us on our final journey on the boat and of course she was with us to the end. We were all teary to leave and hugs all around. Pure Life indeed.

This was amazing place, even despite coming in October during rainy season. Service was exceptional from the begging- person awaiting us on the airport, speed boat transfer late evening, with nice welcome and service (water/towels/wifi) We arrived late evening, so dinner packages were ready in the room. All Incl package was nice however we missed some food in between breakf-lunch and dinner. Issue is wifi which was not working properly/everywhere. Normally i think its ok as we do not need internet on such vacations, but as we needed to work one day it was hard. Again anyways. Great service. Hospitality of staff in restaurant and bar too. Also reception who gave us a chance of later checkout. It was very convenient as we travelled with 2yrs old toddler. Room was spacious, kept clean every day properly + water bottles delivered daily. Good snorkling trips for free provided daily.
