The hotel serves as the perfect island get away for my wife and I. We were celebrating out 10 year anniversary and the staff truly make it memorable. We will absolutely be returning again and this experience convinced my wife to come here for her yearly trip instead of her usually Cayman Islands location.

Отличный небольшой остров с красивыми видами и хорошим сервисом. Не знаю, кого может в отзывах не устраивать питание, кормят вкусно и разнообразно. Если кому-то не хватает черной икры, устриц и 500 видов супов - это другие отели и другая ценовая категория. У нас было все включено, и это просто вкусно и никто голодным не оставался. Из плюсов лично для нас - это кофемашина в номере. Мы летели сюда за релаксом и это само то. Когда хотелось больше активности, то теннисные корты, зал для бадминтона, настольного тенниса был в нашем распоряжении. Хороший домашний риф для сноркелинга, скаты заплывали каждый день. Словом, мы в восторге и хотим поблагодарить отель за прекрасное времяпрепровождение. Единственный неприятный момент - это сотрудница центра водных видов спорта на берегу Лиза. Она с Украины и для гостей из России этим все сказано. Как только она узнает, что вы из России - сразу грубое общение и продвижение «своей политической повестки», что неуместно для сотрудника, и отель должен принять соответствующие меры. Однако, это никак не смогло испортить положительные впечатления от нашего путешествия. Мы просто перестали пользоваться услугами этого центра. Все же остальные сотрудники отеля очень доброжелательны, вежливы и готовы помочь незамедлительно по любой проблеме. Особенные слова благодарности за молниеносное решение всех вопросов и приятное общение хочется выразить русскоязычным девушкам Амине и Марине. Они - это образец доброжелательности и профессионализма.

We really liked the food, all the specialties were properly executed and we think the quality of the products are so above average. There is a wide choice of food and their good distribution in the different corners, we’ve noticed great cleanliness in general both of the restaurants, bathrooms and halls. The staff is very knowledgeable, they are all kind, always smiling and genuine, from the buggy drivers to the waiters in the halls, the fantastic bartenders and the people who clean the rooms. Special thanks goes to the spa staff, exquisite people and great professionals. Lastly, a great thanks goes to the entertainer Ahmed, who always made us all smile and have fun, he is a very knowledgeable and professional person and we were very happy that he also spoke our language which is very rare. We are happy that we spent our vacation here because we rested a lot and you treated us with confidentiality and kindness. So if you are asking if it is worth it to return, our answer is absolutely yes!

We booked total 5D4N here in Dhigali (2N in Beach Bungalow and 2N in Water Villa). I would say the entire stay experience was so great, relaxed and enjoyed to the fullest. We came here with Seaplane arranged by the resort, and we were welcomed with a team of people standing by the jetty, so warmth and delighted. Hardoum was the one that assigned to do the check-in process, must give her a kudos as her service is tip top and everything are well explained. She even patiently took out a board with the resort map and explain each agenda carefully as this private island is huge (packed with 4 restaurants and 2 bars even, on top of the resort rooms!). The resort is tech friendly where guests are required to download Dhigali App for any restaurant, water sport, spa reservation, also to track buggy location to pick us up anywhere. Just returned from a 5 night stay at JB. Went there as one of our destinations for our 25th anniversary. Overall rating: 9/10   JB is an extremely beautiful place. Ultraluxury accommodation in a paradisiac environment. Architecture is stunning and fully integrated with local nature. Gardening is manicured, but at the same time respectful with endemic species. Decoration of common and private spaces is extremely tasteful, ample spaces everywhere that seem to have been designed with attention to every single detail.   Service is top-notch. From the people that deal directly with guests, to the large team in charge of keeping everything tidy. After an overnight trip from London, we were welcomed at the hotel lobby/port/marine airport, a stunning architectural design, by the hotel manager and several members of the team.   We were introduced to Razan, who was going to be our butler for the stay. Razan conducted himself with the right mix of professionalism and warming attitude. As with the rest of the operation, he was always on top of details, making sure we were happy and comfortable. Perfect butler that make our stay pleasant.   Service at common areas was again at an extremely high level. Beach and swiming-pool are very well attended. Bars and lunch area also very well served. Dinner service also really good. Reception at the restaurants was handled very professionally by several young woman, always with a welcoming smile. Waiters also super attentive at all times, to bring you anything you needed with a great attitude. Henry, in charge of this service team, came every single day to say hello and to spend a few minutes chatting with us and make sure everything was going well.   Food is at very high standard. Light salads nicely presented and tasteful. Meat and fish very well cooked. Menu is a mix of international cuisine with presence of Asian flavours and some local touch. JC, in charge of directing all cooking, also came to introduce himself and offered his help if we needed anything special. They do a very good job at the kitchens.   In terms of facilities, the overall theme of this resort is wellness, so as you can expect, SPA and GYM areas were at a super-high level. The SPA is one of the most gorgeous we have ever seen, a dream for instagramers, with a number of treatments to your taste. The Gym is absolutely first class, also in a large beautiful building, with several professionals and complimentary physical activities. Service in these facilities, again super pleasing and helpful.   At this ultra-luxury level of facilities and service, complaining of anything does not seem right, but let us address some areas to improve. ”Flow” is the name of the main restaurant, that is used both for breakfast and dinner; the transition of ambiances from day to night is very well thought-out, it feels like two different places, equally gorgeous. ”Mojo” is the alternative restaurant, that is next to the swimming pool, used for lunch, as all day bar, an
