We had been wanting to got to the Maldives for an age so when we finally got the chance expectations and excitement levels were sky high. We should never have delayed for all those years as The Mirihi Resort was simply off the clock on so many levels be that Staff Service of Reef Diving. Alexa and her Team have to be of the most professional, kind and talented groups of people we have ever had the pleasure of meeting. The Cuisine is well in excess of Five star Cosmopolitan fare and the variety and care they go to to make a typical week’s stay that much more original and surprising is remarkable. The Accommodation is faultless( dangerous to claim I know!) and the Scuba and Marine offering is enviable with the expert Dr Lynn Kessler on hand to give an expert view on Turtles, Rays and Sharks as required. I simply cannot imagine Paradise anywhere else.

員工非常專業！我要替我的全家説聲謝謝！我父母非常非常開心！選擇conrad真的沒錯👍 環境好！雙島！而且是全環礁！沒有到過馬代不會理解，這意味着水屋周邊風平浪靜！退潮時甚至可以走去看遠處的珊瑚礁！服務專業高效！buggy總是來得很快！全程衹見過一個蚊子！沒有被叮咬過！所有這些，沒有比較就沒有傷害！後來換到了了某名品牌度假村，一落千丈！ 有一點建議，建議入住前三天以上跟酒店聯繫，訂好餐廳！因為無需一定的餐廳不難吃，但也談不上享受！需要預訂的幾家餐廳是真正的美食體驗！意大利餐廳太棒了！中餐廳很地道！唯一的意見是，炒牛河需要是寬粉。哈哈哈，很小的瑕疵！非常好吃！早餐也很棒！經歷了各種氣候！非常有趣。魚看的也還行，比不上專門以此出名的幾家，但那幾家要麼極貴，要麼老舊。conrad還是綜合最優啦

تجربة مميزة ولا تنسى ، واشكر جميع الطاقم والموظفين وخصوصا الموظف محمد مباح و فلاح على تعاونهم وتعاملهم الراقي ، الخدمة كلنت ممتازة و راقية ، وكانت الأجواء مناسبة للاقامة العائلية وللترفية والتسيلة ، وكانت خدمة المواصلات متوفرة طوال الوقت ، وكان الترتيب للاستقبال والتوصيل والتوديع ممتاز جدا وكذلك في الاستقبال بالمطار والتوديع كان بطريقة ممتازة و تعامل راقي مع الضيوف ، أشكرهم جميعا وكانت تجربة مميزة ولا تنسى .

The location is very beautiful and everything is harmonious! A wonderful island. We lived in a private villa with our own pool on the first line. 2. The ocean and nature are simply amazing. 3. The food is simply superbly prepared and very tasty. For which special thanks to the chef and restaurant staff. 4. The service staff are great, very polite and provide excellent service. In particular, the person who cleaned the room is just great! 5. Water activities - enough choice, the instructor and his son are very polite and attentive, many thanks to them! The only thing is that there were no some boats for riding. From what was a little upsetting: We had an all-inclusive package, and fishing was included, but for this you need at least 6 people, there were only 3 of us - and we were denied fishing, I think that is unfair! Since some distinctive features of the package include fishing. The next thing is the reception, which was not very helpful in terms of information, and in resolving issues related to fishing and individual issues. Not all fresh juices were available from the menu as they ran out quickly. This does not take into account the fruit stock. We tried to brighten up our vacation with different activities. We even saw a small shark near the house reef - it's beautiful. We liked everything completely, the people are very friendly. 首先非常信賴在攜程訂房，馬代兩間都沒出問題，讚！ 第二次馬爾代夫旅遊，作為產前最後一次出國渡假，選定了Centara Grand，果然沒失望。水飛安排得很早，職員會和第一晚市區酒店互相溝通，在機場找到相應柜台辦理登機手續，再坐小巴過去水飛機場；航程需時太約40分鐘，水飛抵達後再坐接駁快艇，不到10點已到達酒店，首先welcome drink，第一天因為預定的房間有問題，FOM:Pat親自招待升級了水上家庭別墅和免費早午餐（我們訂的是half board），主要是怕我餓肚子，安排很貼心，到退房日遇到她又送我們午餐；家庭別墅內外圍欄特別多，較能關顧小朋友；第二天換回了原本訂的景觀較好的水屋，每天都遇到房間管家：Afsal，非常勤奮，親切，由早到晚都遇到他几次，感覺他工時很長呀，但每次他都面帶笑容的跟我們聊天，而且非常感謝他為我們做的佈置，很感動；自助餐在餐廳Reef，每天都遇見的几位已經很熟絡的感覺，June/peach/J.Bond，都很親切友善和helpful；意大利餐廳的Sunny很風趣；還有非常感謝度假村裡的註診醫生，年輕有為，全靠他的藥水，老公的皮膚過敏減輕很多了，希望他來香港面試成功！ 喜歡海洋生物的，這小島非常豐富，家庭別墅區域一下水就有珊瑚礁，魚類豐富；近前台的水屋有淺藍色大海，魚類相對較少；最佳浮潛點是村內的潛水中心下面，可以自行下水浮潛，不過要注意有小艇停泊，也有職員看顧著不能游太出。每天也有出海活動可以自費報名； 餐飲：自助餐the reef，意大利菜，泰菜，pool bar，幾天多數在the reef，有湯粉比較合口味，主要比較多印度咖哩菜式，几天下來有點膩。 設施足夠，有兒童小遊樂場，海灘邊有水上單車，獨木舟，浮潛用具等可供免費借用；有小商店，Spa，無邊際泳池，診所。 最後退房那天遇上壞天氣，安排下午的水飛延誤了幾小時，我們幾家人和員工都很焦急，因為非常怕担誤了飛機，幸好最後順利安排，真的驚濤駭浪，走的時候全体員工在岸邊一直揮手道別，很有儀式感。到達機場估計酒店已跟機場溝通好，一早有專人迎接帶領直奔特別通道，順利登機，從未試過的驚險刺激。 每天在Centara Grand心情特別放松，有美麗的海灘和珊瑚礁，幸運天天好天氣，遇見每一位員工都笑面迎人主動跟你打招呼，下次要帶寶寶再來！

Wow, generally there is something that disappoints when booking a five star destination - not this time. This is truly a five star experience - from personalised arrival greeting at the airport, being met by manger and personal butler on arrival that is ready to attend to any need, to the personalised sent-off at the end of our stay, again complemented by resort staff at the airport to guide through the process. Moosa, our butler, was an exceptional communicator that assisted greatly in accommodating our needs including booking of experiences. The resort is beautifully maintained with staff always unobtrusively busy making sure it remains that way, while meeting your needs on a personal level. The dive center, spa and restaurants were all great. We stayed in an over water villa with pool and it it truly was one of the most beautiful settings we've experienced - that also ensured that riding out bad weather was no problem at all. Would definitely love to return!

Such a magical place!! I loved every single detail of it. The room service was peak, the room itself was so beautiful, with an access to the sea and not to mention the nice outdoor bathroom. What i loved the most was the Soul restaurant, the food was magnificent with various menus each day! The chefs are incredibly kind, they put their hearts into their cooking and it shows in the wonderful taste! If you love collecting seashells well i can assure you that you’ll find all kinds on the beach)) the sunrise & sunset are mesmerising to watch as well the shiny stars at night. All in all, it was an unforgettable vacation, so beautiful, so relaxing that i would definitely come again!! My sincerest regards to everyone who made it so heartwarming ＜3
