Our experience with this hotel was not good, to say the least. To begin with, during the check-in they tried to sell us a time share. ”Just have an open mind and attend our 90-minute presentation”. The attached image shows some of the perks they were offering for 90 minutes of our time. If you are new to the time share scam, then PLEASE DON'T. They have very capable sales people who will massage you until you sign. After that, you'll never be able to back out. Not even your kids. After you die, your kids will inherit the nightmare from you. Watch the March 20, 2023 John Oliver show if you want to know more about the predatory time share industry. You can find it easily on Youtube. We did not sign up. But let's get to the real problem. We are a family of 5. They gave us a room adjacent to a maintenance room. The noise was such that we could not sleep. Imagine three grumpy kids who are super tired but can't sleep. The front desk told us that nothing could be done about that because it's an older hotel. When I insisted, politely but firmly, they threatened to call the police. After a while they actually did, and I heard the sheriff asking if I was armed and violent. That was a real eye-opening for somebody who never even got a parking ticket. Still can't believe it. This left a scar that will need some time to heal. I gave up and went back to that room, because I did not want my career and life damaged by being arrested. They reported me as ”disorderly” and ”unwilling to leave the premises”, and requested police assistance to remove me from the lobby. I would recommend to everybody to avoid this place.

I spent five days here for a business trip and was really disappointed. The hotel itself looked very nice and was kept extremely clean, which is a huge plus. However the rooms could certainly use some work. I stayed in a king bed room and was expecting the bed to be somewhat comfortable. This was not the case. The bed was bumpy, lumpy and as felt as if I was sleeping on the box spring. The walls are insanely thin. I could hear full conversations from the other occupants on either side of me and was graciously woken up every morning by the sounds of either the wake up calls or their individual phone alarms. Not only that, the toilets flushing and showers from the bedroom above me. So all in all, the hotel wasn’t awful but certainly needs either some upgrades in the way of beds and noise. I would stay here again only if there wasn’t anything else available.

Overall it was a terrific experience, Disappointed in the restaurant, the service was not very good I enjoyed the food. There was a language problem which made it difficult and our order was wrong. The room was wonderful, One of the reasons I always book there is for the experience at the pool and waterfall. The waterfall was not turned on and trying to get service from the woman who checked us in and gave us towels was actually pretty terrible. I especially want to comment on the service we receive from the bellhop, a wonderful man who went out of his way to give us the best service of all.

We came for a ski holiday. It's convenient located at the heavenly resort area, which also means that you need to pay an extra US$25/night for resort fee. But the hotel doesn't have Bell service or room service at all that i think it's because of Covid. Also it took away our coffee machine in the room which is super inconsiderate. They call it high touch area🤔. Also the sink was leaking in our bathroom and it drained very slowly which makes it dirtier
