Mainly , I talked to a gentleman 2days before getting here. Now I live 22 miles from here, I booked this hotel for the price and the pool my 3 grand daughters I take to a hotel to swim that’s the reason we are here.. it’s our time together!! The gentleman told me the pool was open and I also asked how deep etc… we get here and it’s closed.. my 3 girls were so upset, they were so excited to swim…I tried to get ******* to cancel my room but could not get anyone to help me there.. and by the way I couldn’t get the girl at the desk to tell me what the room cost was , I didn’t get a receipt she said that would come from ******* I thought that was weird.. so I get a suite not knowing if I was getting the price I booked.. booked a standard room 2beds..etc.. to go swimming I then had to travel to Muleshoe Texas 30 miles away so these girls could swim.. I won’t stay at a Hilton again.. everything is lovely but I am very disappointed in the way it was handle. They acted like it was no big deal to go swimming somewhere else, I am not one to complain but I’m a grandma with limited income and plan accordingly. I try my best not to disappoint them …
