Ulasan Ocean Parade Motel

The room was clean and tidy. The air con was cool enough. The wifi was stable. The owners were helpful. I arrived the motel 2.5 hours earlier than the check-in time, and the room was already available for me.

Stop by this hotel on our road trip. Got everything you need from a motel. Convenient but a bit old, need some renovations.

It was very disappointing at how dirty this place was. Mould in air con, mould in the shower, hair's in the bathroom, dirty microwave, dirty unwashed mugs in the cupboard (sign saying you must wash all items used no dish soap provided and remove all rubbish) found in corner alcohol bottle from last person, mud wasp nest remains, old yellowing mattresses that had seen better days, broken towel rail, no flyscreen or window covering in bathroom, ***** coming of cupboard, filthy carpet so we wore shoes indoors, dusty cupboards & ledges..... the more you looked, the worse it got! The manager was totally unapproachable and heard her going off at another family, so we didn't complain as we probably wouldn't have gotten a refund. Just made do and ate out. Only positive thing sheets were clean.

It was beachfront, clean and comfortable.

Above average but no guest internet service

Shower was terrible, beds not the best only stayed for a night and fans were also noisey, great location for beach tho, everything for food shuts early and couldn’t find a normal fish and chip shop so ended up having to go out for dinner which also wasnt the greatest

We are a regular guest at this motel, being our preferred stopover on our regular trips between Brisbane and Sydney. It's an old style motel but serves its purpose very well. Love that it's across the road from Park Beach and is close to all facilities. The new managers, Mark and Donna, are very welcoming and most helpful. They are also undertaking repairs and maintenance that may have been neglected by the previous managers. Looking forward to our next stay at Ocean Parade motel..

We decided last minute to go away for the weekend. We haven’t booked anywhere & just walked in & was welcomed so warmly. Absolutely loved staying & will definitely be staying here again when we visit next time. So accommodating to us. We hade extra family come even more last minute & stay with us & they made their stay perfect , we couldn’t have asked for better. Enjoyed everything. Thank you so much.

Such lovely hosts who helped me enjoy my stay. Lovely and clean. Slept like a log in the comfy bed. They recommended eating in the bowling club across the road which was the best Chinese I’d had in ages and I’ve never had a glass of wine so full. Across the road to the beach so what more could you ask for. Close to shopping centre for your supplies and 6 minutes into Coffs centre

Our stay was made pleasant and comfortable, Mark and Donna went out of their way to accommodate our stay . Very clean and comfortable rooms , would highly recommend this motel , close to club and other food choices and a quick walk to the beach as well .

We have just been to Coffs Harbour stayed at this motel. We found this motel great it is across the road from the beach, quiter area, walking distance to some great food venues. Yes rooms might be older looking but they are very clean and has everything you need in them as far as a motel goes.Thank you to the new managers Mark and Donna you are amazing people 👍and so helpful nothing is an effort for these 2 people to help you. Definitely going back. Mark and Donna thank you again.

5/5 - the new managers that have taken over in July this year (2024) are great! So welcoming from the moment we booked (phone call) during the stay and when checking out! The room was clean and tidy, and was an amazing experience/stay! Will be back!!

The external of the Motel is old, however the room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. All the linen seemed new (certainly the towels and bathroom linen. The new managers (Mark and Donna) are very friendly and are working hard to turn around older reviews from previous managers. When I booked I mentioned to Mark that due to my bike breaking down, I had to leave it at a nearby bike shop for repair. Mark immediately offered to come and pick me up, with all my gear.... which was great and beyond duty. The room I was in was very clean, tidy and great hot shower. I would definitely stay here again. Look beyond the external signs of an ageing property and it's a great place to stay.

Very good service from new managers mark and Donna great people. I enjoyed the beach just across the road and bowling club just a short walk from here. I’ll be back for sure next time and to hear a good dad joke from mark, lovely people. See you guys next time
