Pricing was excellent. Location was close to National Museums, the beach, shopping districts, and more all within either 10 min walking distance to 5-10 min tuk-tuk ride. Cleanliness was overall very clean. However, in our first night at the smoking-allowed floor, we found two small termites on our bed. Rest of the night was completely fine and when we eventually moved to a non-smoking floor, we had no bug issues at all. Now the best highlights of Cinnamon Red were their service, hospitality, and facilities. With a small but quaint pool and deck on the top floor, we watched the beautiful Sri Lanka sunset. There's a decent gym there too. Breakfast was marvelous, that is if you don't mind having Sri Lankan style breakfast of spices, curries, and egg hoppers - ”western” options were plenty from poached eggs, bacons, sausages fruits, musseuli, yogurt, order-made omelets, waffles and pancakes, all accompanied by the famous Ceylon tea to die for. Lastly, I cannot praise enough the kindness, hospitality, and smiles from the staff. They were incredibly helpful and supportive to any and all of our requests. Do bring your own soap, shampoo, and conditioners and cameras because the way the hotel is designed, you get an unclustered, incredible view of Colombo from any room.

房間還是不錯的，很新很乾凈，特別是在後麪住在radisson的恐怖經歷的承託下，顯得Amari性價比很高。
早餐環境服務都不錯，雖然吃得不是特別合胃口，但也還行了。
泳池也還挺長的，不過健身房沒有在運營，另外泳池也沒有浴室更衣室，要濕漉漉的回房間換洗，不過這些都是小問題啦，在斯里蘭卡這條件已經很好了。

The hotel has a beautiful view of the ocean from the roof top pool as well as from many of the rooms. The staff were very welcoming, even though we arrived before 2pm they made an effort to get our room ready quickly and let us check in early, which was very nice after an over night flight. Its easy to walk from the hotel to a number of restaurants, casinos, as well as to some of the popular attractions in the city. The restaurant in the hotel has a nice buffet, as well as a rooftop bar. The hotel was so nice that when we passed through Colombo when we were leaving Sri Lanka, we stayed there again.

很美的酒店尤其是夜景。在29F的天空之橋觀日落難得的感受，早餐豐富，主打印度風味但各式各樣類型也多，總可以選到適合的品種，早餐廳面向大海太有情調了。另外，服務員的態度真好，有求必應，把客人當上帝。但還是要吐槽一點，我訂的3人入住，而且註明2床，但他們能提供的2床是一張1.8m大床拆分的，怎麼睡得好，像這種供給3人住的房至少應有張床不小於1.2m吧

What a great hotel, it certainly didn't dissapoint! We were upgraded to a room with a view of the lake which was beautiful.
We had Christmas dinner buffet and it was one of the best ever, with an amazing amount of choice.The staff were very friendly and helpful, they certainly know what hospitality means. Easy to recommend!

Location of this hotel was excellent but unfortunately service lets it down.
At the breakfast buffet the first day was excellent after that it was a steady decline. We had to ask for a cup of coffee numerous times from different waiters before getting one minus sugar, saucers & teaspoons. One morning one of the managers in yellow tie picked up our plates unfortunately I hadn’t finished & had to grab my good before the plate was taken.
With room service one time we had no hand towels that was no big deal the next day they cleaned the room & left no towels they told us they would be back in 5 mins with towels one & a half hours later we had to ring reception to be told they would send someone up straight away, over 2 hours later we finally received our towels.
In the cafe we sat at a table had to ask for menus waited over an hour & a half but no one took our order!
Not to mention our room bell rang at 11:10pm & someone trying to open our door when we shouted out they said they were bringing us water!

CCJ12A beautiful building in a very pleasant area of Colombo; the architecture and interior design of the hotel are a joy to behold and the vast majority of staff are polite and courteous. Plenty of amenities nearby to suit all tastes and interests. The breakfasts were great both mornings (both the Sri Lankan breakfast and the Western style), and they really lived up to the high expectations we’d had from the Instagram marketing we’d seen.
We were upgraded to the North West Suite, which was a larger room, for which we were greatly appreciative; a couple of issues with working plugs and appliances (coffee machine and hair dryer) were reported and rectified, although the wiring/plugs more broadly were temperamental and poorly placed (as expected, possibly, with the charm of an older hotel). However, the bed was comfortable, the hotel was quiet, and the bathroom was well appointed.
Our only qualm was with the overzealous Head of Housekeeping, who seemed to not grasp the subtlety required for such a role, or the privacy with which guests might like to enjoy the beautiful hotel. It appeared that he lingered all too often in search of a tip, and didn’t quite appreciate the boundaries one might desire when paying a reasonable fee for each night. My wife and I took to speedily locking the door and placing the ‘Do Not Disturb’ sign on the handle to keep his incessant interrupting to a minimum. His deputy was, however, an asset to the hotel, who seemed to comprehend the subtle art of providing high quality service for a luxury stay in a lovely hotel.
All-in-all, a great choice for a hotel in the heart of Colombo, and hopefully, during a busier season, the aforementioned Head of Housekeeping might spread his overbearing attention across the many rooms of the hotel.

Ssuba pjThe room's condition did not meet the expected standards. The walls were in poor condition, and the shower door did not close properly, requiring me to hold it shut while showering. Additionally, the duvet cover was torn. As a five-star establishment, we anticipate a higher level of quality and were disappointed with the current state of the room.

PPengguna TetamuAmazing historical colonial hotel. Staff are very attentive but do need to use initiative sometimes to solve guests needs & wants instead of following every rule set down no matter how small or irrelevant those rules are.
I wld highly recommend this hotel as we had a great stay there 👍👍🎉🎉

BBeeshman BahiradanGreat location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean and stylish. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

PPengguna TetamuОтель достаточно чистый, есть бассейн, в номере холодильника не было, в ресторане еда не очень подходит для русских , готовят не привычно и не вкусно. Еда в ресторанах Уныватуны была значительно лучше. Расположение очень хорошее. Если не были в Коломбо ранее , очень рекомендую взять экскурсию у водителя тук тука , они предлагают у отелей экскурсии. можно договориться за 4000 рупий. На английском кратко расскажет и покатат по Каломбо часа 3 или 4 . Посмотрели все основные достопримечательности и водитель ждал у храмов и музеев.При том что на курортах предлагают заплатить за экскурсию по тем же местам , но с русским гидом за 100 долларов за человека. Цена не оправдана.

「「taozi」整體還可以，就是做事有點慢，辦理入住等了1個小時，WiFi還是攜程客服聯繫，然後管家送過來的。當地基本沒有什麼人會中文。
酒店有泳池，包早飯，可以看到沙灘，早上5點就有火車經過，在這裏的性價比而言，還是算不錯了。
走出去，到大馬路上，大概600米，然後右手邊，就有超市，還有KFC
