Super 8 by Wyndham Columbus

Holes in the walls that look eerily like bullet holes. Floor and walls had wood rot. Holes in the ceiling and a broke tv with lines through it. No room Wi-Fi and a sketchy neighborhood with homeless begging for money right outside. Good thing I was just driving through because I would not stay there more than one night. Air conditioning was great though If you like freezing your @ss off with 2 thin as paper blankets. Coffee maker was disgusting and had food in it. Sheets/blankets had stains & cigarette burns in them. The only thing this hotel didn’t have was bed bugs. Don’t be dumb like me….spend a few more bucks and get out of Columbus for a better hotel.

Paid $99 per room. Though it was Friday, still way more expensive than it worths.

Ok, the sound volume on TV not very good. Some channels were good, others no sound at all.

The room was dirty hair in the towels . Needs a remodle door to rooms washard to get into

The crowd from the nearby Juggalo show kept the entire place awake every night. Very loud and disrespectful. Running around the hallways all night, every night. Yelling, arguing, slamming doors, etc. All night long.

This hotel was a little run down and the bathroom was a little dirty. Found hair on the walls. Not in good part of town run down.

Be aware that they are doing all they can to increase security , however there is a huge problem with homeless drug ******* in the area. We were not comfortable to walk anywhere near this hotel. We were awakened around 4 A.M. with a fight in the parking lot. The Columbus police do patrol the are and are trying to make things safer.

We only stayed for a short night (midnight-8am) passing through, and it was adequate for that. The bed was firm and the pillows too soft, but that's pretty typical of a hotel room. Breakfast was a two cereal options and a handful pre-packaged pastries. The parking lot had a lot of people just standing around which seemed odd for a Tuesday night, but they were quiet at least. All in all, it served our purpose of a bed to sleep in and some food in the morning before continuing on our way.
