"The apartment was great with two king size beds in separate rooms. There was a washing machine in the apartment and a dryer available on a different floor. Thus was really useful as we are on a 3 week trip. The TV projector worked well and we were able to use our Amazon stick to watch content from home too. There was a dining area and delivery food was easy to order and cheaper than cooking in the apartment, so can't comment on cooking facilities. However, I used the kettle to make tea every morning and there was a good size fridge freezer for storing drinks and ice. The shower was good with easy to control temperature which is one of my most important considerations when travelling. All in all a great stay in a great apartment in a nice area, although overpriced for tourists and the better off Chinese. That said the two convenience stores in the lobby were a good price, only the malls and restaurants in the mall were profiteering and overpriced. Thank you to the concierge and the cleaning staff, their work was exemplary at all time.🙂🙏🙂"

"Location, room and service was perfect Finding the hotel a bit less, the hotel is at the 9th floor of this building whose entrance is not very easy to find as the hotel is inside another building and there is no sign. We had to ask around, even if dropped by taxi exactly in front of it. The reception is at the 9th floor and the rooms in others too 😅🤣 so yeah, but service was great and quick. Just some spots were not too clean like the cabinet and the top of the shower door, the rest very nice and bright to"

"This was the best little place we have stayed in China yet! We had the 40th floor with a beautiful view. There was a big fridge, washing machine with detergent, comfy bed, a projector that worked well and had English shows that we could access. An attentive butler through WeChat. Excellent location 5 mins from a subway and easy to hail a didi to."

Terdapat stesen keretapi betul-betul di hadapan, jadi saya sering mendengar bunyi kereta api dan pengumuman, tetapi saya tidak kisah!! Ia tidak begitu besar Tetapi ㅜㅜ pada hari saya mendaftar keluar, terdapat pengumuman bahawa elektrik akan terputus seketika pada awal pagi. Tidak mengapa kerana ia dari 00:30 hingga 5:30... tetapi pada 4:20 pagi, penceramah bilik tetamu... ? 😭 Telefon saya tidak dicas pun… Nasib baik, hanya ada satu outlet berdiri di atas meja yang mempunyai elektrik, jadi saya tergesa-gesa mengecasnya di sana pada waktu pagi 🥺 Tetapi masih, air suam keluar ... Ia adalah bernasib baik Saya keluar dari bilik pada pukul 7 dan mendaftar keluar, dan kembali pada kira-kira pukul 7:15 selepas selesai pemeriksaan bagasi di Stesen Timur Chengdu😌 Lokasinya nampak sangat bagus!!!! Apabila anda keluar dari stesen dan melintasi lampu isyarat, pergi ke arah hotel yang anda lihat di sebelah kiri dan berjalan terus ke jalan di sebelah kanan dan anda akan melihat hotel itu Saya tidak tahu ini dan sedang melihat peta Godeok jadi saya dibimbing ke kaki lima dan terpaksa berpusing sedikit ^_^… Kakitangannya ramah dan biliknya bagus. Jika anda memesan penghantaran, terdapat loker penyimpanan di tingkat pertama. Jika saya pernah datang ke Chengdu lagi, saya rasa saya akan sampai ke sini🥰"

"A Fantastic Stay in the Heart of Chengdu! Highly Recommended. The location is absolutely superb—it is situated right next to Taikoo Li and Chengdu's famous 3D screen. The moment you step outside, you are perfectly positioned to explore a massive variety of shops and fantastic local eateries. Hygiene and cleanliness were excellent across the board. I was initially a bit hesitant to book because the room type I wanted only guaranteed ”some non-smoking rooms.” However, I put in a request for a non-smoking room, and I was thrilled to find absolutely no lingering cigarette smell when I arrived. A major reason I chose this apartment was for the specific room features, and it did not disappoint. The room came equipped with a Japanese-style bidet toilet seat and a wonderfully large refrigerator. The air-conditioning is fully temperature-adjustable, providing a much-needed escape on a hot, sunny day. They even provided a garment steamer, which was a fantastic and much-appreciated bonus! The management also goes above and beyond with high-quality amenities. I was incredibly impressed by the daily housekeeping; they provided fresh towels and generously replenished our room with six bottles of water every single day. One quick tip for future guests: Make sure you have the WeChat app downloaded on your phone, as you will need it to contact the staff to coordinate a smooth check-in process. Overall, a perfect stay!"

"It was a pretty nice stay, it could be cleaner though. The shower had some issues with being either too cold or too hot but I didnt bother to say it to the workers. You have to request a day before for them to clean the room. There is a laundromat but it is not free. Service was okay, they didnt bother to say good bye to me when I had checked out to pick up my luggage and only told me to close the door after me…"

"Lokasi: Di pusat bandar, sangat dekat dengan panda IFS dan Taikoo Li yang wajib dikunjungi. Kemudahan, Kebersihan: Bilik luas dan bersih. Gadis cantik di kaunter hadapan malah menaik taraf bilik kami kepada satu katil 1.8 meter dan dua katil 1.5 meter. Bilik ini dilengkapi dengan selipar kanak-kanak dan peralatan gigi, anak-anak sangat gembira. Perkhidmatan: Sangat sopan, bercakap dengan nada yang lembut dan manis. "訂的6人間，房間空間很大，同行6個人住完全不擠！房間自帶德州桌，空閑的時候一起打牌娛樂太合適了。衞生做得很到位，床品乾淨，熱水充足。整體環境安靜，設施齊全，朋友聚會出行首選，體驗感很棒，下次聚會還考慮這裏！"

"The place was exactly like the pictures. Very modern and clean which was very important to me. Was spacious and had all the amenities. The walls were fairly thin and we could hear our neighbours snoring all night. Everything else was great, ideal location and hot to store our luggage on the last day also. Thank you."

"Hotel was in a relatively good location. Within walking distance there are malls and food stalls. Opposite hotel was the Sichuan opera theatre. Recommended to watch at least once. Hotel is able to get the tickets at cheaper rates. For the two bedroom suite, it is suitable for family of 5 with 1 child inclusive. There is one master bedroom which is directly linked to the toilet with a bathtub. Other room and second toilet is separated. Kitchen is fully equipped with cutlery etc. detergent is also provided for the washer. Refrigerator has normal and freezer compartment. Balcony is locked but you can sign an indemnity form to open it. Slippers provided are of good quality and house keeping is good. Only downside is the different little issues for different room we stayed in like hot water tap not working. hotel is connected to a mall, the HK cafe there is recommended. Food is good. Also the bakery sells really good chocolate bun. You can find it right after u enter the mall through hotel lobby. The best thing of course was Tina, who always served with a smiling face and takes the initiative to add you on WeChat to cater to your queries whenever you need. she was also the one who helped to provide breakfast for our child whose breakfast was not included. The other lady who served us on the first night told us we had to pay. It was a very nice gesture from Tina. look for Tina if u stay here, she will be a great help. For the breakfast,it is not the most fanciful but sufficient. Food changes daily but some food type stays the same. They have a paper where you can order noodles, egg omelette, pancakes and waffles. It will be served to you directly so thats a nice touch. They even provide disposable cups for the coffee machine with lids so that you can bring it out if you are in hurry or needed more drink. On weekday and weekend breakfast, the crowd was just nice unlike some hotels where it feels overwhelming and overcrowded due to the huge influx of tourists and there is no need to worry about food running out. Only downside for us is we can’t differentiate the type of meat. We don’t eat beef but it doesn’t state on the labels so we had to ask each time we wanted to take meat or dishes with meat. It is easy to call for DIDI (their taxis) from the hotel. If you have 4 pax or less, hotel can call for you but more than that, you have to arrange yourself. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a comfortable stay. Definitely you can’t compare the price to a cheaper hotel. You are paying for quality over here."
