"The hotel is slightly far from the attraction area. But we can take mrt to those areas. This hotel is very near to harbin west train statiom, but walking distance is about 10 mins. You can walk along the building walkway and go thru an underground walkway, just that the walk way will close at 11pm and open 6am, if not mistaken. Otherwise, you have to walk around the open space in a cold weather. You can check my photos, the shot was either from our hotel room and the way to Harbin station Hotel is big and clean. They provide washing machine. The hotel person in charge allowed early checkin on request nd subject to room availabilty. The check in process is smooth as long as you can give them a call via booking free call line. They will share the access details to you. The room access is digitalize, no front desk services. Lots of restaurants at the surrounding area. KFC is nearby. Nearest subway is either harbin station or chengxiang road station. The room is exactly as advertised."

"The building is pretty old and can be quite a wait at the elevator. There are multiple elevators but they are also old and creaky. Upon checking into my room, I noted that it was actually a serviced apartment converted into a hotel. Cleanliness was ok, but honestly could be better. There are some discoloured spots and marks, however I could personally tolerate it. At night when I got back and crashed out on the bed, I realised the smoke/cigarette smell was still quite strong but too tired to complain then. Next day I couldnt smell it (not sure if sheets changed or I just got used to the smell). The lighting in the room is kinda bleak in my opinion, photos look better than actual. For me, I didnt spend much time in the rooms as I'm outside for the most of my stay. Asked for extra toilet roll in the morning and they were responsive, so that's a plus. The train station is about a 10minutes walk, so do take note if you're lugging heavy luggages. There are a lot of eateries and 24hr convenience shops nearby, so no fear of needing random food or emergency purchases. Overall, it's an ok stay if you just seeking a place to sleep for the night if the price is lower. If you're looking for comfort and room enjoyment, would suggest looking elsewhere."

"It's a big, new & clean room. Plus walking distance to Metro ,bus & the railway station. Plenty of shops & restaurants around. There is no extra hook in the toilet & room. The hotel provided a hook as shown in the photo. No extra hook. So after hanging my Winter jacket, I got no more space for others. So I got an issue or no place to hang towels, clothes etc. Overall I am happy with the stay. Will stay again"

"Superb location. You can't get any closer to the MRT entrance. It's just right in front of the building. Management is friendly and proactive too. He will ask ahead our estimated check-in time and gives direction to the apartment. We got upgraded to a bigger unit as they saw as having a big group of families with young children. That's a very thoughtful act of service. The apartment is big and clean and feels homey. Easy access to minimarts, cafes to grab your coffee and there's a nice dumpling restaurant, all just downstairs. Would love to come back again the next time we come to Harbin."

"Приехали мы в апартаменты , а нас никто не ждал . Я стала звонить китайцам и спрашивать про ключи . Охранник здания пошел с нами , сопровождал , за что спасибо. В итоге мы тыкали пароль много раз , не смогли открыть и нам дали совершенно другой номер . но…. Не понравилось, что полотенца одноразовые. С таким сталкиваюсь первый раз ."

"Расположение отеля хорошее .номер просторный .постель чистая .но администратор видемо видит загран паспорт в первый раз.абсолютно не знает как заселить иностранца.зпселение заняло порядка часа ,с обращением в поддержку.после шести часового перелета так себе аттракцион.полоценце положили одно на двоих но уж даже не хотелось вступать с администратором ибо там обсолютное не понимание.в душе нет полочек подь шампунь итд очень не удобно..ну в остальном нормально"
