"The building is pretty old and can be quite a wait at the elevator. There are multiple elevators but they are also old and creaky. Upon checking into my room, I noted that it was actually a serviced apartment converted into a hotel. Cleanliness was ok, but honestly could be better. There are some discoloured spots and marks, however I could personally tolerate it. At night when I got back and crashed out on the bed, I realised the smoke/cigarette smell was still quite strong but too tired to complain then. Next day I couldnt smell it (not sure if sheets changed or I just got used to the smell). The lighting in the room is kinda bleak in my opinion, photos look better than actual. For me, I didnt spend much time in the rooms as I'm outside for the most of my stay. Asked for extra toilet roll in the morning and they were responsive, so that's a plus. The train station is about a 10minutes walk, so do take note if you're lugging heavy luggages. There are a lot of eateries and 24hr convenience shops nearby, so no fear of needing random food or emergency purchases. Overall, it's an ok stay if you just seeking a place to sleep for the night if the price is lower. If you're looking for comfort and room enjoyment, would suggest looking elsewhere."

"I like this hotel a lott. First is because the staff is so nice even though we don’t speak the same language. They try really hard to accommodate us. Second, the room is really comfortable. They are nice and cozy even without window. I had a good time clean myself up before next destination. And for the price, it’s worth the money. Only the location is quite a distance from the centre but it’s close to all basic services and shops that you need. Even close to the mall and good restaurants. Mind you the hotel is on the 7th floor (if I am not mistaken) so you have to go inside the red building and take the elevator to the hotel lobby."

"The location of the hotel is not bad. Almost every night, you will get to buy bing tang hulu downstairs and this truck shop that sells 手抓饼，烤冷面 and 关东煮, is really damn good! Getting to railway station, city and anywhere is convenient with didi, we even took it to snow World. As for the place itself, honestly, the lobby and check in area will throw you off because is quite run down and simple looking. But the room is beautiful, comfortable, huge and clean too. The staff is very helpful through WeChat and the staff that cleans the room, very kind and helpful too. They help to keep your taobao stuff too. Bed is comfy and the projector, a lot of advertisements for free contents, but can watch. However there is a few issue, when you shower, the water pressure gets irritatingly soft to regular and even till no water comes out and the water temperature will turn from hot to warm to cold to south pole within seconds and minutes. The toilet gets colder as compared to the rest of the room. The fridge isnt working as well. They only provide one time disposable towel and if you want it to be daily, tell them daily through Wechat. Water kettle is clean but boil it once as a thorough clean first before using. Despite these issues, I would still say is a good place to stay and would recommend it as the place definitely protected us from the cold haha. KFC and convenience stores are nearby as well. If not, just use alipay to order food, they will send to your room. Safety wise, I would say it is safe to stay. Singaporeans and Malaysians, if you are not too particular and okay with what was described above, go for it but do remember to go to Block E and not F because the driver might drop you one block before haha. Have fun in Harbin!"

"Very clean spacious room with a nice view of the Harbinxi Railway tracks at level 14A. Clean bathroom. Very comfortable beds. Very convenient to various eateries, grocery shops that are just downstairs. Very helpful and hospitable host."

"Buena atención por parte de la persona que me recibido fue muy amable y atenta al recibir mis mensajes y trato de ayudarme en todo momento , siempre estuvo al pendiente , cerca de todo hay restaurantes con buena comida y tiendas de conveniencia cerca el metro está al pie de la salida del edificio así que no hay que caminar mucho fácil acceso a los principales atractivos menos de 25 minutos estás en la iglesia de santa Sofía"

"Good location. The room is clean with plenty of storage space. However, there is sometimes foul smell coming from the bathroom which may be due to the airflow between apartments.  As a foreigner I found communication with the landlord rather difficult and unpleasant."

"Decent location. Bus stop right outside with frequent busses to other locations. It is located in an apartment building, so there is no desk or anyone to greet. The manager was very helpful with booking in through wechat."
