Ulasan Admiral Hotel Copenhagen

Very nice hotel. Staff is awesome. I would have preferred to be a little closer into the center of the city. But it was a very good property.

Walking from metro with heavy luggages is not easy because of thecCobber road. Room is noisy. I can hear ppl talking from the room next to us. And disappointingly they gave us a room on the 1st floor with no view for a 3 nights stay.

This hotel is converted from old warehouse. Small corridors. Rooms are big

The location is excellent, in the walk distance to everything (attractions, restaurants, grocery stores, metro station). The room was comfortable, the amenities were standard (many small bottles of shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand wash).

WORST CHECK IN EXPERIENCE EVER. TOOK AN HOUR+TO GET MY ROOM. They said that they were unable to find my booking and told us to wait. After more than 30min, they were still unable to find my booking (because Trip.com used a third party partner to book which wasn't under the name 'Trip.com'), which they resulted to offering us a room as walk-in guests with same price as my original booking. When we were ready to pay, they then said they found my booking (and that the "found" booking matched my personal details)but it then took at least another 30min wait before we could officially check in and get our room key. By then, the reception staff had already changed shifts and the staff that served us was gone. When we could finally check in, they still had the audacity to take their own sweet time to train their rookie staff, instructing her on the check in process.

A luxurious room in a luxurious and historic hotel in an excellent location in Copenhagen. Room furnishings were top notch, bed was extremely comfortable. Room TV streams your mobile device, lots of plugs everywhere, large work desk, brightly lit, and very spacious room! Absolutely no complaints!
